“Ordered the brakes pads for my car picked them up same day, found them fantastic no problem exchanging them as the front brakes where the wrong ones there are three different types for my car took them back in the morning had the correct ones for 1.00 pm would recommend to all”

“I ordered parts online for collection all parts available to collect when I got to collection point we dont have certain parts so more expensive parts were available at no discount discount was available online so id rather pay a small autoshop for their service than be ripped off at the collection point so no more (hamilton) eurocar parts”

“Depot I went to would not refund the order properly Northampton store staff. Useless wants sacking. This is not euro car parts fault as the online team were brilliant. He is just lazy and does not care, hopefully team member gets this information and does better to help others and give good service.”

“Not happy at all with the service I received at the Bradford branch. The chap behind the counter said he couldn't process a refund with the online invoice I had and that I had to phone customer service. There was no one else in the shop and I asked him if he could call them, his reply was that he was too busy. Will never buy from Euro car parts again.”
