“Suddenly become very over priced, how can anyone sell products like brake discs as individual items when they are boxed and supplied in pairs only is beyond me. Brake pads always came with fitting kit now its an optional extra at a ridiculous price. Last time i will be using Euro Car Parts found identical parts online after a quick search a lot cheaper. I refuse to pay 50% more for a product just to have it the same day, its really not wirth it when most suppliers will deliver next day.”

“Ordered parts with my registration and then had to take back all the parts, On returning the parts, unable to get a discount on the new parts as I had 25 percent off and then had to purchase new more expensive parts and wait a few days for a refund on the other parts. Two trips back and forth and out of pocket, guys in the shop were very good”

“Excellent products and service. Delivery time slot was for a whole day and I was out when the delivery person came, so they tried again an hour later. I called and was most courteously given new delivery options. I am local to the depot so perhaps a more precise time, a call soon before, or an option for safe place drop off would help. Of course I could have been less lazy and picked up.”
