“Ordered part online on a Saturday went to pick part up half hr later to be told havnt got it and won’t be available until Tuesday Asked for a refund and was told cannot have one until Tuesday when tool arrives. But needed to tool for the job I was half way through. So haven’t been in as refund will be given if not collected in 7 days had issues before with poor customer service Never again I’d rather use Amazon I though local businesses could do with more sales but how wrong am I”

“Not too impressed as the wiper did not fit my car the box had already been opened. We had to return it and pay more for another one. The one for my son’s car had also been opened and the fittings were missing. Fortunately he was able to fit it. The staff were polite and helpful.”

“I placed an order on Saturday for an EV charging cable. A full week later, I received an email saying the order had been cancelled with no explanation at all. After several web chats — including one with Amy, who said she would contact the local branch and email me an update but never did — I was finally told the item was out of stock.This was despite the website showing it as in stock at the time of ordering, and it was still showing as in stock even after my order had been cancelled. The customer service has failed on every level: Incorrect stock information A week‑long delay before cancelling No explanation for the refund No easy way to contact customer service Customer service agents not following up as promised A very poor experience overall, and I won’t be using this company again.”
