I noticed the courier arrived on a scooter wearing a Euro car parts high vis vest. It looks to me that Euro car parts employ their own delivery staff and so not using a third party. The delivery was quick.Thank you

recently bought brake pads from euro car parts but they did not sell the fitting kit or the caliper sliding pins, which need changing when brake pads changed.

Very good compact tyre inflator. Plugs into the power socket in the car, with the cable long enough to reach all tyres. Compact and easy to store in boot. Value for money. Very pleased overall.

Slow, ill-informed and unhelpful. Used the number plate look up to identify parts for my car including new alternator, battery and belt. Got them home to find the belt was the wrong size and nipped to the Catford branch to swap over. I forgot my paper receipt but had my email order confirmation and my bank account to prove purchase. The young chap behind the counter was called Mo and he said I couldn't have a refund without the paper receipt. I explained i had forgotten it and he said it was store policy. I asked which policy in 2025 demands a paper receipt when we have email and online confirmations. I then explained that the item was not as described and was covered by the sale of goods act but he said he was studying law at university and could not give me a refund. I couldn't motivate myself to waste the time arguing but am very clear they are obligated by the law regardless of their policy. Perhaps this could all have been avoided if they at least trained staff to use their brains and try to help customers rather than playing wannabe lawyers?

Online ordering was simple to complete and received additional discount for multiple items of the same brand. Collection however, from your Liverpool branch was appalling. Absolutely dire customer service with the staff member lacking in the basics. Rude, abrupt and no manners. Treated like I was a problem, stopping him from dossing around and likely playing on his phone. And this was not just directed towards me as the customer in front also received the same poor experience and clearly required some assistance with his purchase. Sort out your staff and improve the training!!

Ordered products told a date of them coming and they didn’t turn up till three days later and had to wait 5 days for a refund so out of pocket and having to buy from somewhere else

Every time I order something from euro car parts they give me the wrong ones. Especially brake pads. I always end up having to take them back as they’re the incorrect size even though on the website it states they match the car.
