Absolutely shocking, was in whiffler road car parts for about 30 minutes waiting for a collection, they kept in and out of the parts department saying they couldn’t find it. Very under staffed. No apology. Had a similar occurrence with the same branch a few weeks prior to this but let it go. Turns out it’s the same whenever you go avoid whiffler. Use Hall Road Branch very helpful, very efficient know what they are doing!
