“Very poor customer service. Extremely rude staff who seemed like he was having a bad day and didn't want to be there, and taking it out on the customer. Staff should behave in a professional and polite manner with customers. I will go to a different car parts store next time. Plenty of other car parts stores in Crawley who behave professionally.”

“Made an order, was told it was ready to pick up. When arrived at store there was one person serving, 5 people in the queue and the staff member couldn’t give a refund (cash) as he had none. Waited best part of half an hour whilst he was sorting it then to be told it was my fault the stuff I ordered was not in stock and I would have to come back another time, as I’d made the mistake of ordering it whilst they were closed for new year. 2 hours of my day wasted and still waiting for a refund as parts sourced elsewhere.”

“used the online parts finder using my reg number. wrong part supplied, which meant £6 to collect in fuel and £6 to return in fuel and having to pay a local garage to sort. also i paid cash but hey would not refund my cash, had to be on card which meant refund not immediate. gave 2 stars as the guy in store was nice enough and no argument about refunding”
