“I needed some front brake pads for my i3 urgently as an online dealer had sent the wrong ones and my car was in bits when the error became apparent. My local Euro Car Parts had a set of Brembo’s in stock at a reasonable price and they saved the day. I’ll look at using them first next time.”

“Cancelled order before item received, waited nearly 2 weeks before anyone bothered to return item to stock and set refund in motion, still not received refund. I personally went to branch and was told they will cancel order when they sort their delivery, rang 3 days later and still not cancelled so guy said he was doing it then, didn't happen, had to ring head office who said they would send an email to branch. Rang after this 2 weeks later and still not cancelled. I will never pay for an order before I physically see it on shelf with Eurocarparts again.”
