“Not stocking the good brands anymore, some parts don't work as they should. Recently bought Starline MAF sensor(as other brands have been discontinued to stock), doesn't work, found BOSCH at competitor store, works perfectly. For the most parts, prices are significantly higher than some of the competitors, even after discount applied.”

“I ordered online and went to collect. They were not doing a separate pickup queue and removed the sign when I queried it. The queue was out the door and not moving. After 15 minutes I gave up because only one person had been served in that time. Two days later was just as long but did move. I will never use again. Manager seemed to wander in but not care.”

“Ordered a part for my Mercedes. Supposedly my reg.no. identifying the correct part number. Having collected it and taken it to the garage for fitting we noticed that in fact it was the same component, but for a BMW.. All the trouble to return it and then re-order the correct one. Not a good Iadvert 'm afraid.”

“It was click and collect and nothing was ready, was waiting 10 minute until the things I paid for was brought out to me. Then when he did bring it out to me he didn’t have everything then he said the rest of the stuff is behind you pick it out what you haven’t got on your list. One of the bottle was leaking from the bottle he was going to wipe it off and pass it back to me. And I said I’m not having that one. So thankful there was behind me and he just said have that one. Poor custom service seem like he didn’t even want to be at work.”

“The battery purchased was fine and did the job. Delivery however was another issue. The battery was left outside my neighbours gate who was on holiday. I was in all day so a bit confused why it ended up next door especially with no one to accept it. Good job I noticed it”
