“Ordered about 6 small items. Some were in stock at branch others weren't. Arrived on morning of collection date. Some items missing and was told to return on Monday. Returned as per instructions and still items missing. Instructed to come back after 1400hrs. Arrived at 1430hrs and still items had not arrived. Had to go again for a fourth time on the following day. Absolute rubbish service.”
