“Surprisingly good for the price! I loaded a Laser dinghy with launching trailer on it the other day and it handled it perfectly. I think the combined weight is over 100kg. The locks do feel a bit cheap but it was easier to install than more expensive roof bars. My only complaint is that they whistle over certain speed with nothing on them. I tried to reduce the noise by wrapping thin rope around them in a spiral like you see on tall chimneys and it worked a bit. I think I needed tighter spirals to fix the issue completely. But tbh they are easy enough to remove when you’re not using them so it’s not a big issue.”

“Shocking! Stay well away from them... ordered swimming pool went to pick it up was told I'd cancelled it and need to wait 3-5 days for a refund waited for my refund.... never turned up in my account had to re contact and ask what was going on.. not been processed yet I'll get the cashier to do it manually. Still waiting on it now... apparently the branch manager was in charge and sorting it out personally... clearly he did not clearly not manager material.... waste of time and effort”

“Ordered part online on a Saturday went to pick part up half hr later to be told havnt got it and won’t be available until Tuesday Asked for a refund and was told cannot have one until Tuesday when tool arrives. But needed to tool for the job I was half way through. So haven’t been in as refund will be given if not collected in 7 days had issues before with poor customer service Never again I’d rather use Amazon I though local businesses could do with more sales but how wrong am I”

“Not too impressed as the wiper did not fit my car the box had already been opened. We had to return it and pay more for another one. The one for my son’s car had also been opened and the fittings were missing. Fortunately he was able to fit it. The staff were polite and helpful.”
