“Fantastic location in Avonmouth Bristol . Always lots of free parking spaces right on there door step. Best of all the Avonmouth Bristol depot is open 7 days a week great on Saturday and Sunday just when you need car parts 5 stars for that ***** BUT it's Very hard to get trade prices if like me your a 1 man band mobile mechanic , even after going through there application form process? Every other car parts outlets in Bristol have let me sign up for trade price's no problem as I've been in the trade for 46 years . This lets euro car parts down for me , as there my nearest car part out let ! Online prices look good so you order on line , but then quite often that part is out of stock when you go in store to collect, and then they always offer a more expensive option :( which makes Euro not always the best price !”

“Bought a karcher power washer 3 from them . On assembleing it discovered it had a Lug missing from the back which is used to wrap the power cable around. i immediately contacted the store to inform them . They said they would post one out to me . Two weeks + later I still haven't received the lug . Also discovered I could have bought the Karcher power washer 3 cheaper .”
