The parts ordered for next day delivery did not arrive. This resulted in me having to make contact by telephone. The person I spoke to was friendly and very helpful, so no complaints there. However, on the whole there does seem to be a lack of communication as to when items will arrive and order tracking seems to indicate items as being delivered when they have not.

System is poor. 2 identical items notified as ready for collection. Only 1 was there. Needed before holiday. Email to say only retained for 7days!

It is a only 3 stars as I paid extra for next day express service but it did not arrived the next day as advised an I had to ring up the following day to inform that it had not arrived on 3rd June It was then delivered on 4th June but having paid for express service it was very disappointing I am a retired automobile engineer

Euro Car Parts have always been excellent but recently have been supplying parts that do not fit the car, even when you have given the reg plate number. Such a shame and annoying

The click and collect is a waste of time as this is the third time I have tried the very poor process and still no notation of my order so don't waste time

The staff at Edmonton branch were very unhelpful and rude, I was forced to resolve the issue through head office and the brilliant people there were able to resolve the matter swiftly. So thank you so much to online customer support team

Have good customer services staff but most often involves long waits with customers even waitng outside at times as the shop area is quite small - not so great if raining or cold! Prices for parts are generally reasonable but competitive pricing from other outlets are also available.

The web order of the K&N filter oil went smoothly but I was disappointed that I couldn't talk to the Weymouth store to see if they had any in stock. I tried all of the telephone options without success and the line hanging up on me. I collected the oil early the following week but am still getting emails asking me to collect.

Euro Car Parts sells car parts with competitive prices and that is the main reason I use this company. I ordered car parts and they were delivered on time as was indicated in the noreply email from Euro Car Parts. However, one item was missing and the delivery person couldn't give an explanation. I contacted the company two days later on Friday and they came back to me and explained that the missing item was damaged in transport to my local Euro Car Parts shop and they will deliver it to me on Monday. The item was not delivered on Monday and I contacted my local Euro Car Parts shop and they said the delivery has not been arranged.l and I told them that I will come and collect it myself on Tuesday.

Ordered and able to collect same day. On looking for some other parts with a competitor supplier, I saw the same items for around 60% less than I paid, but not available same day, if you're not in hurry, worth shopping around.

OK for the price, but as highlighted by several other reviews several leaks at the joints. Tightened them up as much as possible and taped with gorilla tape which pretty much solved the problem. Will see how it goes over time.

I made multiple attempts to contact your company, with a representative finally answering after the third or fourth call; previous attempts were met with immediate disconnections. While my in-store experience was positive, with a polite and helpful associate, there appears to be a significant disconnect between customer service expectations and the actions of some staff members. This disregard for customer needs, coupled with a perceived sense of autonomy among staff, poses a serious risk to your business's reputation and long-term success, regardless of current popularity.
