“Ordered new car battery, went to collect it and when got home found the clip in plastic strips missing. Had to fit battery as needed car and had to add own plastic strips to make sure battery was tightly secured. Will go back to try and get strips but will mean have to take battery out and refit again.”

“Euro Car Parts know they have a big problem but do nothing about it. There are regular long queues to pick up on-line orders. The orders you have placed are not picked from the shelves until you turn-up at the shop wanting to collect your order. Making your wait and that of everyone behind you longer. In the Northampton shop there is only ever one poor over-worked and beleaguered employee that serves customers, and the queue can reach outside. On my last visit, yet again the queuing customers were voicing their dissatisfaction with the terrible service. Just what are the other employees behind the scenes doing that's more important than customers? In sort - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!”

“Ordered at 09.25. Delivered at 10.55 the SAME DAY-- MAGIC! Could not have believed it but it actually happened.The item ordered was exactly as described and worked perfectly. On this occasion would have given 6 stars rating but the maximum option is only 5.”

“Same day delivery did not arrive, and had to call to discover that. Very apologetic team members on both the outward call and the call-back, though, and, the delivery fee was refunded (although I only found out about that when I saw my card statement). So, my constructive feedback is, if you can't deliver when expected, at least proactively let the customer know, to minimise disappointment or impact.”

“I was very appreciative of the help and reassurance I received from your representative at the counter in Birkenhead. I had ordered my brake parts online using my reg. I asked for clarification that I had ordered correctly. It was no problem for the guy to check and even showed me the parts I had selected were high up on the dealership recommendations which put my mind at ease. He is a credit to your company and will be highly recommending your business mainly because of him, his service and also you competitive pricing. Will be shopping with you again soon. 10/10.”
