Not for the first time have I been emailed to say parts are ready for collection, but upon arrival told they are in another part of the country, come back tomorrow. A lot of wasted time.

For the second time I have ordered parts that were wrong for my car. Cannot understand why when they know your vehicle type that you get supplied the wrong parts

Normally never have an issue, however was given the wrong windscreen wipers upon collection, this was borne out by the fact that I kept getting emails telling me that my order was waiting for collection. Didn't have time to go back to the store to swap them and had to a bit of bodging to make them fit.

The parts that I have bought were fine. But I was told that my order was ready to be picked up when it wasn't. I drove all the way to the store for nothing. And then had to come back again to pick the order up. Very, very inconvenient.

Bought front and rear brakes. Got them home and they wasn’t even for my car. I put my reg into the website and still given the wrong items. I had to travel back to store to find out they had none in stock. I then had to go to another store to purchase the correct ones. I was told in store that the website is not correct and gives different options and chose the wrong ones. What is the point of entering a registration to be given the option to buy the wrong make.

I ordered a replacement wiper blade for my car and paid for it online with a 10% discount. When I collected it, it did not fit, although the purchase came with an assurance that it would. I had to change it for a more expensive Bosch part, which did fit. I was not, however, offered the same discount as before. I do not consider this to be fair.

Very rude member of staff Morley Leeds click and collect. But great customer service Leeds resolving the issue with one of their employees been rude to me.

I ordered online, whet to collect my items and the oil filter came out but had been used so the man got me another one and when i went to my customers house that evening to fit it was incorrect, i even asked the staff to double check. This is NOT the first time I've brought a part that has been used. it seems people buy goods then return them if incorrect but ECP should not accepted used parts. Next time i will buy from another store

Ordered brakes and pads on Wednesday told they would over night them Friday to pick up on Saturday wanted fit then on Sunday but didn't turn up no email or messages to said they did not come had to had to go to the store to be told wouldn't be at the store until Monday have make arrangements for my son to pick them up very disappointed with the service

Ordered parts online but didn’t get any confirmation from Euro Car Parts about delivery so 5 days later went to the shop at Barking and picked it up myself

Paid extra for a Monday delivery but part wasn’t delivered until Tuesday. Wasted £5.95! No problem with the parts just the delivery

When for click and collect to make it easier .... went to pick up, part not ready for collection (it had been 48hrs since order placed) then took at least 10mins to find it... staff did not appear to be enjoying their work...

£3 part, gave me completely the wrong part, had to go back the day after and get the correct one…. Counter staff were great but the ability to pick the complete incorrect product number wasn’t great.

Bought a exhaust for my car over £200 it had damage to joints crushed ordered in and needed it that day , mentioned to young lady serving that it was damaged and at the price it shouldn't be she said everything is expensive these days.
