“Rather disappointing. I entered my car registration on to the website, looking for a new battery. It brought up 3 options which it said were all compatible with my car. Paid online with click and collect. Drove to collect it. Turns out none of the batteries were actually compatible with my car. Bit of a waste of time entering the registration if the parts are not correct. Staff were not very helpful.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ – Frustrating and Inconsistent Service My experience with Euro Car Parts has been consistently disappointing. Whether I order online or purchase in store, I never seem to receive the correct parts. Even after carefully checking compatibility and providing registration details, the items supplied are often wrong, which means wasted time returning them and reordering. Customer service has been hit or miss, and the inconvenience of repeated returns makes it hard to rely on them when you need parts quickly. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for accuracy and efficiency.”

“Wanted the on line discount as I was passing ECP had the bulbs in stock but I was told I had to do it on line and if I did it there I would possibly need to wait about 30mins for it to go through head office. So went back later in the day a bit stupid considering had already been there a hour or so previously.”

“I purchased some Pagid brake hose advertised on the website as coming “with banjo fitting” (which clearly implies the bolt and copper washers required for installation). However, I received identical brake hoses: some supplied with the banjo bolt and washers, and some other supplied without them. This inconsistency left the vehicle off the road due to a brake safety issue. After submitting a complaint, it took five days to receive a response. Both the Cambridge branch manager and customer services stated that the brake hose “does not come with any form of bolt and washer.” This directly contradicts: - The website description - The fact that some of the hoses was supplied with the fittings! - Basic industry expectations When I questioned why some hose was supplied complete and the other incomplete, the explanation given was simply that “it has been a mistake.” The response was dismissive and failed to properly address the seriousness of supplying incomplete brake components for a safety-critical system. Very disappointing experience.”

“When I ordered the parts I required the website told me the parts were in stock and ready to collect. I drove to chessington and when I got there I was told the parts weren’t there but were in Wembley. If the parts are not in stock at the outlet, please do not waste my time again making me drive over for no reason.”
