“Ordered parts which weren’t due in straightaway, so I located parts elsewhere. I then rang up to cancel and was told I’d be refunded, however kept getting notifications for the week asking me to collect my parts id ordered. Why was. My ordered not cancelled and why did it not get cancelled??”

“I ordered the parts at just after 9:20 am and they were delivered by11:30 the same morning. This level of service is outstanding . I couldn’t have got the parts any quicker if I’d got in my car and gone to collect them myself. The delivery was free . Euro Car Parts cannot be faulted on this level of service and delivery. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent company to deal with.”

“Worst parts shop I’ve ever purchased from Put my registration number in online and listed all the parts I required it said these parts are for your vehicle so I purchased them went to collect from the newhall branch in Attercliffe Sheffield thought I’d double check with the lad on counter that they were actually for my vehicle to be told half the things I ordered wouldn’t fit so I then asked him to change anything that wouldn’t fit for the correct parts had to pay more money but that didn’t matter Aslong as it was correct so I then went away with parts thinking that they were correct given my car into the garage to receive a call saying 90% of the parts are wrong I mean what kind of system are you guys using ?”

“Good price for car hub caps, would go for delivery next time. Poor collection service waited a while to be served, no apology. Four people all waiting to be served. Could hear a lot of people in the back office catching up, shame no one could jump on the second till.”

“The bloke at the Strood branch was great. He kindly refunded the cost of the oil filter that was delivered (there was a change in the fitting part of the way through the year of vehicle manufacture) despite the fact that the dog had eaten most of the box.”
