“Tool ordered did not come next day by 9am like it was supposed to. No email to say it was delayed, went to pick it up and was not ready to collect. Rang up later on to find out if I would be able to collect later, no one called me back.”

“Paid for 3-4 day delivery so that I didn't have to pick up, but ended up popping in on day 5 to find out it was delivered a couple of hours earlier. I was given an excuse of we tried yesterday, but no one was in. Ring camera didn't get any attempt and someone is at home 24/7, so blatantly a lie.”

“The disc pads where the wrong ones when I returned them I was told there was 5 options for brembo but I I showed the guy on my phone on line it only gave one option later on I found the disc brakes supplies where not only the wrong size but the wrong make I had ordered brembo again the guy said there were 3 options on line 3 different sizes but again I showed him on my phone on line putting the correct reg in for brembo disc only one size came up Also on both the pads and disc I had to change he refused first of all to give me the 30% discount saying it was on line only but then did give me the discount on the disc but not the pads total joke”

“Not sure what’s happened but service definitely taken a turn for the worse. Incorrect bulbs supplied on 3 occasions during the same order causing 3 visits. Also managed to charge me again instead of a credit for some of the bulbs that I had returned that were incorrectly supplied. Will think twice before using the Bedford branch again.”

“It’s a bad experience, I ordered front break pad and rear break pad, I received email that I can pick up the same day at the branch and by getting to the branch nothing is there to pick up and for more than one week is still not available and to refund my money back is difficult, the team needs to do better, it’s a bad experience and very frustrating situation.”

“It’s unacceptable what I’ve been through . First my package just gets sent back without any warning to me first because it was damaged. Then I requested a refund on Friday the 9th of Oct which I have been told it’s be issued and still no refund in my account!!”

“I used the Aylesbury branch and was greeted by a polite young lady ( can’t remember her name ) and she helped me check and make sure I was going to order the right parts I needed because I wasn’t 💯% sure. Once she had got the right part numbers she guided me on the euro parts app to make my purchase and she showed me there was a discount that I could use as well ! It was quick and simple to make the purchase and I didn’t have to wait long at all before the parts at the front desk. Very happy with my experience with Euro Car Parts will definitely be using them again!”
