“Staff always friendly and helpful but always under staffed and made to wait for at least 15 minutes before being served. Parking is terrible as at least 4 Euro Car Parts vans using customer parking only either leaving me to risk getting a ticket parking in the road or leaving and having to come back in the hopes a space has become available.”

“Purchased item for collection thinking I could collect that day. So drove to centre to collect Only to be told No I couldn’t!!! I had to wait 3 days for the items to arrive? That’s not a collection system!’!! That’s an advanced order system. I will not use their collection service again.”

“Super easy purchase collection and service. Finding the part is the most important aspect. And it’s pretty accurate for parts using the Reg check. I ordered it and was able to collect it immediately. The price was also very good. Car maintenance is expensive and it’s nice being able to get well priced parts to install myself. Pretty much use Euro Car Parts for this reason. Big up Euro car parts 🔥”

“Was told 3-5 days for delivery, a week later nothing had arrived. Called customer services, waited on hold for an hour to be told they are busy and will look into it. I just asked for a refund which I've still not had nearly a week later - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND”

“Really good buying experience. Knew what I needed so ordered on the website, greeted with a 30% off voucher which was very welcome. Order placed on a Sunday afternoon, quick jolly out to the store and they had it in stock. It was at that point I realised I’d ran out of the house without clicking “purchase” so told the chap in the shop this. He put it through and still applied the discount for the online order. Euro sell a couple of types of the product I wanted and I got the OEM replacement which they had in stock and ready to go. Great service, really helpful staff, would definitely use again!”

“At counter I was advised the can did not come with a flexible hose. After a discussion the lady went to check. She returned handing me the flex, which didn't actually fit the can. She then took the can to speak with someone who may help. A man returned saying this, another flexible was the one. I queried the fact it didn't have a nut to secure it to the can, he then went off again. Upon his return he advised the hose itself screws directly onto the can ie hose has to be continuely turned until tight. He assured me this was correct as he looked it up on suppliers website. Note the euro carparts site doesn't explicitly show hose / fitting.”
