It is getting worse.
I went there to pickup a plier on click and collect. I waited 35 minutes to get served by the only person at the till. There seemed to be just one person in the warehouse trying to serve everyone else. They both looked exhausted and overworked. The ques were long but we all tried to be patient. I only see a end to eurocarparts. Management does not have a vision for customers at the moment.
