Ordered two parts online for two different cars, both parts were incorrect. Best option was to go to a Eurocarparts site and return them. To be fair, the young woman who was serving, was on her own and had a queue, but returned the items for refund with no hassle

Ordered my part and was told collection from 9am, arrived at 10am, the part wasn’t picked so had to wait 15 mins. I know it’s not long but when you have been given a time and you have paid for it, it should be ready.

I deal with South woodfird branch, staff don't answer the phones. They target the garages whom they don't like to answer or support. If your a friend or relative you get cheaper and better service. Otherwise forget it. South woodford branch staff must be changed. Very poor in dealing warranty . Other branches are good.

Good website experience, polite service. I was given the wrong part (bumper) and only realised after driving home and unwrapping it. I drove back; efficient and polite exchange but no apology.

I recently bought a replacemnent starter battery for my 2014 Honda Jazz. Whilst it was descibed as a direct replacement, it turned out to be a slightly different shape, meaning it was an awkward fit. Also the terminal posts are a bit larger than the original battery so the cables wouldn't clamp on as far down as they did previously. Hopefully they are secure enough and making good enough contact. Bottom line is that I did get the battery fitted and it seems to be working fine so far.

My experience of Euro Car Parts has always been a bit of a mix. They're good for generic, non-specific stuff like brake cleaner or cleaning products - stuff you can use on any car. For vehicle specific parts it's always a bit of a lottery wether you'll get a part that actually fits as it seems their database is often wrong. The staff at my local branch (Burton on Trent) have always been polite & professional.

Order part online and paid to speed up collection process. 57 in stock. Then I received email that my part would be ready in 7 days. Being local to depot I went round and was given the part straight away. Don't think I'll pay before collection in future just in case

Bought service kit for my car, upon replacing fuel filter the 1 they gave was wrong, I had to borrow a car to exchange. But they don't stock mine, infact a refund in store wasnt easy. Same was with the oil filter don't stock. Had to go to ford to buy genuine. Such a shame. They need update there system to correct products,

I bought a Jack. They gave it to me. Why does this need a review?

Euro car parts is always a last resort for my replacement parts. Always frustrating to be standing in a queue of customers, 2 computer terminals at the counter but only ever seems to be one person working the counter and dealing with customers and 3 or 4 people out the back chatting. Why not get another staff member on front counter when shop is busy. Always like this at Crayford.

I ordered a windscreen wiper online, for collection the next day. After paying, the website said it would be ready from 9:15am the next day. When I went to the store at around 1pm they said the computer had no such order. So I had to buy it again and then try to get my money back for the original order. Having said that, their prices are usually very good.

Service delivery needs serious improvement. Be prepared for long waiting time even if you have ordered online and only going to pick up. However, competitive in terms of money.
