“Went to the location assigned to pick up. The counter service is polite and helpful. Told me the part is not there yet, if I need the part right away , I can go to the central depot to collect. When I arrived at the depot, they do have 12 in stock but I have to pay again since I paid online. Frustrated. I went back to the original assigned place. Just want to share. I wasted two hours of my life without any good reasons.”

“The way the product was promoted online was very misleading. The staff that I dealt with on 1st day were really helpful and understanding the man on customer services telephone was really good. The day I took the product back to get the full refund as I was advised to the member of staff was so unhelpful it was untrue. He seemed more obsessed with playing on his phone and actually wanted to deal with customers.”

“On purchasing the item was told it would be delivered 3 to 4 days rang up on 7 day was told that I would receive a email on when it would be delivered within 24 hours rang again on the Wednesday because had no email Ingrid sent me a email and sorted it out had it Wednesday afternoon was a bit disappointed but all sorted”

“Ordered service parts on Monday 25 May for delivery. Nothing arrived by Friday so phoned to see where it was. Nothing arrived delivery drivers apparently so they said come and get it. When was someone going to tell me. Cancelled order and not yet received a refund. Quick to take your money but not refund it. Disappointed because they have not let me down before.”

“Absolute rubbish service ordered items that where supposedly in stock on a 3/4 day working day delivery service Chased the local branch Stevenage where apparently being delivered from after 5 days to be told not in stock not sure when coming in so still no delivery after 8 days No communication from the branch even after calling them so no updates And according to the web site cannot cancel order can only refuse delivery or return at cost Shockingly bad service will not recommend and most certainly will not use again”
