“Southampton branch. Sadly a very long queue so it too a fair while to collect the pre-ordered item. Fair prices. No area for bike to secure them if you ride over.”

“I’m very bought from them in shop, on line and I’ve worked for them. My order was sent out only half complete as one item was on an IBT which hadn’t been either received or booked in to release it so the delivery was sent out not complete. Knowing the system helped but it was embarrassing for the delivery man who was sorry.”

“I ordered, online, pay on collect, a 3m telescopic water fed brush, in stock and available for immediate pick up. The day after I drove the 10 miles from my home to pick it up. On arrival the helpful counter assistant checked my order number and went to find the brush. After 10 minutes he came back and said “I don’t know why it’s let you order a 3 meter one, we only stock 2 meter ones!” He then told me he would cancel my order for me, I could go back home and re order the brush and they would have it in 24 hours later, then I could drive back and pick it up. I asked him if he could order it from the shop and have it delivered to my house? He said no! I would have to order it. So I left the shop with no brush and more than a bit annoyed. A couple of days later I started getting reminders that I hadn’t picked my order up, so he obviously hadn’t cancelled the order! Waste of time and petrol, good luck! Then you ask for a review!!!”

“Decent discount but delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. I was given no notification of when my order would be delivered, and at no point was my order on the website updated. I simply got a voicemail telling me they'd tried to deliver and I wasn't in. When I tried to call back, nobody answered. I tried 4 times over the course of 2 days to communicate with them and ended up giving up and collecting it myself from the shop.”

“Needed 2 new windscreen wipers for my Rav4 car. Found Euro car parts had them both in, available for cluck and connect. So got them within 30 mins. Very pleased, fitted them straightaway. All good.”

“Eurocarparts never let me down. Friendly chaps in the counter and great website for quick search by reg. Sometimes great deals with good prices altough sometimes a but pricey compared to the competitors. All together this is my favourite.”
