The product was as ordered, it was only a can of spray lube but there was no spray tube attached to the can. I had to ring the counter bell multiple times brfore somebody came out to serve me and when they did they were prettyuncommunicative and another customer there at the same time as me suggested it was the norm for the Penzance branch.. A smile and a bit of recognition of the customer goes a long way! I wouldn't go out of my way to shop with you again.
