I'm very pleased with ECP and the parts they supply. I did recently suffer an extra 30 mile round trip due to the stock management of parts. I had ordered a set of rear discs which have bearings already fitted, you can only order them as a pair for obvious reasons. I ordered and paid for the items online so that i could just get in and get back to fit them to my van, the nearest ECP showed two discs in stock. On arrival there was a queue and only one member of staff covering the desk, alas after a 15 miniute wait one could be found.... Hats off to ECP as they got a van from Sheffield with the missing part brought to them for 2pm the same day, I did ask if the part could be delivered to my address, but the answer was a frank 'no'. That meant having to do the extra 30 mile trip without any offer of a discount or voucher. Customer care could be better.
