“I needed a car battery urgently. I got a good quality Bosch battery delivered next day. My only criticism is that I apparently had a discount code account to the page I was shopping from - for orders over £80 I think but when I pasted it in at the checkout it was not accepted. If I hadn’t been desperate I would have walked away on principle. Nevertheless I got what I need as quickly as I needed it so I can’t fault the service.”

“I bought car cover, when collected it the bag to put the cover in was torn out already the staff said it was delivered the same way to them I requested return they asked to contact customer care as it was ordered online, such a waste of money. The cover bag was torn out and the cover itself was torn out at 2 places. No help from customer care.”

“Ordered click and collect and where normally it’s 15 mins I was given several hours only then to turn up and be told my order was cancelled (even though I had paid for it) and it will be in following day, I rang to see if order was in to be told no it’s coming in tomorrow so a click and collect took over 2 days, won’t be using again”

“Easy to navigate site, order pay very good Ordered about 6am & was at my door by 9 something!! Delivered by a lovely young lady on a scooter who was very friendly & polite & kindly after delivered to my door a car battery carried it back down my drive & put it in my car boot for me. As I’m an older person that was so kind. Thank you”
