“Our purchase of a headlamp unit was made during the Easter break and the sales assistant advised of the discount being offered if we ordered online. We did this and was able to collect the headlamp within 20 minutes. Unfortunately when our mechanic tried to fit the headlamp it was for the wrong side. We boxed up the headlamp and returned to the shop and after checking there was no other suitable replacement we were given a full refund without question. We cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service we received and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.”

“I bought a set of brake discs at a discounted price. Now 3 weeks later they cancel my order and say it is because I did not pay the delivery fee that they asked me to pay by email. I never got said email and now they ask me to place the order again at a much higher price. No.”
