“I can't see the point of your click and collect when we have to join the long queue of customers enquiring about spare parts and paying for them. I may have well not bothered with click and collect and ordered and paid for it with all the other customers in the queue. Why is it we can't just go to the handover part of the desk and just collect it like Screwfix and Toolstation and all other click and collect suppliers do? I would recommend Euro Car Part for pairs availability and choice but not the click and collect. Would only give 5 of 10 because of this.”

“Part shown as in stock. Drove 30 mins. As ever with ECP, queue out the door, two dreamy kids at the desk, 20 mins later got to the front of the queue only to be told the part wasn’t in stock. Couldn’t get a refund in store without going through website. Got part at quarter the price delivered by Amazon. Look how Screwfix do it and learn from them! Everything usually in stock; in and out in under two mins. Always disappointing and always last resort to go to ECP. How do they stay in business.”
