Although I pre ordered on-line, the wait in the shop when I picked up my order was longer than I would have expected and when I was finally served, 50% of the parts I were given were incorrect. Luckily I noticed before leaving the shop otherwise it would nhave required another trip to return the errant parts provided.
However, the wipers that I did receive are a massive improvement on the ones I replaced on my wife's car.
