“Ordered item, received message to collect following day after 9am, arrived to collect 11:30 am and guess what no item there. Had to reorder and make another journey there following day. Very poor service and not even an apology”

“used the online parts finder using my reg number. wrong part supplied, which meant £6 to collect in fuel and £6 to return in fuel and having to pay a local garage to sort. also i paid cash but hey would not refund my cash, had to be on card which meant refund not immediate. gave 2 stars as the guy in store was nice enough and no argument about refunding”

“We were on holiday in North Wales over Christmas and new year. New Year’s Eve our battery died on our vehicle. 12 noon… I googled battery suppliers and found Euro car parts in Abergele! Ordered a taxi from Llandulas and managed to get it all sorted before they closed at 3pm. Constructive criticism from hubby is … improve the lighting in the shop.”

“12 days after my order, it's still not been shipped. Customer support provide information completely irrelevant to my request about when they'll ship my parts and do not answer the question asked. These are not exotic components - bog standard oil, filters and wiper blades. Very disappointinf. and I'll be trying to find a local motor factor for mg future needs.”
