“Took my money when I ordered online for something . They then emailed me to say that they didn't have the item in stock. Offered me a refund which I accepted, now 8 days after the initial purchase I still haven't received my refund.”

“Ordered discs pads filters brake pins plates etc said all would be ready for collection easter Monday 09.00 got to the shop only filters there discs and pads would be next day then when I collected following day they supplied wrong discs and if I wanted to exchange I had to purchase again and wait for refund on original purchase disappointed with service”

“The stock/computer system was down when I arrived, but the staff were amazing. They had a backup system in place and physically picked the parts and supplied them. However, the original system showed them as awaiting Collection 2 days later (i feel guilty for not cancelling the order after receiving parts) Either way, staff put the customer FIRST. Unlike your basement dwelling, anti social IT department who clearly doesn’t. Picking a bank holiday after payday to turn off the Fookin system!!!😆😆😆”

“Visited the Crayford / Dartford shop to pick up my online order only to find that my order was out of stock. The manager there spoke to the stores person about this ,who reacted to him by swearing and ridiculing him. Very uncomfortable experience, absolute shambles of a place I would much rather pay more money for products elsewhere.”
