Waited 25 mins for 1 person to be served - he'd been given the wrong parts twice and was told he paid £4 too much, then the lady asked him to pay £31? She disappeared into the back multiple times before finally agreeing that £4 was due to the customer. The person behind me had equally bad experiences. No apology for the wait once I got to the counter (not that this is mandatory, but it is polite) and then another guy appeared at the till - we could hear staff in the back joking around the whole time we were waiting so this guy could have perhaps come out earlier. Overall, my collection was slow but OK - but the other customers' experiences have put me off completely.
