“Decided to get a refund on some brake pads I do not need anymore and I have now waited days it started with your refund will come in 5-10 working days then 3-5 and now 3-5 again how hard is it to get a refund this has to be the worst service when it comes to this area please sort it out asap”

“I ordered some parts that arrived next day. 1 part was incorrect (internet fault) it was taken back no quibble. I asked for some obscure parts at the counter and was served with a very patient parts person, who put in the extra effort to help and find the correct part. Thanks very much.”

“Made a phone call to confirm order ready for collection. Guy that took the call miserable as sin and disinterested...customer service clearly not his forte. On the plus side the brush was good and cheap too. Suppose you can't have everything.”

“No problem with the parts or the counter staff. its very confusing to call the unit at Bredbury, STOCKPORT and the unit at Stockport, CHEADLE. If you can see the Pyramid and the Railway Viaduct then you are in STOCKPORT... In Bredbury you can't see these landmarks, hench its not Stockport and Bredbury would be a more accurate name. Its not just the extra miles to be travelled but the time wasted in slow traffic that matters.”

“Even though I’ve worked in customer service and understand how demanding it can be, it’s clear that this Euro Car Parts branch is seriously understaffed. The few staff members on duty were doing their best, but the wait times were long and the service felt slow and disorganized. What should have been a quick visit turned into a frustrating experience. Management really needs to address the staffing issue to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.”

“Absolutely shocking, was in whiffler road car parts for about 30 minutes waiting for a collection, they kept in and out of the parts department saying they couldn’t find it. Very under staffed. No apology. Had a similar occurrence with the same branch a few weeks prior to this but let it go. Turns out it’s the same whenever you go avoid whiffler. Use Hall Road Branch very helpful, very efficient know what they are doing!”
