“Ordered days in advance, when you go to collect, it's not ready.”

“Ordered following my reg, wrong parts arrived, fitment was poor. Went into store and they told me they were the right ones for the car despite me showing that they weren’t. Full refund issued though. Paid for next day delivery and ended up getting them longer than next day. Didn’t get my money back for that. Not first time this has happened with euro.”

“Unfortunately I paid for items that are out of stock. I ordered and paid on May 3 2025. I was not informed that the item was not available until I enquired on May 13 2025. Not impressed.”

“Received brake pads that had obviously been fitted and had contaminated brake material, fair play they swapped them over and got new ones delivered but they shouldn't allow second hand parts to leave the warehouse”

“Ordered some break pads , which for whatever reason could not be delivered so I had to collect. As I was desperate for these pads I travelled 22 miles to the store only to find that although they said they had the pads , they actually didn't. This was on the Saturday. I received an email telling me that they would definately have them there the next day. The next day arrived and the store was shut. I phoned on the monday and they said they had the pads so I agaion travelled 45n miles round trip to finally get them.”

“Order confirmation email stated item would be ready for collection after 4pm on day of order but when I went to collect it I was told item was not there as it was coming from head office, so a wasted journey. Why send an email saying the item will br ready for collection when it wasn't even at the branch. So another trip to the branch the following day to collect the item, then 2 days later received emails saying item ready for collection. Euro Car Parts need to get their admin sorted out asap as they are wasting customers time and will eventually lose their custom.”

“Entered my reg into the website to get a new screen wash pump as mine stopped working. Website said it was compatible, got home and it was not compatible, not even the same pump. Connections were all wrong for the car. Returned it to euro car parts and they told me that 'the car must have had the wiring changed as it was 100% compatible'. Nope, car is untouched when it comes to mechanics and electrics so the website is wrong.”
