“Simply Premium Magnetic Air Vent Phone Holder: - holder clips into vent, just fine, but the magnets (1 round, 1 oblong) are absolutely USELESS. Tried few times, attaching satnav to holder, needing directions. Within few seconds, satnav crashes to floor. It's NOT even a large or heavy satnav”

“Initially I went into my local branch as the brake pads I wanted showed in stock. When I was told on arrival that they would be i the following day I was to say the least not impressed. I asked could they be delivered to save a trip and was told no. I went home ordered online, free delivery and they arrived 18 hours later. So shop performance absolutely dreadful & no help whatsoever , online performance outstanding. Only be ordering online in future”

“Reserved wipers, waited so long to collect them that I had to leave otherwise I'd be late to collect daughter from school. Didn't take wipers, didn't go back as I wasn't prepared to wait again. Ended up buying some elsewhere. Wasted trip.”

“I checked online for a wheel brace, the Huddersfield store indicated they only had one in stock, I reserved it, paid online to go and collect it. I walked to the store from my house which was 1hr away to be there when they opened at 8. On arriving only to be told the wheel brace wasn’t there and it was coming from a another store and would be there for dinner time. Not acceptable in my opinion and I won’t be using Euro Car Parts again. Hence purchasing a wheel brace from elsewhere.”
