“Used them a lot, even before they were called Eurocarparts. Occasionally things go wrong, the promised parts don't turn up, get promised again and don't turn up again. It happens. Apart from that everyone uses them, garages love them, the parts are middling in terms of price compared to OEM. Use them.”

“The parts manager stated the parr was not in store after ordering. I asked to cancel and he agreed to do so. This was over 2 weeks ago and as of yet no refund. I will adjust the rating if Amy from customar services does what she says she will do, ie refund for a prepaid part that did not arrive in store when stated.”

“Very good had a new battery from them a couple of weeks ago. sent very well packed but i did email and ask about the small amount of water or battery acid that was within the packing i haven.t heard back as yet but all seems ok though. they sent the battery very very fast by evri.”

“I was given the wrong oil filter for my Hyundai even though I gave its year and registration number. On phoning to tell Burgess Hill about their mistake, I asked for a correct replacement to be told price was considerably higher but if I ordered on line there would be a 20% reduction. All very well but I should have thought proper customer service care would do that for me at the reduced cost. I made a special journey to Burgess Hill in the first place as they had all the items I needed, rather than two journeys to the ‘ Brighton’ store.”
