“I bought a tow bar bike rack, delivery was fast, communication was good but the product is no good. I could not get it to attach to my tow bar. When I tried to arrange a return via their website the only option I could get was a store return, my nearest store is approximately a 45/50 minute drive each way. Instead I paid almost £8 to return via courier.”

“I like Euro Car parts because of the availability of parts and the click and collect option. However, I have had some bad service recently. Firstly, I ordered some wiper blades for my car but because it wasn't available to collect immediately, I had to call to cancel so I can pick one from the shop. The customer service guy I spoke to on Saturday said he's cancelled it. I learnt on Monday that he hadn't cancelled. On the Saturday, he suggested a wiper blade which he reserved at the Catford branch. I picked the wipers but they were not the right one for my car. I had to go back there to get the right ones. I asked the customer service guy if I can return it and pay the difference for the new wiper. He said they can't because it's a different system. They had to refund it to my card. I paid for the right ones in the shop. I waited for 15mins and was told the wipers are not in stock. The young customer service guys there are very playful. There was a long queue on that Saturday morning but they only had one person serving. The queue stretched to the entrance. They keep saying the system they're using is clunky. With the money Euro Car parts make they should be able to upgrade. They're slacking. They'll end up losing customers if they continue like this. I ended up buying the wiper elsewhere.”

“Good points staff friendly and try to be helpful. Prices fair. Bad points poor logistics and part numbers . Mistakes common and seem to be understaffed. One person goes off to get the parts and there's a line of people waiting to be served while they search. Out of stock crops up lot too.”

“I ordered some items for my car from Euro Car Parts on their website and it was quick and easy to do. I picked the items up the next day from my local Euro Car Parts shop and it was simple and straightforward. The person in the shop was very friendly and helpful. Euro Car Parts offer a good selection of parts for various cars at competitive prices. I have used them many times before and will continue to do so.”
