I bought lens headlights kit to clean it and is poor quality product

Rude Staff, approached the counter and was greeted with 'go over there, i am going on lunch!' said collague then carried on serving another customer after me for 10 minutes befreo making a huge issue in front of the 8 other customers who had been served by the other lady (no please or thank from her either!) then the lady who brought out my item shouted my number like a game of bingo and then dumped it on the counter and walked away! simple really, if you want to stay as a shop teach you team her some manners! i will be using on line or another retailer who values my custom in future! i will never use Euro car parts again!

The company has gone so expensive I have taken my account somewhere else and they are doing the same to a very big company and about to lose a massive account too.. I ordered some bits to Tamworth and to fine they didn’t even have my item in stock waste off time and money

The window regulator I bought for my Peugeot Expert E7 had good build quality, but I could not use it because the motor connector was different from the original Peugeot window regulator. So I have to return the part.

Think you should have gone back to the manufacturer. I realise you arenot the manufacturer but having a 5 year warranty on a part, that gives up after 5 years and 10days is poor. I have bought it from you, I think you should have done more for me, your customer.

I ordered two leisure batteries and the email confirmation said they would be available to collect that same day after 4pm. I travelled 1 hour to get there and was told they would not be in until tomorrow as they were coming from England. I travelled another hour to get back home. I left it a week before returning to collect the batteries, only to be told the exact same thing! That they would be in tomorrow, because they were coming from England. They did have one in stock which I took with me, but I then had to travel even further to another store to collect the second battery. I understand there was obviously a mix up here, but I would have expected that after the first visit to the store, they would have done something to ensure that the order was ready to collect the next time I visited. It seems they did absolutely nothing in the week between the two visits! Very disappointed.

Order placed 10 days ago on an item that was supposed to be in stock. They still haven't got one available let alone despatched!

Didn’t receive any contact to say parts ready for collection. I was then given a part that was already opened and dirty, clearly had been sold previously and returned. Your car park also damaged my front bumper for a bolt that was sticking out of a parking stopper that hadn’t been installed correctly

I'm happy I got my parts at some later time after at the 15mins, no text alert. But staff should not forget I can hear your conversations at the front desk no matter how personal! Please don't forget you can be replace by an automated service!!!! And maybe you should. This is pointless, why are you there? What value are you adding? Nothing, no smile, no attention, no nothing, talking about customers habits as if that is right infront of other customers. Disappointing

Your parts have got more expensive than most of your competitors, but my main gripe is when I get a message too say my order is ready for collection. I don't expect to wait in a queue with only one serving,then to find he/she then has to go and pick my items of the shelf. Your customer service has really gone down hill over the past few years

The motorbike disc lock I bought only last week has already broken. The key lock has fallen apart and I was very lucky to get it off the bike! I'll be taking it back this weekend!

Customer service is very poor and gave me a used car parts I had to wait another day to give me the new one but still got tear boxes of parts looks used might be returned item unfitted one didn’t expect anything like this from a big parts giant very disappointing

Very poor customer service. The staff member I dealt with was quite arrogant. Before purchasing, I specifically asked if I could return the item if it didn’t fit my car, and he assured me that I could. I checked it right outside the shop, and when I returned to let him know it didn’t fit, he suddenly refused to take it back, saying I had touched it and left fingerprints on it. While I understand stores may have return policies, this should have been clearly explained beforehand. Had I known, I would have been more careful. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing
