Made my last simple purchase with you, comprising of three straightforward items on line. I x air filter, 1 x pollen (cabin ) filter and 1 x Fuel Filter. These items were paid online and delivered to my home address.
I was dissapointed when oopening the fuel filter to find that it was incorrect, despite me providing the vehicle details on my online account. It was also obvouis that the fliter had been opened before, as it was not sealed, and the filter body was grubby.
I immediately phoned the depot and explained, they understood and advised that I return the said filter to the depot when they would exchange it.
I did this very thing but was charged the non online order price for the correct filter.
Firstly the original filter should not have been aloud to be dispatched as it was clearly contamintaed, and as this was your error, I should have been charged the online price.
Very dissapointed
