“I went to collect my parts and after queuing for 30 minutes I was advised the brake discs had not been delivered. There was only one person serving at 4:30pm and yet people in the office behind the counter could be heard chatting. Eventually after 20 mins another member of staff assisted and the queue was quickly dealt with. I was advised that the discs would be available after 11am the following day. Fortunately I decided to phone before going to collect only to be told that I should now collect after 1pm which I did. Since your move to the current warehouse the delays for collection have increased.”

“Good range of products. Click and collect at Crawley branch has been painfully slow. I notice signs saying abuse to staff won't be tolerated. I wander if that was necessary due to frustration over waiting times?”

“It was ok apart of you have to wait on the queue to be served by the cashier over 20 minutes. Really feel sorry for her she’s was doing what she’s could but was by her self at the front.”

“Part ordered click and collect wasn't at the store when it should have been. Said it was at another branch so couldn't get the part till next day. travelled to another store to pick up. Every 3rd person taking parts back wrong item in box. Poor come on euros!!!”

“Aberdeen Branch. Great stock, good prices and local. However the collection service is abominable, wait times range from 15mins to over an hour, it defeats the purpose of having a click and collect option!! Come on Eurocar Parts, you can do better than this.”

“It is getting worse. I went there to pickup a plier on click and collect. I waited 35 minutes to get served by the only person at the till. There seemed to be just one person in the warehouse trying to serve everyone else. They both looked exhausted and overworked. The ques were long but we all tried to be patient. I only see a end to eurocarparts. Management does not have a vision for customers at the moment.”

“I was supplied the wrong parts when i ordered online despite entering my Reg number. I then had to pay for a second set of brake discs in store as it takes 5 days to process a refund. Unimpressed with your processes, however staff are always polite and helpful”

“First aircon rad leaked on fitting. Replacement had been fitted to another vehicle and exposed to atmosphere. Third aircon rad did not leak but difficult to fit due to not exactly matching original. Some minor damage to vanes as well. Staff were helpful and polite at all times.”

“I got some wipes for my car, they was prefect, it wad very convenient to click and collect aswell, but I was not very happen with the staff who served myself to collect them she was very rude. It was like she did not want to be there. Her customer service was horrible”

“I thought I would have got confirmation that my order had actually gone through. Then just guess work to go to the shop to collect as I also didn't get an email to say it was there 🤷 checked spam etc, it just didn't exist so good job I screenshotted the code the site gave me when payment was taken”
