“If I could give no stars I would. Recent order of 5 litre pressure sprayer. Ordered with expectations of receiving next day, at local branch. Wasted journey as it was not there. Same again, the day after. Two calls with customer service..... no help at all. Final visit to local branch, ELEVEN days after order., only to be told that crazy had issued a refund that morning. Email the day after today say my return had been refunded. MY RETURN???? Abysmal level of customer service and communication.”

“In store collection, Tamworth. Very slow cashier who couldnt really be bothered. Slow to fetch items, slow to return, customers backed up to the other end of the store. Only ever seema to be one person serving. Dread going there tbh”

“Hubcaps arrived damaged, looked like the box had collapsed and they had fallen out and snapped two clips off. Initially was told some would be sent straight out, but it took a subsequent call to a very helpful individual and they arrived very early next day. No harm done and put right. Decent quality , included cable ties and absolute bargain for the price, really lifted the look of the car.”

“I ordered and paid online for a car battery for collection from my local branch. I had checked the spec and had entered my registration and the battery appeared to be suitable for my car. When I went to collect the battery, I found that the shape at the bottom was incompatable with my car's fixing arrangement. I was offered an alternative battery, which WAS compatable with my car, but at a higher price. I offered to pay the difference but was told that I would have to pay in full for the second battery and that the cost of the first battery would be refunded to my card within 4 days. After a week, no refund had been received. The branch was unable to help and referred me to Customer Services - who left me on hold for an interminable period, so I hung up. It was only by raising a complaint via PayPal - by which I had paid - that a refund was eventually received. I recommend anyone ordering online for local collection to opt for paying at the branch - not online - so that the item can be checked for correctness before paying.”

“Ordered over 300 quids worth of brakes for my car I made a mistake with the pads as there is few sets of brake pads listed for car. So had to return them to the store. Then when got the correct ones I had to pay full price. Was only fair that I got the discounted price on them as they should of been part of the original order. Will think again before I buy from euro car parts”
