“I tried to use a local shop although part of a large group and was told that my required item was not a stock item so would have to be ordered online, which I did and was then told that you could not get it from the supplier. What a total waste of time. I try to avoid always using Amazon which is not helping local retailers and this is what I am rewarded with.”

“I can't fault the staff in trying to get a correct altetnator for my car, after two incorrect ones, and a conversation with boston store, they managed to source one from norwich which was delivered the same day and fitted the next night. I did have an issue with one refund but I can't fault the customer service team, after an error with the refund process customers services were very quick to resolve it and issue it.”
