“I turned up in store on Saturday at about Midday to collect some parts I had preordered & paid for. I joined a queue of 6 other people who all had to explain what they wanted to the single person behind the counter. He dealt with their enquiry relatively quickly & politely, disappeared to collect the item, print the invoice & then start with the next customer. It was 34 minutes from entering to leaving the premises. When I left there was a queue of 8 people ( So even worse for them). Unless you improve your systems, I won’t be ordering from Euro Car Parts again. again”

“After buying parts online using your search engine when putting my registration in after one week the parts apparently were out of stock said the customer service then to be told that the parts were not suitable for my vehicle I contacted customer service again with no response until I sent another email prompting them they responded to say parts were not the correct ones and would need to order again which after a week plus contacted them and asked for refund The service I received was not of a standard I would expect from a big company Absolutely disgraceful service Regards A very very unhappy customer”

“Very quick review. Ordering was easy (actually a competitor who recommended them for parts they didn't carry themselves!). Parts were ready immediately. It doesn't always mean much to others, but personally, it's nice to be served by someone who was helpful and friendly - which they were.”

“Bought shock absorbers online after putting in my car Reg for my Vaxuall Corsa 2006 , they were the wrong ones it cost me double for fitting as i had to put the old ones back on . I had to waste all my time going to Isleworth to order the Right part number ones , had to rebook to fit them at the garage cost me Money and time in Feb 2006 . Nobody gave me compensation for all this really upsetting . The wrong part number was on the part listing and still not corrected online .”
