It is getting worse. I went there to pickup a plier on click and collect. I waited 35 minutes to get served by the only person at the till. There seemed to be just one person in the warehouse trying to serve everyone else. They both looked exhausted and overworked. The ques were long but we all tried to be patient. I only see a end to eurocarparts. Management does not have a vision for customers at the moment.

I was supplied the wrong parts when i ordered online despite entering my Reg number. I then had to pay for a second set of brake discs in store as it takes 5 days to process a refund. Unimpressed with your processes, however staff are always polite and helpful

The staff at Waleswood were very friendly and helpful, however it took three attampts to get the correct part, due to incorrect parts in bags and a lack of photos on the website.

First aircon rad leaked on fitting. Replacement had been fitted to another vehicle and exposed to atmosphere. Third aircon rad did not leak but difficult to fit due to not exactly matching original. Some minor damage to vanes as well. Staff were helpful and polite at all times.

I got some wipes for my car, they was prefect, it wad very convenient to click and collect aswell, but I was not very happen with the staff who served myself to collect them she was very rude. It was like she did not want to be there. Her customer service was horrible

The lad that pick my items gave me the wrong oil filter had to go back the nxt day and leave the car on ramps.

The pictures weren't clear enough to tell if it was the the whole light unit or just the cover wasn't in the description either so has to refund and had to chase up the refund too

I thought I would have got confirmation that my order had actually gone through. Then just guess work to go to the shop to collect as I also didn't get an email to say it was there 🤷 checked spam etc, it just didn't exist so good job I screenshotted the code the site gave me when payment was taken

Good prices and fast delivery. One part (oil filter) did not fit my car despite the website saying it would when checked by registration. All other parts as described.

Although I pre ordered on-line, the wait in the shop when I picked up my order was longer than I would have expected and when I was finally served, 50% of the parts I were given were incorrect. Luckily I noticed before leaving the shop otherwise it would nhave required another trip to return the errant parts provided. However, the wipers that I did receive are a massive improvement on the ones I replaced on my wife's car.

The Bellingham store has really spiralled downwards in terms of service. Staff there seem to be inept and lazy, with me having recently wauted there for 40+ minutes for an order of 5 items, for them to then try and insist I take an incomplete item on top of it. I'd rather pay more elsewhere than have to deal with them, the poor customer service is not worth it.

Service was good but the item that I purchased which had a ‘use before’ date was 5 months past that date when supplied to me. Not very good stock control.

I ordered a set of screwdriver bits for collection on Saturday 24th February from the Camberley branch. When I arrived in the late morning, there were so many people waiting to be served that the queue outside of the door into the car parking area. I decided not to wait and returned on Monday when, fortunately, there wasn't a queue.

Your prices are higher then others now. Your website looks like it's given a discount automatically but let's face it, nobody just gives a discount. You have the name for being a cheap car parts shop but only because people stop looking around. Easy to get parts from yes. Prices cheaper then other shops? No

I had to purchase 2 LED indicator repeaters. The first I noticed was defective in the Euro Parts car park as the PCB was rattling inside the sealed lens, also the steel spring clip was missing and the plastic holder for the clip was defective. I purchased another from another Euro parts shop and on plugging in to the wiring the internal PCB was dislodged as the terminal pins were bent. Imade a repair to the repeater as I needed in a hurry. The lens was prised apart, PCB secured and araldited back together now working ok. A refund was given for the first defective indicator repeater.
