“The service at the till is shockingly bad. There is only ever 1 person serving and whilst I was in there was literally a queue out of the door. Also each transaction seems to take an eternity . On another occassion I went to collect a simple air filter that I had ordered on line. I was in that shop a full 15 minutes just to collect 1 ITEM !! i think I will start looking elswhere .”

“Ordered a road hero space saver wheel kit Order was confirmed as being in stock and payment taken I was able leased with the purchase as it was on the Bank Holiday Weekend and int order had qualified for the 30 % discount offer Next day I received an email saying that I had cancelled my order and my refund was being processed and would take a few days to process I hadn’t cancelled my order s rang through to customer services and was told that this can happen when they can’t find the item listed as being in stock Very disappointing and frustrating going through this process for nothing”

“the company are fine but i wouldnt buy the product again or recommend as it was a classic case of you get what you pay for and the car mats purchased were only around £11 and very cheap and not stable in the car therefore buy once cheap buy twice”

“Bought a new Bosch battery for my Jaguar xf but after a weeks worth of use found it to be faulty and not holding enough resting charge to keep the cars electronic modules alive so had to return it!> did not want toriska replacement so asked for a refund which was promptly actioned!money back in my account next day! very stisfied with the service i recieve at the redhill branch staff usualy polite and helpful!.”
