“Popped in to the Loughborough branch to collect a 100% lambswool wash mitt, great value, quality item , staff polite and efficient . Only thing I would say is if you didn’t know that they were at that location it’s not very well signposted, looks like you’re driving into a barriered factory.”

“Excellent value for money and a very easy transaction. Just needed some brake cleaner and WD40 but spotted their own brand Triple QX TQX Maintenance Spray in a massive 600 ml can so gave it a go and its great. The brake cleaner was also in a 600 ml can as well and seemed as good as anyting else I had tried. Ordered on line and collected when passing”

“I ordered two parts for my exhaust for nearly £250 and the website said free overnight shipping. Then when I clicked order, it said 3-4 business days for shipping which felt like I'd been tricked. However, the worst part is that its been over 2 weeks and it still hasn't been delivered! I called my local store and they said it was at the store and "something stopped it from being delieverd." When I went to the store, they said it was on back order and would be here in 3 more days, and that the person I spoke with on the phone was from a central dispatch and not from the local store. Everybody has been very polite, but at this point, I just either want the car parts, or my money back. I'm tired of not knowing whats going on or where the parts will end up.”

“I Brought oil and filters, picked them up from Abingdon. All good But there is only ever one member of staff serving the rest are drinking tea or other jobs, so always a bit of a wait.”

“Quality Product. Easy ordering (search by Registration number) Now have the correct Battery fitted (Bosch) as previous incorrect size fitted by previous owner. Now powerful enough to do the job, without going flat after a couple of days not using the car.”

“Had to replace the battery of my 2012 Honda Jazz. Ordered one against the reg no, on line from Bath outlet and went to collect it. Battery was completely the wrong size to physically fit in a jazz, so were all the other ones identified by the Euro Car Parts catalogue. A complete waste of time. Luckily, a small local shop had the correct battery in stock and at a cheaper price. Will use local shop in future. Euro car Parts has become a joke.”
