“My 13 year old Astra failed its MOT and the garage wanted £300 to fit Drop links which were split. Luckily they were easy to find on the Eurpcarparts website, reasonably priced plus free delivery. Parts arrived the following day and were quite straightforward to fit thanks to Youtube video which prepared me for any unexpected obstacles. So I saved myself around £260 in labour charges!”

“The young lad on the parts desk at Trade Park Preston was brilliant! I’d took my old exhaust with me because I was unsure which one of 2 types it could’ve been on their website. “Very sorry to say the service is extremely slow, not the fault of the man at the counter (on his own). It is clear that the length of the queue doesn’t matter to the management. Also to add insult to injury a young man comes down puts an order on the counter and leaves whilst on the phone laughing and leaves. After waiting a while and queue not moving and people complaining I left, to find the young man outside still on the phone. This is simply not good enough”
