“The Bosch rear wiper blade is good. But the service at the Peterborough store was poor, the person serving I think was going for the worlds slowest shop assistant! When he went to collect the my order I think he must have gone to the Bosch factory in Germany, it just took forever.”

“Part was easy to order and was available as advertised. Used part selection and found that there were 2 options, unfortunatly I picked the wrong one. As a result I had to return same item. There was no issus returning item and the parts person tried to identfy the correct one. Unfortunately there was no other options available. I was given a full refund.”

“Cambelt waterpump and tensioner kit ordered. All fitted and tensioned and tensioner was loose and rattling. Twice in one week that I've had to sit waiting for parts due to poor tensioners included in the kits. Also cost me the time of doing the job again.”
