“They don’t stock certain parts for older cars and can’t even order the required part . Which is a major fault . So you are left to the joys of EBay to try and find parts .”

“ery efficient service (as usual) from Euro Car Parts. Reserved on line, paid when I go there. Short and sweet service from the assistant. :-) I have never had an issue with ordering and collecting stuff from here. Sometimes I have delivery if I'm not going that way. This time it wasn't even a car part - but a pressure washer, which I was using within an hour of collection. Having just this morning had a terrible experience with 'Tesco Marketplace' - i.e. non delivery of an item which I ended up chasing and cancelling, sometimes you forget how we take for granted great and quick service.”

“4 stars because they’re usually pretty good. But this time, I order online, go to collect.. One guy in front of me. Staff walks to counter, does something at the desk, no acknowledgement. Walks off. Gone for 15 mins. Nope.. I’m off. Nobody’s got time for that! This is more of a dig at the staff member rather than the company. Maybe get better staff. That is all. (Bletchley Branch)”

“Great prompt service. My brake discs and pads arrived promptly, with no delays. Had a courtesy call with an expected delivery time. Delivery driver was polite and helped with th carrying of goods into my garage. Will use time and time again.”

“When ordering parts they have always been out ready to collect, so in and out in less than a few minutes. They sell many quality manufacturer’s parts. Unfortunately the outlet I use in Bulwell is way off the beaten track and the time saved by items being ready to collect is offset by the travelling distance, all in all a first class service.”
