“Ordered air and oil filters for two different Toyota cars on-line. I used Reg numbers to identify the vehicles, yet one of the air filters was not compatible with the vehicle. I had to drive to the store to exchange the product and ended up paying more for the replacement because the original brand was out of stock. The counter-person advised that the web-site selections were not always accurate and I should ring the store instead. Not impressive!”

“First order I placed every part didn’t fit my car. Went back to store for a refund, where I was told nobody in the store was very good at refunds and didn’t really know what they were doing. I asked them to call someone for help. Over 30 minutes later while other customers were storming out they told me I would receive my refund. When I got home I called customer services who said that they had messed up my refund and I wouldn’t have received it. A week later and still no refund, in fact I think I may have actually been charged again. All I kept getting told in store was the website was a different company. Poorly trained staff, website that sells you the wrong parts. All in all an absolute joke. I also got sent a link for what’s meant to be the correct parts, but the link was not for Euro car parts it was for car parts for less, which when I cross referenced those parts with Euro car parts, Euro car parts were way cheaper. So not actually car parts for less. Funny how they sent me a link for their more expense company which is called FOR LESS. How ironic.”
