“I have always used Euro cars and have always been impressed with their system in regards to ordering and locating specific components for my vehicle. The staff have always been knowledgable and helpful and will go out their way to get a part if its not at the shop. I have had some great deals as well over the years. I will continue to use them when necessary.”

“The product is fine, not great quality but it was cheap. However the customer service was appalling. When I placed the order online, the confirmation said it would be ready to collect in 15 minutes. It wasn't... the local shop refused to provide the item until they had some further emails through their system, so I had to wait 45 minutes in the shop before they handed me the item. Unbelieveable.”

“I ordered Bosch wiper blades online the day before collecting them. When I called in at Gateshead Branch on Team Valley they were there. A quick payment and I left. All was good, efficient and speedy service all round. I would go there again when needed.”

“Good for car parts friendly staff however under staffed and takes so long to get served even if your order online you still have to wait in a queue because the person taking the order then has to go into the warehouse to collect it too. This is very time consuming considering customers look and leave because they don’t have the time to wait in the queue. Needs to be better managed have a separate member of staff collecting orders while staff on till can serve the next customer would be a massive improvement to this store at acocks Green.”

“Generally good. First guy at the counter in Fareham was bery competent and helpful, second visit, different guy less personable. I ordered rear discs on line, stock was indicated as 2, so ordered and went to collect. Sadly I had not scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page to see where it said collect next day. Collected next day OK. Frustratingly the disc's were not compatible with the vehicle, despite entering reg number and checking they were the right ons. The retaining screw holes did not. align.”
