“Given a three‑day delivery window with no follow‑up text or email to say it was out for delivery, things went downhill fast. They turned up at the house on Thursday and got no answer, even though someone was in — it happens, fair enough. My wife called the number on the card and was told they’d try again on Friday or Saturday. I waited in all day Friday. No one showed. My son waited in all day Saturday. Still no one showed. Surely it would arrive on Monday then… but no. Nothing. In the end, I had to call the number on the card again and arrange to go to the branch myself to pick it up on Tuesday. Maybe Euro Car Parts should stick to garage and workshop deliveries, because you’re absolutely rotten at home deliveries.”

“Searched on-linre, found a local Euro parts store. Assistant at the counter was polite and found the product quickly, which was extremely over priced. Took it home and myself and my Brother tried to clear all faults on the dashboard after fitting the scensor but failed, Thinking we had done something wrong, we took it off and carefully refitted it again (all-in 1/2 a day now), only to have the same results - all errors still on the dashboard. Took it to the car manufacturers garage to take a look and within 20 minutes, they advised the part was faulty and didn't work. They provided another similar sensor and it worked immediately £20 cheaper.”

“Ordered an item to collect at store, waited two days to be told to go to the store at X time. Arrived to be told the company had actually put more stock online that they had, 0 communication and still now received no refund and can’t get through to anyone without being passed from pillar to post, waiting ages on hold to be cut off. It’s been almost 2 weeks.”

“Ordered on line, the Nissan Qashqui coolant was reserved for collection at Wednesfield Wolverhampton, I realised after leaving the store that I had been given the incorrect item, so returned back to the counter to get the item swapped for the one that I had actually ordered, having waited patiently for my ordered item a staff member returned from the stock room to advise me that they had not got the item in stock, so a full refund was given back to me, this was so disappointing, but I am sure that this has happened to me before.”

“Ordered online and went to pick up in store, 15miles away, as it was ready for collection, only to be told they didn't have my order. At this point no money had been taken but checked the next day and sure enough the money had been taken. I had to ring to get a refund.”

“Got all the parts you can imagine. In my case oil filter air filter for my car. Wimped out of the oil filter change due to no ramp and decided my jenga style ramp stand on stones and rocks might be to dangerous so returned the oil filter. No problems at all great staff great customer service and open to general public!”

“wrong advise, wrong part, order for next day never came for 3 days, ended up driving 30 miles for the part that was incorrect, this is when i took the old part in, they didnt want to look at and insisted that the part on the system was correct despite being for a different size engine!”
