The website was easy to manoeuvre to find what I wanted and even better there was 25% off. I arranged to pay at the dealers. Took a little time to collect as there were 3 people queuing in front of me. Overall good experience as I'd never used before.

Happy with the service but some parts came and I’m still waiting for some parts to arrive. I’ve been in touch with you and you said you’d write an email to me regarding the parts what I’m missing but still have not received any confirmation. It’s been over a week since I’ve received the first parcels

I’m not sure if this review is fair on Euro car parts or the courier they use is to blame. They delivered 4 plastic wheel trims originally, in which 2 arrived broken (the plastic retaining clips which hold it in tightly). I rang customer service who were great and helped out really quick and sent out another pack. This pack also had 2 wheel trims, rendering only 2 useful. I now have 8 wheel trims to dispose of instead of 4 and 2 large boxes.

I bought a battery for a diesel car, for a friend. The online system determined the range of batteries available, based on the Reg No of the car. I booked one and collected it the next day. This worked well. As the battery was not for my own use, i cannot comment on the product.

Easy platform to use to order parts, although the amount of choices of different manufacturers was a bit confusing. I ordered the wrong rear window wiper, but was easy to return for a refund. Did not have the item delivered, it was a pick up.

I initially ordered parts online for my car, but during time going to collect them, someone went into the side of my car causing an accident, I told euro part's regarding what had happened, they were quick to refund my money.

Got parts all in good order, lady was help full. was little bit messing about, to start with ordering on line saying in stock but wasn't so went to shop. Told cme back at 2-30 that day, but had go next day as not there. Was one to next question.

The ordering process was super easy but for me it failed when being told about delivery. Online states 3-4 days for home delivery yet over a week had passed and my order was still being processed. I contacted the live chat and was told that there is no immediate reason as to why the order would be delayed and that in 24 hours I would be contacted with an update on the delivery. I did not get contacted again so I had to call customer care, customer care were super nice and had said that the order issue was raised to the regional manager of the branch who would be distributing my order. After a week and half, my order surprisingly came without any email notification. Happy to have had my order deliver but think there is some work to be done to improve customer communication and updates.

Delivery did not turn up but told at northampton dept waiting. I went to collect it but the order was not ready. I used the online car refistration to purchase new wiper blades but wrong ones recommended. Return was straight forward and the staff in the shop pleasant.

I collected shock absorbers for my car from Hellaby stockist (I purchased online but it was only local so collected ) the boxes were a little tatty but I didn't look inside My mechanic who is a close personal friend called me later to tell me the shocks were damaged and been fitted before,he did manage to fit them but using different pieces from the old shocks but it's ,not good the parts from Euro car parts were second hand and broken

Profuct and price perfect. As to treatment from staff in Melksham wiltshire abismal for a start they didn't let me know my part was ready for collection atall i went in 90 mins latter and they were serving customers who had not preordered instead of alerting me and i am disabled and and pleaded with staff as i needed a chair as i have a spinal problem they ignored me till a customer behind me shouted at them.they were not disabled friendl

Disappointed as my car wasn’t updated in their system even more than one year later. It gives me the wrong oil filter and I have to return it every time and bring the old one to show them as they don’t believe me either.
