I ordered two parts. I got an email to say they were ready to pick up. I drove about 4 miles through Cardiff to get them and was told that only one part was there. The lady just said that shouldn’t have happened. Not much good to me. I suggested that the part was delivered to me but she said she couldn’t
do that. I cancelled the part and bought it somewhere else. When a mistake like this is made it should be rectified.
