Poor customer care. Still waiting a refund

Product bought was good. I found collecting the item was very poor. I was waiting in a queue of 5 people, each one talking to the customer service employee, wanting to look at what car parts were available for their service. I asked the employee if there was anyone else who could help, he said no he was the only one and the only one who had to walk around the large warehouse to collect customer items. In total I was there for 35mins, to collect a £4 item. The Coventry branch is a joke. There are available double sockets by the front door under the alarm panel, why don't they install a click and collect tablet or a separate click and collect counter, so someone else can obtain the item, so you don't have to wait so long.

Don’t bother with this shower. Ordered a karcher pressure washer. After 10 days the order was still placed. After contacting customer services they cancelled my order hoping that my query was solved to my satisfaction. They cited unable to source it, and I find it at one of their shops at a more expensive price.

The courier you used (EVRI), delivered my package to the wrong address! If it wasn't for the house holder's decision to bring the package to me, I wouldn't have received it ever!

Air filter and cabin filter collected, both had been opened and where dirty, ordered replacements, replacements worse than the originals, still waiting for a refund, total waste of time making 2 trips for nothing!

Terrible parking at the Kiln Lane site with MCDonald's delivery drivers taking up spaces. Walked through the door and was ignored and left to wait for 10 mins while the staff chatted in the office. Not impressed.

I know from previous visits that there is never more than one person on desk so expected the usual prolonged wait. I ordered online for collection two days prior to collecting my parts. I was handed them and found only seven of the eight parts. The girl on reception disappeared into the back and was told that seven were sent as there was supposed to be one in stock. She returned and offered to get me the missing one by 16.00 which I accepted. Here's the question, if the guy in the back knew of the problem why was I just handed the parts with no warning or explanation. Also if he knew of the problem why did he not order the extra one so it would be available for the original collection. The whole place is chaos and nobody is trying to improve things. Avoid the Bow branch unless you're keen on a long wait and an order that is either incorrect or incomplete. One star is too high but there were no negative numbers available.

Used registration to identify the correct part (rear wiper blade) for my Mini One but clearly the one shown and purchased was not correct. Way to big!

I ordered a tool from the Broadstairs branch on April 5th, and paid for it. It was scheduled to be at the branch for 16.30pm that day. It wasn't. I was assured it would be there by 13.30pm the following day (April 6th). It wasn't. I needed the tool to complete a job so my wife could drive her car to Portsmouth on April 7th. Fortunately I was able to obtain the tool from elsewhere and got the job done by late afternoon on the 7th. My payment was refunded, however if the job had been for a paying customer it would have caused me ambarrassment and probably a lost customer. I won't be using Euro Car Parts in the forseeable future.

Terrible click and collect experience. Ordered an item for collection next day, near 30 minute wait due to one person working (who didn't apologise). Then told after a further wait the item wasn't delivered so could order. I said no, refund would be 7 to 10 days and on the receipt the person lied by saying item collected but not wanted so refunded. Shockingly bad.

This Euro car parts CLICK AND COLLECT is getting very slow day by day, been there on diffrent days of the week and paid online and everything, but i always have to wait a long time to collect my parts. Not happy with the service if im honest...

euro parts very good but del co del to wrong addres and it was up to me to find it ,it was behind a door at a farm 1/2 a mile away NO help from del they did not get back to me untill the day after I had to cancel the first day of my holtday they told me to contact euro car parts that is not why I paid for express del .feel del co did not care

An employee was having banter and didn’t like what I said so she took all my personal details from the system gave them to her boyfriend and then he gave me phone calls threatening me with violence and reciting my address to me saying he knows where I live , so I don’t recommend them

Basildon branch don’t have a clue. Keep customers waiting while they chat. Numerous people but only one or two actually doing anything useful. We returned our lasted purchase based on Basildon poor customer service.

waited 30 minutes to get served with 8 people waiting, lots of staff at the branch but only one person behind the counter. This is the second time this has happened.
