“Great stock great prices, has what you need to repair nearly every car, I need a rear wiper and some redex, did order the wrong wiper to start with stupidly but took it back inside and got it corrected with no issues what so ever!! Can always check stock for stores in the area, if out of stock usually can be ordered for next day collection”

“The website is brilliant. I’ve ordered everything from a swimming pool to wheel trims and it’s always been easy to use, with a great range and good prices. The collection experience, however, is an experience in itself 😂 The little man who hands over the orders is hilariously rude/nonchalant. Not necessarily unpleasant, just absolutely zero interest in you, your order, or seemingly anything else happening around him. You almost have to admire the consistency. Great website, great service overall, and the collection guy unintentionally adds a bit of entertainment to the whole thing!”

“The store employee brought out completely different light bulbs and insisted they were what I had ordered; however, I showed her the photo from the website and told her to sort it out, and in the end, a different staff member handled the order. It turned out she was incompetent because she was new. The room was tiny and devoid of any merchandise, yet we had to wait while she served four other people—a process that took over 28 minutes... Not satisfied”

“Brake pads are shown with new bolts , box was open on collection and no bolts in box, staff and manager told me it may show a picture of them but they are not supplied! Brake discs where sealed and opened at workshop to find that no new hub nuts where supplied as the Web site states they are in the description of the product. E mail sent to customer services, received an automated reply to say they will respond within 48 hours still waiting 5 days later. Terrible customer service.”
