I have been waiting for my order to two weeks. This is the second time I’ve reached out to ask and I keep getting told management will contact me. Still nothing!!

Looked online seen item were in stock too order then to be told after I wasted time driving there that the item was not in stock complete waste of my time in future I will go too car spares

I placed an order for two car wash buckets on the 5th April to be delivered to my home, not received them yet, no contact from the store or anyone to say there will be a delay

Ordered parts, on 3 - 4 day delivery, never arrived, went on help chat to see where my order was, assured it would be delivered next day before 6 pm, and it wasn't, AI generated chat again till human intervention, still couldn't give me answers, so cut off from chat several times, then into another week with no order, talked with different person, couldn't tell me what is happening to my delivery, status raised to local area management, at concern level !, zero communication from ECP, no apology, order arrived after 9 days....

To my surprise they had spark plugs and leads to fit my 1972 beetle. Fitting them solved my problems so im happy.

After having done a click and collect order line for a bulb and made the paymentonline, , went into the Wembley store for collection. Had to wait for almost an hour to collect the order as there was a queue of customers who were ordering and paying at the counter which takes more time. A separate queue for click and collect orders would have saved me a lot of time and the frustration of just waiting to collect an order which is all done and ready.

I purchased Castrol EDGE 5W-30 LL Engine Oil (5L) online, but when I collected it from the shop, I was given a 4L container instead. Unfortunately, I only realised the issue after handing the oil to my mechanic, which meant it wasn’t enough for the job. This forced me to make another trip to buy more oil, costing me additional time, inconvenience, and extra money. This is not just misleading—it directly impacted my day and caused unnecessary hassle. Customers should be able to trust that what they order online matches what they receive. I expect this to be taken seriously and for better checks to be put in place to prevent this happening again.

Ordered online on the Saturday for item to be collected from a local branch - expected collection day was the Monday. On the Sunday, I received an email to say there had been a problem with the system and that the expected puck up day would be Tuesday. I went to branch on Tuesday and was told that the item had not been ordered in due to a problem with the system - staff ordered the item. Later that night, I received an email to say that the item was at my local branch. I went to branch on Wednesday and was told that the item was not there - staff re-ordered the item. On Thursday, I received a phone call to say that the item had arrived. I picked the item up on Saturday. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call to say that there was no record of the item being paid for and could I email proof. I emailed proofs of payment on the Sunday and received a phone call on the Monday to confirm payment had been made. Whilst i accept that problems can occur when systems are updated, there should be systems in place for when things go wrong. Customers should not be inconvenienced and be forced to do all of the work for you. Will probably not be a returning customer.

With great products, great prices and in a raft of locations it has all the hallmarks of being the mechanics version of Toolstation or Screwfix but the customer experience is rubbish. With Toolstation and Screwfix you get an 'order is ready' notification pretty much before you have chance to put your laptop down. When you go to collect you are greeted with an enthusiastic staff member and if you're in store for more than 2 minutes it's been a bad day for them. I've used Euro car parts several times and it's like they never even expected you, the staff are miserable and they have to go and find the items you need. I once waited 15 minutes while the guy went to look for my order before he came back and told me there were none in stock despite them showing on the website allowing me to place the order. I recommend Euro Car Parts customer experience shop at Screwfix and then Toolstation and then with themselves and see how far off the mark they are... Also, you know I shopped online and collected in store so why have you sent me a survey largely about how good my delivery was?! Big Improvement required D-

Had stopped using ECP due to previously cheaper alternatives. Prices , and availability, now about same. Home delivery is an excellent service!

I ordered a 3 way jump starter/compressor/ light as my mum’s car battery was flat- it started at the first attempt with the unit and we gave it a good run to recharge the battery. Greatly reassuring to have the unit charged and in the car just in case we need it until she’s able to drive regularly again.
