“Unfortunbately I have nothing positive to say about Euro Car parts.I entered my car regristration and selected a set of two head lamp bulbs supposedly suitable for my car.They arrived and they were too small.I tried to return them via courier online but was unable to select the item (it was greyed out).I then had to go to my nearest depot in Mallusk(20 miles away) but they were unable to find my order on their system even though I gave them the invoice that came with the order.The man took my mobile number and said someone would ring on Monday but they didnt.I called them on Tuesday and the guy on the phone said he would call back in 15 minutes but didnt.I left the bulbs with them but I suspect that when I try and ring them again they will not be able to help.I am owed £29.99. Chris Wilson”

“I needed a Battery Booster. The local store had it in stock and I was able to collect it the next day. After charging the unit it did the job very well. Something that you are not told when buying a hybrid car is if you do not use the car or do a lot of short trips the 12volt battery goes flat. You can not get in the boot as it is electric opening. The battery is in the car somewhere. You need to open the fuse box to connect the +ve wire from the booster and the -Ve connection to the a metal part on the engine before it works. Or wait hours for a breakdown person to arrive and do this to get you going.”

“One part of my order did not arrive and the order status is still 'order processing'. There's no way to state my order has a missing item. Eurocarparts is using the DFS form of marketing by having high priced items and a seemingly perpetual sale.”
