“First time ordering from here, made a mistake when placing order as I did it for standard then next day delivery, called the store the lady was helpful and let me know that she cancelled my order and I could order again and do next day delivery, but next day I received both orders, but as I contacted the main office and sorted everything out, the women I spoke to on the phone was really kind and understanding.”

“Partial order sent Then over a week for the other item to be sent after a 40min online chat that I left because it took over 10min to get a reply to each of my questions! 1 item refunded as it wasn’t in stock at the time, but it could of been in stock by the time I got my full order!”

“Order the car detailing gun, and it arrived quickly. However in collection we found out that certain parts were missing. A replacement was quickly ordered and a personal phone call to say it had arrived fully intact. Excellent service.”

“Placed an order online. 8 days later the order was cancelled without any notice and stating that the item was not available from the supplier. Interestingly the item is still showing as available to order on the website.”

“Ordered items online, said they were in stock, 4 days later still not received them, contacted Euro Car Parts, said there was only one in stock and I had ordered two, said I would have to wait for order to be completed. Finally cancelled order. If they had said that in first place I wouldn't have ordered from them. Ordered from another supplier, here next day. Extremely poor service from Euro Car Parts.”
