It's not about the product but the service. Everyone can make a mistake but it's about attitude. Euro car parts are responsable for the delivery services even if it is other company. Part orderd the 25th of March, never received. 4th of April refund asked... Money recived the 17th of April... Plus, no part no travel. I lose 130 quids for Eurotunnel ticket... Thank you all...
