“Usually excellent but last time the order l had submitted on line and was in-stock had been stolen before l got there. Was given an alternative that was OK but still disappointing. Do you need to lock up you customer area displays?”

“Supply wrong oil filter for a 4.4 sdv8 range rover to the point where the filter was too small and wouldn't filter the oil if I had fitted it!!! On returning the wrong filter the staff member wasn't very helpfull and almost didn't believe me! I am a 58 year old time served Master mechanic at Jaguar and Daimler Chrysler.”

“It's was quicker to call in my order over the phone, at the Doncaster branch, as no staff where in reception, while 7 people were waiting!! Not good. Think Amazon would if been quicker!!”

“All good. Just wish that standard service parts availability was better. 20% promo was also great. Convenient store location too. Cambridge. Like Crossland air filter. Appears that it has reduced fuel consumption as believed is letting air better than my previous filter.”

“Was told via email that it was ready for collection. Drove there. It wasn’t. Was told I’d be phoned when it arrived. I wasn’t. Had to go through a central call centre to try to find out if it was in. Would rather have just been able to speak with someone in the branch. Collected it a day later than anticipated.”

“The chap at the counter was lovely and very helpful and I thank him for the great service he provided. As for the company...there were items missing from my order, out of stock depite their webpage saying they were in stock. Euro are redicilously expensive these days...I buy my parts from online suppliers, parts from these big vendors are 80-90% cheaper. The company is definitely going downhill, when I came in the place was empty, no customers for 20min... they have little to no car parts at all, the startegy is to make quick money on service consumables such as oils, filters, fluids, with a few hundered perecent markup.”

“I ordered a can of spray paint and chose to pick it up from the Milton Keynes store on a Saturday morning. There were 9 people waiting to be served, and only 1 person serving. It took 15 minutes to be served, and then a further 5 minutes before someone brought me the can of paint. That is poor service.”

“Website offered 20% of if you spent over an amount. I did this but it would not accept code so just did not pick up the order. CANCELLED…. And I aren’t supporting false advertising”
