Disgusting Behaviour. Paying for Parts that Say are Available for collection. However on Arrival They Are Not Available 😕. Then Getting Refund X3 Days Later.. Unlawful and Illegal Theft of Customer Money. Disgusting.

Ordered service parts on Monday 25 May for delivery. Nothing arrived by Friday so phoned to see where it was. Nothing arrived delivery drivers apparently so they said come and get it. When was someone going to tell me. Cancelled order and not yet received a refund. Quick to take your money but not refund it. Disappointed because they have not let me down before.

Absolute rubbish service ordered items that where supposedly in stock on a 3/4 day working day delivery service Chased the local branch Stevenage where apparently being delivered from after 5 days to be told not in stock not sure when coming in so still no delivery after 8 days No communication from the branch even after calling them so no updates And according to the web site cannot cancel order can only refuse delivery or return at cost Shockingly bad service will not recommend and most certainly will not use again

Advised item not in stock several days after expecting priority delivery. Automatic refund progressed 6 days ago but nothing received. Poor experience overall.

The item I ordered was out of stock and on back order with the supplier. I found this out after I called into Stockton-on-Tees store at the time and date stated in my confirmation email. Shocking customer service in store

Ordered for next day, got e-mail confirmation ready to collect, went to pick it up and its not there. Three days later and its still not there. A proper next day delivery

I didn't receive my item, i phoned up euro car parts to see if my item was in. He said yes i went down to pick it up and was made out that i was lying. My item was not in and been waiting for over a week. I went back again and just got my money back. I will go else where in future. Rubbish service

I have not yet received these parts and I'm already asked to give a review. I had an e-mail recording my payment then another accepting my order but then stating that we did not have a contract. Accepting my payment and my order constitutes a contract under English law.

Ordered a Power washer online for pick up (showing as in stock). Drove across town to pick it up the next day to be told they had none and it would be a few days before it was in stock. Other people in the shop where having the same issue if ordering online and goods not in stock. Wasted a lot of time then getting a refund and sourcing elsewhere. I would no recommend as they have no idea of stock availability and the customer service is rubbish

Ordered a pool cover and never received a confirmation to say that it had arrived for collection. Finally went to collect hoping that it would be there and they had cancelled my order after 5 days although it said I have 7 days to collect. When I arrived they hadn’t actually sent the order back yet, so they found it, but I was told I had already been refunded and had to pay again. The amount I paid again was £2 more than the original amount! Reason unknown.

Given a three‑day delivery window with no follow‑up text or email to say it was out for delivery, things went downhill fast. They turned up at the house on Thursday and got no answer, even though someone was in — it happens, fair enough. My wife called the number on the card and was told they’d try again on Friday or Saturday. I waited in all day Friday. No one showed. My son waited in all day Saturday. Still no one showed. Surely it would arrive on Monday then… but no. Nothing. In the end, I had to call the number on the card again and arrange to go to the branch myself to pick it up on Tuesday. Maybe Euro Car Parts should stick to garage and workshop deliveries, because you’re absolutely rotten at home deliveries.

Searched on-linre, found a local Euro parts store. Assistant at the counter was polite and found the product quickly, which was extremely over priced. Took it home and myself and my Brother tried to clear all faults on the dashboard after fitting the scensor but failed, Thinking we had done something wrong, we took it off and carefully refitted it again (all-in 1/2 a day now), only to have the same results - all errors still on the dashboard. Took it to the car manufacturers garage to take a look and within 20 minutes, they advised the part was faulty and didn't work. They provided another similar sensor and it worked immediately £20 cheaper.

Ordered an item to collect at store, waited two days to be told to go to the store at X time. Arrived to be told the company had actually put more stock online that they had, 0 communication and still now received no refund and can’t get through to anyone without being passed from pillar to post, waiting ages on hold to be cut off. It’s been almost 2 weeks.
