“"So far, so good! Assembly was straightforward, however I should note that the product description states all necessary cables are included, but only the AC power plug was in the box — we had to source a separate solar cable. That said, the item itself is working well and I’d definitely order from Euro Car Parts again."”

“I go to eurocarparts in Luton. There has been a big turn over of staff serving at the till. Staff often swear in front of customers. This turn over of staff put on the till staff without experience and often have not a clue of the parts I am ordering. In the last days I can see a manager at the till doing everything by himself which is good but at the weekend is a nightmare due especially to the new staff. I am a mobile mechanic, I find prices above the competitors though using my account. I know already what to buy from Eurocarparts and what not to buy. Apart the new manager that serves at the counter most of the other staff are a joke”

“Woeful. Ordered a battery and emailed and messaged to say it was ready to collect. Spent 45 minutes in a queue just to tell me “oh it’s suppose to be on the shelf but it isn’t there”… couldn’t offer any decent resolution other than a battery over double the original price I’d paid. Thanks for nothing.”

“The parts I ordered online were wrong despite putting my vrm in. But a quick trip to the Basildon depot sorted it out immediately. The lady at the desk was lovely, approachable, and very quick to rectify my issue. I had the wrong items refunded, and the correct ones handed over In less than 5 minutes.”

“I order a set of front windscreen wipers for a Range Rover sport. I used the online registration check. Drove 30 mins to collect and then 30 mins back home to find out they were the wrong ones. Ones I need weren’t in stock so waist two hrs of my day! Online checker needs to be more accurate”
