“The box was opened so I asked for new one at the store. They said it would come by the afternoon. I said that I was happy to collect it from another store but could they ring in to say I was coming. When I got to the other branch no call had been made and I was asked to call myself. I told them to ring it took 30 minutes to sort the whole thing out. A lot of time wasted.”

“You had the part and you often do so that’s good. When I visit it can feel an uncomfortable place to be- a queue of 5 or 6 people, one server who can take quite a while to find a part - not great but the unpleasantness worth putting up with to get the part.”
