“We needed a replacement battery after a diagnosis by the RAC. They suggested Euro Car Parts may stock the one required. I checked online and was able to purchase for collection. I went and collected the battery later thatbday after receiving a confirmation that it was ready. Good job, good and friendly service.”

“Ordered and collected a battery, works well. The lady who served me seemed stressed and was serving people queuing for parts. Two men were in the back and were oblivious to the queue when they appeared and were doing something on the computer. I was feeling sympathetic for the young lady doing all the work.”

“The first reason is your store told me about the item when it arrived. Perfectly fine, then they kept calling for the next 4 days over the weekend and left voicemails, they need to realise that customer is aware of the item they ordered. And will collect in their own time. Calling them will not make them to pick the item early. Second reason, when brought this issue with the person at the store, he was very rudely suggested that I should tell you myself. I am usually happy with a normal service and don’t really ask for exceptional customer service as I understand the work pressure, but this behaviour was quite out of order. I ll try collecting it from a different store wherever possible. Thanks”

“The price is good, the quality even better. Just fitted discs to Audi TT and I know they'll last longer than those that came with this 18 month old car. The corrosion on the original discs was shocking, but I know from fitting these dics in the past, that they don't corrode.”

“My order never arrived, and it took four phone calls before I finally received a refund. Fortunately, Maria was able to resolve the issue, but the representatives I spoke to before her weren’t very helpful. No explanation was given for the missed delivery, and in the end, we had to buy the parts elsewhere.”

“Parts arrived quickly however I had no idea when they'd come. After placing the order and logging into my account it didnt show the order so I had no way of checking when theyd arrive. Good products, and quick turnaround, however the website and customer account section could be improved.”
