“Average service. Have now bought a few things from them. Slightly conflicting updates from the branch staff about when the parts would be in store and no notification on arrival after a few phone calls. Always queues with few counter staff.”

“I placed an order for next day delivery and paid extra for it. The items had not arrived by 5.45 the next day so I called them. They promised to contact the branch and email me an update immediately. I heard nothing 9am the next day I cancelled the order - the goods turned up and they initially said I cancelled too late. After a while they refunded the next day delivery charge but so much hassle and late delivery. Won’t order again”
