Terrible service, the order was ready for collection next morning, to be told in person that it wasn’t ready until Monday. Waste of 50 miles round trip and the car part was poor quality.

I like the ease of use but I do appreciate a bit of customer service when I walk in and pick up my item. I asked a simple question which was not answered or even an attemp to answer it, almost just a grunt. Very strange. This sort of behaviour is very old school, you may think I know something or nothing but if I ask a specific question I do expect a specific answer or "I don't know". I bought rear brake pads and was asking about rear brake pad sensors. I had already checked the Mercdes manual and saw no mention (it seems the front have them and the rear doesn't). I took them apart and found this was true. I just simply asked do you stock rear sensors as I can't see them on your website (that's probably because they don't exist). However a grunt does not tell me either one way or the other does it? Anyway that is an example of someone who was too busy to go on your own site and confirm it. Not a good look for a company . Cheer up guys !!

Parts are good, service is lacking! Parts were of a good price and competitive, however picking them up was not a good experience. Not sure if it was because it was a weekend, however the front desk was poorly manned and inefficient in the way they dealt with orders. Not a criticism of the staff, they were doing what they could but the system / process they have is poor. It meant a 20min wait in the queue and another 10min wait while they went and got the parts, even though I had been alerted that these had been picked already.

Prices good, easy to order and reserve on line but staff seemed to have the attitude that I was a bity of an inconvenience when I called in to collect and not one of them gave any sort of cheerful greeting.

Not enough staff when I went to collect I was stood at the back of a 3 person que and it took nearly 30 mins to collect a part I ordered click and collect

Ease with ordering. However when we went to collect the item the store didnt have it, so we went back 2 hours later as requested and yet they still didn't have it. This went on again. And eventually the lovely apologetic gentleman redirected it straight to my house to say me going back.

Parts are okay, but it takes too long to collect in shop. Often times there's only one person working the till so ends up being quite a line

Generally good value and parts stock is usually available, however I have found other motor factors with the same products at half-price even when discounted by ecp so shop around.

First time customer. I ordered tools and paid online to collect. Arrived at store - no customer parking place available so parked among delivery vans. Long queue of customers snaking out of the door into the car park. Two people serving behind counter. I was served after about 15-20 minutes wait. Staff were good, attentive and polite; but the process they had to use to check in my order, ensure it was in stock and its whereabouts in the warehouse, printing off the 'docket', going to find it and bring it back to the counter seemed to take ages. I use 'click and collect' at a number of different retailers, but this in-store process is the slowest I've encountered.

Order parts from europcar parts using there part compatibility checker with my cars reg Got the wrong parts and had to find the right ones my self and order. They happily took the wrong parts back tho is the only good thing

Nothing wrong with what I bought, but I can't work out why an online order that's been paid for is not picked until you turn up to collect it. In my case, when I arrived, there were four or five people ahead of me waiting to be served at the counter by a single salesperson. Having waited 10 minutes for my turn, I find that I then get my receipt, and I then have wait for my order to be picked with all the others agead of me. I reckon I spent close to 15 minutes in the store waiting for one thing or the other. There has to be a better way to serve click and collect customers.

Paid for same day delivery (£8) but received the item 4 days later. I missed a delivery as I wasn't at home which is fair enough however the contact number on the card they left in my letterbox was for a completely different branch who didn't want to deal with my query, so took me 4 days to rearrange delivery after finally getting through to a human at my local ECP store. Item arrived now and im happy with the product, however delivery process ended up being a bit of a faff.
