“I wouldn't go back. Put my reg number and ordered wipers only to find out they didn't fit my car. When I brought them back to change them he told me it was my fault even though I followed instructions and entered my reg so what was the point when im told its still my fault”

“Having used Euro Car parts in the past and been satisfied with the experience I decided to order again when I needed a replacement battery. Item ordered online for collection as it was easier Saturday and confirmation email received I set off on my 14 mile round trip. Arriving at the store I was informed that due to a computer update that day no orders could be placed and that even though I had received a confirmation email my order could not and would be processed. I was asked to return on Tuesday after the bank holiday. Consequently I went elsewhere to purchase my battery. I'll definitely think twice about using Euro Car Parts in future.”

“Ordered parts for collection at the Farnborough Hawley Lane store. ECP had a Easter 25% promotion on at the time. I received email confirming parts were ready for collection so I went to the store to pay. I was told there was a system issue and their internal system could not match the easter discount and I as the customer should call customer services to get them to apply the discount despite the fact that Customer service don't work weekends. I showed the staff the confirmation email and they just said theres nothing they could do. Very poor service and attitude from Farnborough store. I didn't buy the parts in the end.”

“I live very close to Euro Car parts but avoid as even a click and collect order means lots of waiting in the branch to be served. They didn't disappoint, ordered a battery and wipers over Easter. Was told the wipers would be delayed till the Easter Monday, which was fine. Confirmation email told me to collect parts 9.30am on Monday. Arrived promptly on Monday, only one other customer but still waited 10 +mins to be served, only to be told my order wasn't complete. No apology, no acknowledgement that the email told me to come at this time to collect, took the urgent parts from the order and will return for the other parts. Raised issue via Facebook, no response.....”

“Click and collected and got there no qué waited 15 minutes and then got told I needed to pay again, I showed I paid and had to wait 10 mins for them to prove it even though email proof said I'd paid”

“Of all the branches i use St Leonards store is always very slow, only one member of staff on counter even in veey busy periods. No separate person/till draling with collections. On this occasion the ordered parts were not instore day after ordering, which was blamed on a computer issue, there was no prior notification and I had to make a 2nd trip to the store days later.”

“I orderd on line ,was offerd code easter 26 for a discount , So online part came to £72 .instead of 95. Went to collect next day with order . Person said its ,£95. i said it was £72.he refused to beleive me and said it was £95 . Nothing he could do,as system they were using was updating . So after a few words ,i phoned my wife up ,she emailed them the order sayibg £72 . He still would not accept it . In end he got another member of staff ,who begrugingly ,said let him have it . Its worst experience i have had in 15 years of using this company . The members of staff on that morning ,should be sacked ,or retrained. Totally ley the company down ..”
