“At Staines it took me ages to pick up something ordered online. There was only one person on the desk and a queue of people requiring lots of looking up and time to find parts. Further delays while stuff was found in the warehouse out the back etc. There needs to be a fast line for people just picking stuff up. Additionally at Staines there used to be entrance from the carpark at the back, now you have to walk a long way round to the front and that can be difficult getting stuff back to your car when you walk all the way round back. This place used to be loads better.............. Parts availability and price is decent for around here though so I'll have to keep going back”

“I am a private individual without an account. I find it really hard to find the parts I need on the Euro Car Parts website. I have been unable to find M10x1.25 "fine" nuts for the exhaust for a 2013 i10. When I search for "exhaust nuts" I can find no information on the thread sizes in the results that come up on the Euro Car Parts website. I tried phoning but couldn't get through to the local branch and instead ended up in a "press this press that" maze and gave up. Hopeless!”
