“I ordered an 02 sensor for a fiesta at £136 I was given the wrong sensor when my mechanic fitted it, the one I wanted was only £78 my mechanic phoned Euro car parts and explained the receipt said one thing and didn't match the part. But I was told because it was already fitted to the car that no swap or price difference refund was available as it had already been fitted to said car this was at the Harlow branch of which I have now decided that this will only be my last resort of where to buy in the future”

“I queued to pay for 25 minutes and then had to wait a further 20 minutes for the parts to be brought out. Considering that I pre ordered online this was absolutely shocking service and I will honestly do my best to avoid using you again.”

“Good service and knowledgeable staff. Ordered a battery online which turned out to be the wrong one for my vehicle, the guys on the counter recognised this and gave me the correct battery.”

“Great service I made a mistake with parts order and they helped me by changing the parts for me I got the parts from the Scunthorpe branch but travelled to Poole in Dorset to repair Daughters car where they changed the parts thank you.”

“Some great offers on parts , generally good quality too. No issues if returning item for what ever reason, staff are always helpful and polite. Only issue is when collecting instore generally only one person serving , which means waiting but other than that no issues.”

“I ordered something. Got told they can't price match in store and must be done online. Then online and via email get told they can't price match online, only in store. I asked for help and get fobbed off and I've asked to complain and got fobbed off. Just currently sat here over 2 weeks in since I contacted Eurocarparts and I get what appears to be an automated email saying they're still waiting for the store to comment, when I thought we were waiting on the response of a regional manager, at least that's what I was last told. Anyway, my review isn't the best. The staff in store are usually really good though in person.”
