Ordered 2 sets of brake pads for 2 different cars on 8th April and was informed online that they could both be collected in 15mins at Newburn depot but when I arrived 20 mins later was told that they only had 1 set in and I would need to return next day for the missing 1. I said I needed them now and told him I’d go somewhere else so the operative said he’d refund the missing set back to card payment however that didn’t happen and I had to ring back twice to chase up the refund which eventually happened 12 days later. 🤷♂️
