“I didnt particularly need what I bought but at the price it was selling for I couldnt not. It will come in handy at some point Im sure so I am pleased with the purchase. It arrived at the store on the date specified although I didnt get an email informing me. I did get a reminder to pick up your purchase email though so it wasnt a problem for me”

“Easy to place click & collect order, I clicked and collected the next day from the friendly counter staff. Irritations. 1. The web site would only offer me batteries for my car. Fortunately I new the type number of the battery I needed for my mower so found it that way. 2. Having paid and collected I then got daily emails for a week reminding me to go and collect as they would only keep it for seven days. I phoned the help liine to try to sort it out but after 38 minutes of hold music I lost interest. Product review. These Lion brand batteries are really good in my mower. The one I just replaced has lasted for ten years. (Well nine and a half really as it started giving trouble last year and needed a jump on several occasions)”

“Purchased an oil filter (Audura) on 07/04/2026 (with my car registration verification). Had it fitted with new oil. Started the car up & most of the oil was leaked out due to incorrect oil filter size. Then on 10/04/2026 had to purchase another filter (Bosch) from Euro Part and had it fitted just fine as intended with a new load of oil. So the job was done twice. Went back & explained the matter to Euro Part, I got refunded the cost of the 1st incorrectly supplied oil filter, but refused to compensate me for the wasted oil together with associated cost of cleaning the 5 litre of oil spillage on my driveway and engine comparment. Branch manager refused to meet up with me in person to resolve the matter. Hence, I'm extremly dissapointed with such poor after sales service. Euro Car Parts must accept liability over incorrectly supplied parts.”

“Ease of ordering on line was great and the item I ordered was in stock. When I entered the collection area there was one person in front of me who eventually was handed his goods and departed. In the meantime a queue had built up behind me, staff in the warehouse didn’t seem too bothered about that and only one person was looking after the counter. I would have given five stars if another staff member had come out and said “can I help”.”
