I have a trade account and my customers can get parts on line cheaper than I get at trade I don’t get this and I order on line to get the same price as the customer because I feel my trade account isn’t a trade account I’ve also notice that you have stopped offering discount codes

Order part which was in stock. I recevied confirmation email. When I went to pick up the branch could find it had to reorder. So I wasted my time and drive another 10miles for my part. Not great for a clink and collect service

The experience at the pick-up point was identical to last time: there was a massive queue outside, I waited for 30 minutes to be served, and the paperwork was handed to me in a very rude manner. Upon inspection, I received WAG brake pads instead of the FIAT ones I ordered. When I raised the issue, your coworker was unhelpful and dismissive. I had to endure another 30-minute wait outside in the cold as your coworker took their lunch break and nobody could locate my correct brake pads. Absolutely appalling!

You do a click and collect but end up waiting ages when they go off and find the item surely when you do it on click and collect it should be waiting for you

When I made this order I was told the item was in stock at my local branch for click and collect. However I had to wait until the following day before I could collect. The system/europarts should not state 'in stock at local branch' when it is not and had to arrive from another depot.

I needed a new battery for my car, paid the extra for next day delivery and it never showed up. I had to get another in short time - battery got delivered the next day. To be fair, they reimbursed me without problem (although not including the delivery charge but can't be bothered to chase it up!!!). The sad thing is I got told that garages get priority, but then why offer (and charge for) next day delivery if you can't honour that.

The customer service and help is great, but out of 7 items I brought to service my car 5 of them was incorrect. Buying online I can understand might be my error but when asking I store and them handing it to me after checking there systems and it still being wrong caused a major headache. The staff was very helpful and no issues changing the items. But as said it caused me a lot of issues not being able to move the car to then have to get to and from the store to get it changed.

Ordered van aerial’s and only had one turn up this was over 3 months ago I have emailed them and promised it was coming out and still haven’t received the order, other times I have ordered it’s been good so not sure what’s going wrong

Ordered a part to be delivered, no one was home on the day (Thursday) so I called to reschedule for Saturday and they said that was fine. They then delivered it on Friday so I called again and they agreed to re deliver on Saturday. They never did and when we called on Sunday we were told they will deliver it on Monday but to call at 8am to ensure this. I did and then they told us it was collection only? The communication was terrible and the part was needed for Monday so it caused lots of stress and issues.

Ordered some parts to replace my Honda Civic exhaust from the diagram with part numbers, upon collection I noticed most of the parts I’d been given (besides the exhaust itself) were wrong, but this was then promptly sorted. However I made the mistake of not checking the second lot of parts I’d been given and when it came to changing the exhaust it turned out the parts I had were all completely wrong other than one bolt and ‘bolt springs’. Some of the parts I had ordered were missing, some were parts I hadn’t ordered and some were parts which were listed on the provided diagram for my car but weren’t actually for my car, for example, I had the complete wrong style of gasket and the hangers were completely different too. Only reason I wouldn’t give 1 star is because I turned up near closing time to collect the parts and the lad was more than happy to correct the order for me, his picking sheet had completely different parts to what I had ordered on so none of it was his fault, there’s obviously a serious issue with the ordering/picking system somewhere.

Bought this part , which said it fitted my car.when I tried to fit it, it was wrong one.so just took old one apart and fitted new blade.

Ordered two 10 litre Ad Blue's and unfortunately was not in to collect when they were deliered. Arranged delivery twice afterwards but both times I wiating in (as they wouldn't leave in a safe place) they never turned up. As a result I decided to cancel my order for a refund and purchased elsewhere for a slightly lower price. The refund was processed promptly back to my card. I doubt I would use again unless I had to.

I recently ordered online (and paid for) a pair of windscreen wipers. I've fitted many. I telephoned to check that they were the correct fitting and was given the codes on the phone. I picked them up from St Helens. Before I left the store, I asked the lad to again, check that they were the correct wipers as I could see that the 2 wipers were different. He told me that they were correct and for my wife's car. I have a long way to travel to theat Helens store. I got home and discovered that one of the 2 wipers had a different fitting and was wrong. I had to travel all the way back to get the correct wiper. Very poor service and a waste of my time and petrol.

Only delivered three out of four spark plugs, in a larger order, initially. Three out of the four were 'returns' and sealed up with tape and one had obviously been fitted as the ceramic was marked. One was a completely different plug size and manufacturer. A deliver driver returned to collect them but failed to bring replacements and eventually they told me they had no stock. Perhaps they didn't want to make another trip out with the replacements, who knows...

Ordered and paid for parts on line.when collected.they were in manufactures box.got home.Had been given wrong parts.assistant should have checked to make sure he had picked correct part.got an apology.But had to make two journeys from home to ecchange the parts.poor customer service
