“Terrible service. My items were delivered to the wrong address, guess a postcode, street name and house number is too complicated in 2026?? Then I was called by the shop as the lady who had them left by her bin rang up to enquire and asked if I could "pop" round and get the items I paid to have delivered. Seeing as they were for my daughter and I live an hour away I said this wasn't possible so I was told they would be picked up and redelivered the next day. Its been about a week now. 2 contact forms sent, no reply, no call, no delivery. Will not be using euro car parts ever again.”

“Where do I start from? The moment I arrived into store nothing but smiles. I was welcomed like I was part of the team. I was asked a few questions to confirm my booking and was asked to come out to view the van. Forgive me but im bad with names it was a gentleman 6ft tall, stocky build with a beard I might sound stereotypical when I say this but his name might have been Mo. He showed me around the van and explained about additional cover which I was happy to take. I was well informed about the hire and what the expectations were when retuning the van. Upon returning the van the experience continued. I was asked how the time went with the hire and general chit chat making it a more personal experience rather than just another number. Would I recommend enterprise to family and friends, definitely...!!!! Thank you for your support and information on the day it was very valuable.”
