“It would have been nice to know when my order was being delivered, not all products where delivered at the same time, but to be fair the lady who delivered in the morning called on her way home with the rest of the stuff, so that's why 4 🌟.”

“Having ordered parts that were in stock from a well known German company only for them to tell me “there’s a problem” Euro Car parts helped me get the parts the next day, the repair was completed and 10 days later my German order turned up and was quickly rejected… I will now alwygo to Euro Car first 👍”

“The parts are ok despite that there are no enough pictures of the items as well as info. The man behind the counter at Edmonton store was very rude. I heard him swearing at other customers. That left very bad impression and didn’t want to be served by him.”

“Purchased a portable hob from Euro Car Parts (not something you would expect them to sell) far cheaper than other suppliers. The item was waiting for us to collect from our local store (Abergele), excellent service and staff were most helpful and pleasant. Well done Euro Car Parts.”

“Good prices, items were in stock and were of good quality. The lad behind the counter needs more customer care training, he doesn't make eye contact doesn't make you feel welcomed,no good morning and no thank you for your custom today, he was also wearing his hood up, this is not exceptable in a customer facing role, it definitely puts you off returning or recommending the company to others.”

“Price was good, but it took me three trips to collect the parts. Although I had a message that they were in, they weren't! I tried again the next day, still no delivery. Eventually, a few days later, I contacted Euro Car Parts, and they assured me they were in, so third time lucky.”
