Great selection of parts and very very good prices, only downside is a lot of their branches especially the busy ones like southall/Hayes always have long queues with just one person serving everyone, Uxbridge branch is near enough the same, they need to employ more staff to assist customers. It's always a very frustrating experience. Some times I end up buying parts on ebay because of this.

Very long wait for collection only. Over half an hour. Only one person on. He was very polite and apologetic though.

I used the click and collect service as I normally have in the past but this failed ! I had no collection response but called at my usual store and was helped by the great young man on the counter who told me there had been issues with online stuff etc.

I purchased a part on the web site, however, I tried to pickup my order from the shop a day after. The staff was not be able to find it. Fortunately I did not pay it on the web site. The staff found the part I want, and sold it me. Otherwise, all that time was wasted.

Staff friendly but extremely slow paced. Took ten minutes to collect an item and 30 minutes to replace an item. Both times no other customers in the shop. Will likely go elsewhere when I can to save time.

Wide range of parts and easy to find what one needs online. Reserved an order to pick up from Orpington branch. Unfortunately a long queue there and the place looked bare with no products on display (as opposed to well maintained branch in the past). There was only one person serving the customers. She was doing a stellar job to keep calm under pressure, especially as many times she had to say no to a customer when he asked for various items he came for. It felt that the branch is near closing or going under administration! Other than that, once picked up the products - wipers for Mercedes Gla 200d - they worked very well and of are of good quality and modest price!

When order parts online said in stock at selected shop but went to collect parts twice and 5 days later was able to collect

Ordered for the first time and chose the click and collect option, although had a confirmation email there was follow up "ready to collect" text, no comms at all. Was passing the local store so went in anyway, no recollection of the order at all - great! Lucklily they still had the products in stock so atleast that correlated to the stock checker but not the best first impression admittedly. Will give it another go when needed to give the benefit of the doubt!

Wrong oil filter and because it had fingerprints over it had to pay for it only £5 odd but still annoying as I’d put in reg etc

Recently purchased some climair wind deflectors, although the box was selotaped up the deflectors inside did not have the usual protective film on and had surface scratches making me believe they were a possible return or similar.i didn't make a fuss as I needed them right away for a road trip and were items that required ordering.

Why oh why can’t car spares jump on board for classic Car owners? I’m told “ your registration doesn’t come up” ( I said it wouldn’t) “ We can’t do anything without it”!?! So you can’t just find plug leads? “ No” So by chance I find a set for a Fiat ! Fits perfectly! So I have to go through 16 pages to find a set of wipers that will fit !! Yes “ No registration “ BUT I can’t even get Wiper arms to come up so I can go through the endless list to find a pair ! It won’t even let me see the Wiper Arms because “ No Registration “ 😡😡😡

Paid extra for next day delivery, after parts diddnt arrive the next day rang Euro car parts, call handler was not very understanding - I would have had the parts collected, eventually call handler agreed to refund the additional post charges and said I would get an email confirming the refund which never happened, rang again and spoke to a second call handler who sorted the refund, parts arrived 48 hrs later!! Must try harder on both delivery and call handler.

Ordered part as click and collect - website said part would be ready for collection in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store 30 minutes later and then had to wait another 20 minutes for the part.

Purchased a list of parts and collected a couple of days later, early May 2025, Aberdeen store. Expected the store to get the items correct but they supplied brake pads for 2008 onwards vehicle, not for the 2004 checked on the website. All the rest of the items were correct, thanks fully. I was getting these fitted at the other end of the country and we didn't realise the pads were wrong until we went to fit them, after being greased on the slides and the likes. Seriously disappointed - expect better, though expecting is my fault, I don't normally have to double check, but from now on... The ECP brake pads had to be set aside and I don't think refundable, so I left them behind. Must try harder, folks.
