“Good points staff friendly and try to be helpful. Prices fair. Bad points poor logistics and part numbers . Mistakes common and seem to be understaffed. One person goes off to get the parts and there's a line of people waiting to be served while they search. Out of stock crops up lot too.”

“I ordered some items for my car from Euro Car Parts on their website and it was quick and easy to do. I picked the items up the next day from my local Euro Car Parts shop and it was simple and straightforward. The person in the shop was very friendly and helpful. Euro Car Parts offer a good selection of parts for various cars at competitive prices. I have used them many times before and will continue to do so.”

“Wrong car parts again. Used the online with registration and still was given wrong parts. Lost costumer and money from poor customer service from euro car parts. I will in the future be taking my custom else where and this is a joke.”

“I placed my order via your website 21/08/25 and received an email to say it would be available for collecting 22/08/25 and that I had 3 days to collect it. I was unable to collect it until 25/08/25 so called your helpline who said they would update the order so that I had until 26/08/25 to collect it. I went into the Farnborough branch 25/08/25 and they told me my order was not available until 26/08/25. Then I got an email on 26/05/25 to say my order had been returned which obviously wasn’t the case. I then called again 26/05/25 explaining the situation and was told the item was in stock and that I would have a week to collect it and the price was still the same. I then turned up at the branch 29/08/25 to collect it but the price had gone up. Not the greatest of experiences but John who I spoke to on the phone every time I called was very helpful and admit I have never had any issues before. The only difference between this order and all previous orders is this one I opted to pay for in store where as previously I have pre-paid online.”

“Used to be the best,choice of 10 brands of Lambda sensors etc,and best prices. Now charging iridium spark plug prices for normal £5 plugs. Oil overpriced at all these places,Amazon do fully synth (same spec) at half price..!”
