“I ordered an item for same day collection via the ECP website. The website every clearly stated that there was 1 left in stock and it would be available. My confirmation email very clearly advised me that I could collect the item on the same day. We drove over 30minutes to get to the branch only to be told it wasn't in stock. The person working on the desk (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) told me it wasn't same day collection. I showed him my email receipt to which he just shrugged his shoulders and said "that's not what it says on my system" whilst pointing to his screen. There was no apologies or courtesy expressed for our wasted time and for the fact the system was incorrect. In fact, the employee spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I was at fault for simply following the email. I get that the emails/ website are automated based on an inventory management system. I assume that the Kettering branch have issues with stock management accuracy. Either that or the possibility of selling the item I ordered over the counter before I got there. The item on question (inflatable pool) was on high demand at that period in time. I give 1 star, purely because I can't do less and for the fact that it didn't take too long to receive my refund.”

“First rate! First time using Euro Car Parts. Ordered online. Super fast delivery. Helpful. Polite. I had ordered incorrectly and spoke to someone for help. Again, excellent and helpful. Return handled well. I over-ordered brake pads and they phoned proactively to check. Super service all round.”
