“Ordered my part online used discount code but it didn’t work so told assistant in store and asked him to acknowledge and add the discount code but he informed me that he wasn’t able to do that for me so I couldn’t have the discount so be aware they don’t honour the discount codes if they don’t work on line”

“Was told my delivery would be 3 to 5 days, it arrived the next day and i was out, however it was a set of windscreen wipers that could have been posted through the door, so I tried to contact the store to dleay re-delivery until i was in but cannot get through derectly to the store goes to asn office somewhere 1st girl i spoke with was so miserable it was untrue, second guy was good and put me through to the store where again the guy that answered so so miserable almost grunting words, however the time was changed and the delivery was made by a happy driver Just took two days to sort and a flaf not to be able to ring the local store”

“Parts delivered promptly and all correct. However they were left as individual items on door step incl invoice - id expect it to be boxed up though. As it stands it was only minimal value items but what if it wasn’t?”

“Your discount on parts is poor when you are trying build a business. you quote one price on the net, and another in store. I have stopped using you for this. I can get the same quality part for less at the local accessory shop with a little longer notice, as they deal with you, the local shop sell it for less than you quote me. The same part on occasions.”

“I purchased a plastrx plastic restorer. It was sıpplied just a plastic bottle. I did not think anything about that. When tried to find out how to use it bottle said see leaflet inside. But no box or instructions supplied. I did not mind that either but when I removed the lid the seal was open. I did not return it because first it was worth my petrol money secondly difficult to prove. So this was a very poor unprofessional service.”

“Reserved some items, were basically ready when I came to collect which was good. However, cashier didn't seem to prioritise who he was talking to. I waited for him to finish with the previous customer and only once he clearly had, I started talking with him. He then kept interrupting to talk with the previous customer, making extra comments. He was so distracted that once he had given me my items he said "bye" and I had to remind him I hadn't even paid yet. I would have preferred he just take longer to finish with the other customer first before dealing with me, made for an awkward and unprofessional interaction.”

“Very disappointed with the Treforest depot, we said we were on our way to collect some brake pads and would be there before 4pm (when they closed) and they said they would hang on for us if we were a bit late. We got there at 3.55pm and they had locked up and gone home…..great service! We then had to drive all the way to the Cardiff Bay depot for 10am on the Sunday morning.”

“Well after getting six orders in a row of 3 wrong wipers, 2 thermostats and a injector washer wrong. I was starting to worry a little bit. BUT.. My last order of a tin of spray paint absolutely smashed it , got it straight off the shelf and only a 20 minute wait click and collect. Even the correct tin What a team”

“Don’t order if you want it within the arrival time. Ordered with a 3-4 day delivery, it came in the 7th day! Change your courier- Evri are rubbish! Had to buy another while waiting for the delivery. They took it back and sorted the refund with no issue though!”

“Ordered a part for click and collect which was showing 2 in stock,only to find when I drove in to collect (8 miles each way) that they could not find the order and told me I had to call back again,so another 16 miles round trip,not good 🙁”

“Ordered 2 sets of brake pads for 2 different cars on 8th April and was informed online that they could both be collected in 15mins at Newburn depot but when I arrived 20 mins later was told that they only had 1 set in and I would need to return next day for the missing 1. I said I needed them now and told him I’d go somewhere else so the operative said he’d refund the missing set back to card payment however that didn’t happen and I had to ring back twice to chase up the refund which eventually happened 12 days later. 🤷‍♂️”
