The website tool, where the car reg input determines the parts suitable for the vehicle has been poor in my experience. Every part from auxiliary belt to brake discs & pads has been incorrect resulting in exchanges or refunds. Sourced parts from other outlets don't arrive at the time / date advised during the sale. The queues at times are long, painfully slow moving & service tends to be slow / understaffed. Other than that it's ok.
