“Order delivered but to the wrong address. Luckily the gentleman it was delivered to was decent enough to open the box as there was no name or address on the outside of the box, and he then took the trouble to find my address and deliver it to me. How about a refund for the delivery charge as I paid for it to be delivered to me and not someone else???”

“Unfortunately I paid for some oil took me ages to research the right one, wait time was really long when I got to the till was told the one I’d ordered was out of stock so gave me a cheaper replacement was a few pounds cheaper but apparently would have taken ages as I’d ordered online so he said he couldn’t give the same discount code online, same with oil filter was wrong one so another round trip, store was really busy with only 1 person serving.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order specifically because the website clearly stated that it was guaranteed to be available for collection the following day. I urgently needed the parts, and if I had known they wouldn’t actually be ready, I would never have placed the order. When I went to the desk, I was told I could collect it on Monday after 12pm. I specifically asked, “Are you 100% sure?”, and I was assured that it was 100% guaranteed. Yet again, this information turned out to be completely wrong. The order was still not ready, and I eventually had to wait until Tuesday to collect it. This completely defeated the reason I ordered from Euro Car Parts in the first place. If you advertise a guaranteed collection date and then fail to meet it, customers should at least be given accurate information rather than being repeatedly reassured with promises that are not kept. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of reliability. I needed the order urgently, and this delay caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. Do not advertise “guaranteed” collection if you cannot actually guarantee it.”

“when there is a big queue why only 1 person serving ? surely a memeber of staff could come to front counter and help with customers orders ? and more often item is not in stock so i just go elsewhere”

“Ordered part online and wasn’t there at time described so ordered same part but different manufacturer which was said to be in stock but on pickup was told it’s not here until Monday. Job was in on Saturday so had to go elsewhere and get a refund. Not good”

“Great products however service was poor from branch took over 7 days to be delivered and only after I chased serval tomes for an update Turned up at 5pm with a guy on scooter that dumped it on my front door step and when questioned why it took so long looked sheepish and said dunno before running off Service team tried but couldn’t get a reply out of the depot Had no car for over a week because depot seeemed not to have processed my order for delivery”
