“Made a tiny order, it's coming in 3 shipments... still waiting on last shipment, ended up completing a job without a part I ordered as it is taking too long. No communication about my order that it is being split into 3 I had to start a chat and ask as I wasn't sure if it just hit lost or wasn't packed etc. Pretty bad experience.”

“Unfortunately, it didn't fit my car because the raised roof rails are too wide (Citroen Cactus 2014). But Euro Car Parts made the returns process very easy, and can't fault that. Having bought a better quality set of roof bars for the car that fit properly and were over x3 the price, the Euro Car Parts roof bar are definitely not heavy duty, but may have done an adequate job for the low price. Think they may have been a pain to take on and off regularly though. However, never got to try them properly.”
