I put in my car reg for window wipers and the site allocated incorrect blades which did not fit my car when they arrived. No idea what's happening with my refund

Ordered click and collect item , went to the store and only one person was serving the customers .. the quee was so bad .. I had to wait 30 minutes just to collect one item .. never again . Not buying from you again

Reasonably priced parts but poor service. Ordered next day delivery and didn’t arrive. Lost a days wages waiting.

Part i ordered showed 3 in stock, but when I collected all were missing, had to return again the next day. The customer next to me was on his 4th visit trying to get the right part for his car.there seems to be a real lack of leadership in this new hythe branch, manager seems to be not there.

Supplied the wrong part even given an order with the part number. I sent my young son with the removed part for the guy to check before he left, he said “ yes! That’s the one”. It quite clearly wasn’t and it was quite clearly the wrong part for both yours and my part numbers! I wouldn’t complain but it happens so much at the Telford store where they supply the incorrect parts. It’s time consuming and costly to keep returning to get the correct part. I’m close to never using ECP again unless in an emergency. It’s not worth the hassle.

I bought 2 coil springs and they gave me one nornal one but one used and still the thickness was diferent.

Online check for part compatibility against registration not fit for purpose. Had to go to store to swap for correct parts. What is the point of having this service if it doesn’t work properly. Luckily I wasn’t too far from a store to swap.

Ordered wiper blades online. They both turned out to be significantly shorter than the existing ones, despite being labeled as 'compatible'. The online database should present all relevant information. I now realise that 'compatible' is meant to indicate that the wiper will fit the wiper arm. So will many other wipers, so why were they not lsted?

Brought something just some hex bolts for £28 later found the same thing was only £8 on ebay all I'm saying is look else where before buying from here as they up charge you a ton.

on opening the package, it was obvious the parts had been used previously and not checked on return, they were covered in oil/grease. We took these back and asked for a replacement, we were advised there were none in stock at our local shop, but there was stock at two other shops approx 15 miles away. No effort or offer was made by the staff to go and collect the parts for us especially considering the problem was of their making To ensure the vehicle was available for use that day we had to make the journey ourselves to collect the correct parts, this incurred additional costs and time. Not the best customer service 😒

Need more stuff to attend the customer's.. I ordered some stuff online and a few days later went to pick it up and waited around 40 minutes because only one person serving the customers not very good experience 😔

Bought the item, but someone was over eager by a day and cancelled my order and gave a refund. Fortunately the item was still there so I had to pay for it again while I wait for the refund. Whats the point in giving pick up dates and then cancelling before the date is reached?

Everything good. Except when doing an oil change you need a sump plug seal which they don't sell. Only the plug and seal for £20+. My local car spare shop gave me one FOC. SO GUESS WHERE ILL BE GETTING MY PARTS FROM IN FUTURE. I went to collect my bits on the Friday as confirmed by them only to be told one item was missing. They could have informed before making a journey to collect

Came to St Leonards Branch as 10L AdBlue adverticsed £12.99. Staff member said I dont think so ... fiddled about on a computer and said that will be £18.99. Went home and ordered for £12.99. Went back and collected and asked why another member of staff had tried to charge me £6.00 more for the same product and he checked the same computer and said sorry I can't make it any more I don't know what that's all about?

I ordered two parts. I got an email to say they were ready to pick up. I drove about 4 miles through Cardiff to get them and was told that only one part was there. The lady just said that shouldn’t have happened. Not much good to me. I suggested that the part was delivered to me but she said she couldn’t do that. I cancelled the part and bought it somewhere else. When a mistake like this is made it should be rectified.
