“Can't fault the company. Ordered the fuid and picked it up next day. The service at the counter is diabolical though. It was clear I was interrupting a conversation about a car between the guy behind the counter and a customer. I could barely get his attention, even though there was just me and the one customer. He paused the conversation, found my order and took payment, all whilst talking to the other customer and not once looking at me. When my order came to the desk, the employee never said a word to me, just carried on with his chat. I figured out that the items on the desk were for me and took them. Not a word from the employee behind the desk. Pretty much the most ignorant service I have received in a long time. I think Europarts' man would have preffered I arrived a bit later, once his enthusiastic conversation was over. I'll use a different branch in future. I know the guys in Rochdale are excellent, I've used that branch previously.”

“The parts I ordered and that Euro Car Parts sent me were wrong and didn’t fit. I’ve had to use time resources and time off work that I can’t get back. Very disappointed.”

“I find service in store very good. Navigating web site to get the parts you require not so easy. Used click and collect before no problem. Mine the last one on a weekday. Not good! Always find parts good.”
