Spindle which holds the cable fell out of It’s slot and unravelled!! thus making it impossible to place back on and rewind the cable as no stretch or give.

I ordered some boot struts for my Peugeot at £46.96. These are labelled ‘Stabilus boot & tailgate struts’ and in their description online it reads ‘Fitted quantity: 2’ When I collected, the friendly member of staff asked ‘do you only want one?’ I was under the impression they came as a pair, which I think is reasonable considering how they’re described. But the member of staff was correct that they came singularly, so I had to buy another which the happily had in stock. But it left a very sour taste. If I wasn’t so frustrated I probably would have asked for a refund and got some online for cheaper. I will look elsewhere in the future

Wrong part collected again, both where using reg numbers. Refund system via online is a joke, as you can’t just simply exchange in store.

Super disappointed. I ordered a set of oil and filters — and guess what? Only the filters arrived. A few days later, I received an email saying the oil was out of stock and I’d be getting a refund. But come on... that’s like ordering mac and cheese and only getting the mac! Euro Car Parts, please be more professional. If you can’t fulfil the full order, either refund everything or don’t process it at all. Delivering half an order without prior notice is just poor service.

Twice went from Huntingdon to Peterborough to collect my orders they were two seperate orders and items didn't fit for my car even if was chosen from website with my licence plate number.

Because incorrect parts are shown on your web site after putting in the regestraition no. i have had to return the items that are not the correct ones for the vehicle and purchase the right ones and then you charge for re stocking 16mm spark plugs are correct yet you display 11mm spark plugs i asked the person on the counter and was told it often happens on this web site

Ordered 2 large yellow micro fibre clothes to dry my vehicle after washing it. After getting home I noticed both clothes were very dirty. The packaging needs to be changed to protect the item.

Went to collect my parts from the Halifax branch after 3pm as per the email - was told my parts would not arrive until the next day, so I did a 20 mile round trip for nothing. Worse still, the manager would not authorise the order for delivery even though it was ECP's fault. So now I have to take another 20 mile round trip. I was warned by colleagues about this place, I gave them a chance but never again - its just not worth the extra hassle. Also, get more staff on the floor instead of drinking coffee in the office, yes I saw you and the shop was busy.

Bought Left and Right Front Callipers for my Honda, took a day off work and booked car into garage to fit them. Practically all the washers were missing. The mechanic tried to buy washers at local shop, but they didn't have any. I convinced nim to file down the old ones which he did for an extra £50 for the time. It did work luckily. Really upset, went back into EuroCarParts to tell them, and man at till just shrugged his shoulders. Now I'm really upset. Never again. I'm out of pocket and I feel i have been treated like nothing.

I was picking up a small lightbulb. There were 3 customers ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes to be served. Only one staff member was dealing with customers despite there being 3-4 more back office. This is a poor look and with no explanation leaves me, the customer feeling like I am not the priority. I like to support local shops but I could have ordered the same product for a few pennies more with Amazon, much more convenient.

I purchased online a Triple QX TQX Aircon Sanitiser 150ml. As per instructions I firmly pressed down on the valve BUT THIS DID NOT LOCK making it very difficult and hazardous to complete the process I keep getting reminded to pick up the product although I already did. Called Euro Car Parts (head office and branch) to flag. But this keeps happening. Very annoying

Despite entering my registration number I was given the wrong brake pads so when I went to exchange them I was informed the guy who does return's is not in today? You have to buy the correct brake pads again and return the wrong pads tomorrow for a refund(no thanks wasted journey no 2). The following day was Bank holiday Monday so didn't risk another wasted journey, finally got to return the wrong pads and get the correct pads on the third visit. Not very good service really is it?

I had two issues, 1. I added the products in cart and supposed to be order but there was one product were missing on it for collection so, I wait for that and next day when I order they removed my discount of 15£ more than 120£ purchase. Was disappointing 2. In the spark plug they suppose to be mention about the quantity as well so we can recognize who much we have to order … Thanks.
