“I needed new wiper blades for my Audi A3. Looked on their website - typed in my reg . no. and up came blades to fit my car. However these blades didn’t fit. Took them back to Euro Parts only to be told their website is NOT ALWAYS CORRECT - ????!. They did however refunded money and ordered correct ones straightaway - which fit.”

“I had to purchase replacement Brembo disks and pads for my van because the EICHER ones I got from eurocarparts were warped after only 3000miles of Island driving no faster than 50mph. Complete and utter rubbish! Unfortunately I had the Eicher ones for months before fitting them so they were out of time to return them. Lesson learned. Don't purchase on price alone!!”

“They may have the parts but the service is like pulling teeth. One guy on the til and disappears to collect parts. Queuing out the door. Returned a foot pump which creased collapsed and flattened my tyre. Thought I'd buy an oil filter to offset the footpump. Just discovered it's the wrong oil filter to the one listed on invoice. Nice enough chap tho as I explained I'd had tobtry and drive to a local Tesco to re inflate my 'good' tyre.”

“Waited 25 mins for 1 person to be served - he'd been given the wrong parts twice and was told he paid £4 too much, then the lady asked him to pay £31? She disappeared into the back multiple times before finally agreeing that £4 was due to the customer. The person behind me had equally bad experiences. No apology for the wait once I got to the counter (not that this is mandatory, but it is polite) and then another guy appeared at the till - we could hear staff in the back joking around the whole time we were waiting so this guy could have perhaps come out earlier. Overall, my collection was slow but OK - but the other customers' experiences have put me off completely.”

“The part was wrong. Had to take back for the correct one. Checked and the engine code is the same on the one that didn't fit and the one which did. 2nd one fitted okay. Frustrating when you have already put the reg in.”

“Euro car parts used to be really good but after the take over it has become very expensive and the parts are more than likely the wrong ones and of really poor quality. Euro car parts used to be my first choice but now I only use them as a last resort. Not very impressed with the new euro car parts.”

“The product was as ordered, it was only a can of spray lube but there was no spray tube attached to the can. I had to ring the counter bell multiple times brfore somebody came out to serve me and when they did they were prettyuncommunicative and another customer there at the same time as me suggested it was the norm for the Penzance branch.. A smile and a bit of recognition of the customer goes a long way! I wouldn't go out of my way to shop with you again.”

“I'm very pleased with ECP and the parts they supply. I did recently suffer an extra 30 mile round trip due to the stock management of parts. I had ordered a set of rear discs which have bearings already fitted, you can only order them as a pair for obvious reasons. I ordered and paid for the items online so that i could just get in and get back to fit them to my van, the nearest ECP showed two discs in stock. On arrival there was a queue and only one member of staff covering the desk, alas after a 15 miniute wait one could be found.... Hats off to ECP as they got a van from Sheffield with the missing part brought to them for 2pm the same day, I did ask if the part could be delivered to my address, but the answer was a frank 'no'. That meant having to do the extra 30 mile trip without any offer of a discount or voucher. Customer care could be better.”
