“I ordered Product ID: 101591629 (shown on receipt from Paypal) on 1st Jan. Took them to be fitted and garage found that I had been sent Product ID: 101591369 instead, so I had to pay the garage for removing the old pads and after discovering they were the incorrect ones, having to reinstall the old ones. I will now have to pay all over again for new pads and fitting.”

“Bought a Bosch car battery nearly 2 years ago, in which it completely packed up even after charging it up, we called Green Flag & the mechanic checked it out and stated that it was completely dead & gave us a print out of his testing. Luckily I still had the original receipt and the battery was still under warranty for 4 years I took it to my local euro parts & explained the situation and showed him the green flag test print out & the battery was exchanged within 5 minutes of being in the shop. Great friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.”
