“Ordered a part for click and collect which was showing 2 in stock,only to find when I drove in to collect (8 miles each way) that they could not find the order and told me I had to call back again,so another 16 miles round trip,not good 🙁”

“Ordered 2 sets of brake pads for 2 different cars on 8th April and was informed online that they could both be collected in 15mins at Newburn depot but when I arrived 20 mins later was told that they only had 1 set in and I would need to return next day for the missing 1. I said I needed them now and told him I’d go somewhere else so the operative said he’d refund the missing set back to card payment however that didn’t happen and I had to ring back twice to chase up the refund which eventually happened 12 days later. 🤷‍♂️”

“Bought parts by click and collect - when I arrived to pick up nobody knew where my parts were and it took 15min for them to be located - 3 different people got involved - did not give the impression of being well run.”

“Looks like Euro Car Parts have lost their way over the sales. Don’t seem to offer full range of stock anymore. Also wild pricing system and silly promotions turns people off. Even out web outlets working out to be cheaper at times.”

“they have stock and its a fair price but what really lets them down is that you are allways left waiting a very long time to collect your items - they either need to improve thier process for click and collect or hire more staff!”

“The Bosch wiper blades euro car parts website came up with for my car - Toyota CHR - did not fit. I was able to search the Bosch website and the ones which came up on there fitted. The price was reasonable so I bought them from euro car parts who refunded the money for the incorrect ones immediately.”

“They got my online order wrong despite me putting in my reg. So obviously I had to go back and get it changed and was told I’d have a £4 refund but never did (I know it’s only £4 so not horrendous but principal initttt)”

“We always find euro car parts good but the courier you use spoils the experience the last item I ordered for next day delivery was not picked up from yourselves and caused me a problem and had to go elsewhere get rid of Evri and all would be good never had a good experience with Evri”

“Again wrong item given.. even though was recommended for my vehicle. Took back and replaced with no issue. But am pretty annoyed that again had to return to store.. this happens 90% of the time. Not sure how you can rectify this.”
