“Ordered to be delivered, attempted to deliver 2 days ina raw, at lunch time. No one home, so have to go collect at store. What is the point of delivery then? Paid for delivery and still have to travel to shop. What is waist of time.”

“I ordered parts online for collection all parts available to collect when I got to collection point we dont have certain parts so more expensive parts were available at no discount discount was available online so id rather pay a small autoshop for their service than be ripped off at the collection point so no more (hamilton) eurocar parts”

“Depot I went to would not refund the order properly Northampton store staff. Useless wants sacking. This is not euro car parts fault as the online team were brilliant. He is just lazy and does not care, hopefully team member gets this information and does better to help others and give good service.”
