“As a professional mechanic, I find it quite frustrating that retail prices on personal accounts are often cheaper than my trade account pricing. It makes no sense and completely defeats the purpose of having a trade account. Because of this, I've shifted most of my business back to local shops. It's a shame, because I actually enjoyed ordering from Omnipart, but this pricing inconsistency needs to be fixed”
