“Disappointing experience I ordered car spare parts online, but when I went to the shop to collect them, wasn’t possible due to availability was offered a different choice . Wanted to cancel the order made online the store man said it’s impossible to cancel it beforehand. Given the inconvenience and lack of clarity, I'm giving this place 1 star. Maybe they can work on their online ordering and in-store communication to avoid similar issues in the future." Haven’t received the refund yet it’s has been over 10days.”

“Shopped twice with eurocarparts.com First everything went nice and smooth. Second the website gave me the wrong brake pads for the car, which jeopardise the car passing an Mot. Went to the shop to get the right ones, only had ones that were double the price. Not impress at all. Went on ebay, got them cheaper than the very first ones. Shop around guys.”

“Appalling - I ordered a part for click and collect, no communication to say it was ready at all. So I went to the store to find a queue out the door and one person serving, so thought would try again later. A couple of days passed and was surprised to receive an automated 'collection confirmation' email - even though I had not collected the part! My card was charged of course for goods I had not received so am pursuing this further. AVOID this company.”

“All parts suited my car , unfortunately one of the Plugs was missing from the box , which I have not checked while takeing the order, after handovering it to the mechanic he told me that one of the plug is missing from the box.”

“My purchases in branch/click and collect etc are good, easy, no problem but not always convenient obviously. Purchases on line via subsidiary company Car Parts 4 Less not so good. On one occasion having made an error I had to cancel an order. This was cancelled immediately and well prior to dispatch. I was initially refunded the value of the product but not the additional £5.95 charged for next day delivery for an item that never left the shelf! On a further occasion having paid £5.95 for next day delivery on an order that qualify for free standard delivery(3-5 days) the item arrived after 4 days but which time I had travelled to the branch to purchase of the shelf. I was eventually fully refunded for the transactions but not without a lengthy email exchange. Euro Car Parts seem to have a good product range and competitive pricing, but the lesson I take from this is that the percieved convenience of the online purchase and delivery does not necessarily materialise that way and sometimes driving to the branch is a more dependable option.”

“usually very good but i have a problem with the find parts that fit your vehicle side when ordering on line as quite often gives wrong parts but on the flip side the staff are very good at sorting it out plus pricing is usually quite competertive will use again”
