I don’t find staff very friendly and helpful

The lady serving was uninterested and certainly did not want to be at work, not ideal when you are customer facing. This branch needs urgent attention!

When I ordered a battery from your company with next day pickup. I then received an email saying that it would be ready to collect the next day from 8.15am. When I went to collect from the Boston branch, they said it would not be there until the next day. To be honest they were not very apologetic about this. I can’t really understand why the email was sent and I would have gone elsewhere if I had known that I could not get the battery the next day. Will remember this for next time.

Air filter fit as it should but when it came to the fuel filter it wasn't locking into place had to put old filter back on with odd seal as neither would make a bond gutted as I stink of diesel and wasted good fuel in the process

Very slow service for just collecting items. Plenty of staff around. Person behind front counter polite kept on apologising for wait. Brought service parts. Fitted next day found oil filter wrong item, had to fit old one.

Auto generated order email received had a different postcode than the actual and was struggling to locate. Still unable to find the road to the location, difficult to navigate to the place

The new system where you cannot contact the local branch at all is not fit for purpose at all. I had item I had not collected, you kept sending me emails to remind me, and if I needed longer contact store direct, which I cannot do. It took me ages to find out that if I did not collect in time you would refund me, that said I am still waiting to actually get a reply from you. Go back to local branch contact least then you could communicate with local people and then also communicate with them when you collected.

Have used Eurocarparts for years, but this recent purchase was a disaster. Radiator popped the day before I'd booked to go away up north for the week. Entered my reg online and ordered recommended Radiator. Stripped the car down, ready for install the next morning. Picked it up, got it home, only to find the website had recommended a radiator for the wrong model, with no info stating such on the description. The correct radiator wouldn't come until the next day. Next day rad comes, but had to pay full price as staff didn't know how to apply the save15 discount that I'd redeemed on the first purchase. All in all, this cost me two days of my family trip away, a nights hotel stay that I couldn't cancel at such short notice and an extra £15 more than it should have cost me for the part itself. Also, the promotional coupons that you get after an online purchase are trash. Been emailing one of those about a supposed £20 credit I should have got. Hasn't materialised at all.

I ordered rear brake disks for a toyota prius online told available personal pickup from your bailleston glasgow depot. Got there parts not in stock. could give me better qualiity other brand parts which would fit, so I took them. They were front discs for a bmw with air vents and not near the correct part, had to drive back and get my refund. Correct parts obtained and delivered from Parrtco. I have been telling all my car club pals how useless you are, a shame because in the past have had good parts and service at a good price.

Took ages to be served, although it seemed pretty quiet. The part I had ordered and was told was in stock couldn't be found. Was told I'd have a refund but refund never came. I will not be using them again.

Wasn’t the best, ordered the oil I needed that showed in stock online, came to collect and was told they didn’t have it and would be in the next day at 10/10.30… so arrived the next day and was told they don’t have the oil in stock again… so had to be refunded and had to buy the more expensive one

Kettering Branch , very poor. Difficult to get a parking space.. Often cars blocked in by Euro Car parts vans. You buy by "click and collect", which is a con. It will not really save you time. Only ever 1 x person serving.. Admitted by the server.. Several PC terminals, just one guy.. Plenty of desk, but just one guy. So there is no clicking and collecting. Screwfix and every other honest company have a desk for just collections. They also have 3 -4 persons available to get your goods. Usually you have to wait for on average 10 minutes, whilst people ahead of you in the queue, have not ordered online, they want to go through products and options with the server and then pay by cash or card.. This is a totally misleading and unfair system, where those that have taken the time to be organised and have paid in advance, have to wait behind those that could not be bothered. So Euro Car Parts gets your money into their bank in advance and you have to wait to get your item, because they are too tight to pay to have at least 2 x servers working.. At this branch there is a back office with several people, who are always audible and mucking around. At least it does not sound like they are really hard at work. So the question is, faced with that poor customer service and experience every time, why should anyone hand over their money in advance? Perhaps we should all pay and order in shop, thus slowing down everything and effecting Euro Car Parts profits, until they take the most basic action, to have more than one person running the shop front. In the past I have visited several other branches that were smaller and they had two persons out front dealing with customers. When I spoke to the one guy serving, he said it was not because someone was sick, just that is the way they run it there. I have to now consider looking at other retailers, because the service level is so low. The sad thing is that the rise of Euro Car Parts is that it put many small motor factors out of business. You know, the guys that used to know what parts were required without having to take vehicle registration etc.. Sad times.. Only prices are good and those also have been steadily increasing and fewer discount codes now.

Parts purchased did not fit, returned and bought an alternative, also didn't fit. In the end, lost confidence in getting right part and first filter £7, last option £30-odd. Guy i dealt with was 100% but issue was with system. Refunded for both. Normally better.
