“Of all the branches i use St Leonards store is always very slow, only one member of staff on counter even in veey busy periods. No separate person/till draling with collections. On this occasion the ordered parts were not instore day after ordering, which was blamed on a computer issue, there was no prior notification and I had to make a 2nd trip to the store days later.”

“Wrong car part despite using the number plate system to get the correct one. When I went to turn it the shop was shut despite it being there opening hours. Went the next day and not even an apology. Very poor.”

“I orderd on line ,was offerd code easter 26 for a discount , So online part came to £72 .instead of 95. Went to collect next day with order . Person said its ,£95. i said it was £72.he refused to beleive me and said it was £95 . Nothing he could do,as system they were using was updating . So after a few words ,i phoned my wife up ,she emailed them the order sayibg £72 . He still would not accept it . In end he got another member of staff ,who begrugingly ,said let him have it . Its worst experience i have had in 15 years of using this company . The members of staff on that morning ,should be sacked ,or retrained. Totally ley the company down ..”

“Parts and service in the store itself were fine; however I placed this order to be able to service my car over the bank holiday weekend. When choosing my filters, the ones I ideally wanted were not scheduled to be available for pickup in the correct timeframe so I played around with other options until I got a suitable collection date. Then after I’d placed the order and paid the money, I received a text saying the parts wouldn’t be ready until the Tuesday after the weekend. I understand bank holidays alter collection times but considering the speed of the message after placing the order, I feel this should have been reflected on the website to enable people to plan their jobs a bit better.”

“Ordered a part for click and collect, pre paid online. Turned up the next morning to be told they haven’t received the part I had paid for. I was give a different part (which I had to pay for too) and was told it would work the same as the one I ordered (it didn’t) been a week and still waiting for a refund for the part I paid for. Staff were kinda helpful but understanding, not their fault at all but annoying to deal with when your car is in bits on your driveway…”

“Online purchase made of bike rack but had some doubts if it would fit my Land Rover Discovery Sport as we have a spoiler on the rear door. Was prepared to return it as little in the description to confirm. On receipt tried it on the car and all is well, very secure fit. Delivered on time👍”

“Then click and collect experience was very poor. It took ages for me to collect the item. The queue wasn't very long but there was a single queue for people ordering and collecting. It would be good to have a dedicated counter for click and collect.”
