I know from previous visits that there is never more than one person on desk so expected the usual prolonged wait.
I ordered online for collection two days prior to collecting my parts. I was handed them and found only seven of the eight parts. The girl on reception disappeared into the back and was told that seven were sent as there was supposed to be one in stock. She returned and offered to get me the missing one by 16.00 which I accepted.
Here's the question, if the guy in the back knew of the problem why was I just handed the parts with no warning or explanation. Also if he knew of the problem why did he not order the extra one so it would be available for the original collection.
The whole place is chaos and nobody is trying to improve things.
Avoid the Bow branch unless you're keen on a long wait and an order that is either incorrect or incomplete.
One star is too high but there were no negative numbers available.
