“I ordered some discs and pads (that were in stock for delivery) in hopes of fitting them the weekend after. Delivery said around 4/5 working days but didn't receive them until 12 days later. Upon arrival box was crushed and the box with the discs was completely ripped. Not very happy, just hoping everything is fine.”

“I ordered a part I needed for Monday morning, the on-line order said it would be ready 9am Monday. When I went to collect it I was told they wouldn't have it until Tuesday afternoon as it comes from England and they don't get deliveries on a Monday. I then cancelled the order as it was no use to me Tuesday afternoon. Your on line orders should have made this clear and I could have sourced it elsewhere.”

“Very disappointed with my whole experience with eurocarparts. Spent £449 pounds on a portable power bank to find out that it didn't work took back to my local store to be told that this was the last one so I could have a refund.The refund took 4 days to go back in which I wasn't very impressed with.The box was also sellotaped and thee was no plastic covering the power bank it looked like that someone had already had it”
