“Sadly it took 3 trips to euros to get the riight parts. The listings on the website are not always right, even with the reg, it can be quite confusing. And it's not always a case of having the part off the car before ordering, so you don't necessarily know what it looks like.”

“Parts supplied do not fit as they are badly made. When I contacted Euro Car Parts I was told that I had to return them to the store for a refund even though I paid a premium to have a quick delivery. Sub standard parts, substandard service. Utter waste of time and money”

“Not happy ordered a cabin filter for my car went to pick it he said no it wasn't and just issued up it was the wrong one the assistant went into the back and fetched another one out which was twice as big as the last one I said that's not the correct one either he said the only one he had was 6 times dearer I said I am not paying that he then refunded my money not good service.”

“I ordered a battery,with a 3 year guantee, for my VW Golf. Great guarantee, Great Price, and Free Delivery. I waited four days for my battery and then received an email "Dear Customer, Thank you for placing your recent order, Unfortunately, the product (444776220 ) you have ordered is outside of the delivery radius of your nearest branch, meaning we will be unable to deliver this. However, we can arrange for this to be delivered to your local branch for collection " GREAT Solution if only I had a car that would start to go and collect the battery”

“I bought an Audura 096 battery for my Peugeot 3008. It did *not* work! I had to call the AA (thank goodness I have breakdown cover!). The technician tested it and told me the battery had no charge and was also faulty (I believe it wouldn't hold a charge), even though my alternator is brand new. It was nothing but a headache, and I ended up spending extra to have another one installed by the AA!”
