“Ordered brake parts off the vehicle registration. Came up with multiple choices of cost and quality. I selected ones , thinking they would fit. Out of 4 sets, only one set of pads were correct. And out us in a difficult position,as my son had travelled over an hour for us to fit them, only to find that they didn't. Very disappointed and caused me to pay a garage to fix the issue.”

“Usually have the item I require. Never had a problem with any item yet. Prices reasonable. Counter staff at Widnes branch are shocking. Pleasant enough and knowledgeable enough when they come to serve which very often is a 10 minute wait.”

“I ordered my wiper blades on line , unfortunately they were incorrect , so l got a refund and the correct ones were ordered.ln fact the wrong bar code serial no was on the original box , the box was correct the wipers were not .The Bosch product is very good , I don’t understand why l was charged more for the wiper blades that were replaced when the serial no etc was correct”

“Part supplied was incomplete - blister pack had been opened, part of contents removed and pack re-sealed. A replacement part was ordered and provided but the repair job was delayed - annoying.”

“Everything was great, right through from registering to collecting the items. Only thing is, they keep sending me emails saying that my items are ready to be collected even though I collected them within ten minutes of ordering them.”
