“Parts yet again did not turn up when was expected. Paid for express delivery. Parts delivered 4 days later. Might just as well done standard delivery. 2nd time this has happened. After complaining yet again, got delivery charge back.”

“Ordered some parts for roof rack online, turned up In my local store so I went to collect. They brought the box out that was taped and had been opened previously. I asked to check the parts inside and found it had been used and bits missing. Staff were very upset over this matter as was I, full refund given. Staff was going to HR for me over the matter as they found it embarrassing.”

“I needed a replacement rear light, and was really impressed by the checks that the online ordering system encourages in order to ensure that the correct part is ordered. As it happened, I met the driver who delivered the part, and again, he encouraged me to double check that it was the correct part as he said it would save me a lot of time and effort if it was the wrong part. As it turned out, the part was correct and in perfect condition, well packaged. Very impressed with Euro Car Parts!”
