“Easy enough to order parts online and free delivery. Only negative no communication.. driver doing delivery turned up when I was out , if I gad known they were coming i would have stayed in. He left a card with main depot phone number but when ringing could never fet through to delivery depot. Fortunately I was in two days later when he attempted delivery again.”

“I remember a company that was so different, now i look for parts and its far harder i type in a part on the search and get something completely different, so i use other suppliers, last resort is Euro. Remember it never use to be like this”

“The website isn’t very accurate , I specifically put my registration in so that I get the right part for my car , also I used the filter and selected rear only , it technically should be fool proof , however I got a front wiper when I didn’t want one , I had to call your company and then be told I could collect one from a near by store , when I got to the near by store the part I wanted wasn’t there , so I had to wait till tomorow which is fine it just would have been much better if I was told this on the phone and saved me messing around wasting time that didn’t need to be wasted”

“So i ordered new rear discs and pads for my wifes Hyundai i20X, the delivery was spot on, earlier than expected which was great. The discs were absolutely fine but the pads were not a great pattern part. They had small pin heads on the outside that clashed with the caliper and the sliders were a thicker gauge than the orginal making everything incredibly tight. I had to reuse the old sliders and break out the dremmel to remove the pin head on the pads to make them fit. I would suggest these particular pads are removed from the Hyundai i20X compatibility list.”

“The website tool, where the car reg input determines the parts suitable for the vehicle has been poor in my experience. Every part from auxiliary belt to brake discs & pads has been incorrect resulting in exchanges or refunds. Sourced parts from other outlets don't arrive at the time / date advised during the sale. The queues at times are long, painfully slow moving & service tends to be slow / understaffed. Other than that it's ok.”

“Pretty poor experience I'm afraid , stuff late arriving then other stuff not arriving at all only reason for 3rd star was how the branch manager dealt with the issues couldn't fault him to be fair but unfortunately has put me off using euro car parts as had a very different experience with one of your competitors.”

“Ordering was quick and easy but we paid £6 for next day delivery on Thursday, should have arrived on Friday, it was delivered Saturday evening as I was about to go out, not sure if it's euro car parts fault for late despatch or Evri's for late delivery”

“Goods were delivered to my door , however I did'nt get a notice of delivery and when the parts came they were not in a box. The items were in their own package ( 2 x air filters) and the screen wash, which had an included tablet pack, was seperated from each other. It appears that the lot was just chucked by the door. Luckily my door is away from the street.”

“I purchased a battery for my truck but when I fitted it there was no power. After checking the battery with a multimeter it was dead. Went back to shop and told them and they said they’ll get a replacement. Dodgy battery selling?”

“I ordered a ac condenser for my truck using the number plate search online, drive 40 minutes to go and collect the part only to get home and realise it was a rerun that I’m guessing somebody else had tried to fit, then I realised it wasn’t the correct part for me either. Then had to drive 40 minutes back again to return it.”
