“Ordered items at two stores one being incorrect syore and next one was missing an item so asked to cancel, tickets raised and shortly were resolved by someone, no refund arrived but still received email stating I had 3-4 days to pick up item once that time ran out I eventually got my refund so raising a ticket for refund was pointless just added extra days”

“Euro Car Parts themselves were excellent, but then used Evri as their courier. Evri + rural area = not a clue when parcel will be delivered. Parts ordered on 22 August, delivered by Evri on 3 Sept.”

“Went online and saw a part circa £200. Decided to call into the Preston branch and collect personally. When I arrived, I gave my registration and the female operative said it was over £500. I left the store unfulfilled and decided to recheck online. There it was, as originally seen circa £200. She tried to charge me the Lucas price for the alternator instead of what was actually on the shelf, an unbranded cheaper alternative. Useless understanding of customer needs and no interest to understand the confusion. Should be in the back stacking rather than serving on front counter.”

“The details is fine, but i pay for the extra delivery, it’s supposed arrive on Monday, but arrive on Wednesday. My recommendation don’t use express delivery, they just want to steal extra money”
