“Ordered 3 items inc. a pair of car ramps; only 1 ramp was delivered(loose unboxed), which driver commented on but had not checked! central customer services couldn't identify if ramps should be sold singly or in pairs as advert suggested. Ended up phoning local store who re ordered ramps for delivery later that day, which they did( pair boxed). So although problem was resolved locally, it was created by misleading internal system information and poor training of customer service staff. Resolution was only achieved by me having to phone around and chase it until someone could sort it out.”

“Placed my reg in to ensure correct oil filter was purchased. Recomended one was presented to me and purchased, upon trying to fit this it is the wrong filter and due to an attempt made to fit I was told no refund on the incorrect part they sent. A quick AI assited search advised the correct filter for my registration and model of car.”

“Great service, ordered a part mistakingly but was reimbursed without a problem!!!! Ipswich sold it, Colchester refunded me, I was on a flying visit from France and Wow, impressed! P.S Colchester branch wasn't easy to find even though I had lived there before,apart from that 10 out of 10”
