“I ordered a reg number fitting kit specificly in black colour which was available online. I received an email informing me that the order ready for collection. I went to collect the order to Euro Car Parts at Woodford Green. Even though I was the only customer, they made me wait for twenty minutes before informing me that they were out of stock. One more thing to note about Euro Car Parts at Woodford. When you are collecting your orders there, the stuff does make you wait substantial time before they bring out you goods.”

“Very good value compared with other options. Best price on basic wheel trims for my van, wanted nothing flash, just tidy, so ideal. Sadly one of plastic lugs snapped off one while putting together. Will struggle to attach it now. But I will be back regardless as repeat customer soon”

“The staff at Euro Car Parts are excellent- helpful and professional. The delivery courier service that ECP uses are however awful. They are Evri. My order was left in the local depot for 2 days unnecessarily, only by complaining to Evri did the parcels finally move. Then when my order arrived, I found that one of the batteries had obviously been stacked upside down- battery acid was leaking badly from the battery. I had to order a replacement battery , pay for it, then drive 40mls to nearest ECP store to pick it up. I await my refund.”

“Pre ordered a car battery for collection, got a taxi 45 mins away and upon arrival was told battery was not in stock. Made to purchase a battery 2x the price of battery originally ordered as was then stuck without a car. Not happy.”
