“Shocking customer service. I ordered online and was then told it wouldn't be available until the 29th of December. Went to the shop on the 29th to be told I waited too long and it's now been refunded. The person who served me was extremely rude and didn't offer any help to get the parts I needed. I showed him the email that said It would be available on the 29th and he got a attitude and said its not my fault. I will never use your services again.. your staff are extremely rude and need training in customer service.”

“I ordered fuse online, it shows next day collection, it wasnt ready to pickup. Few days after i received e-mail saying its ready to collect, i visited branch, they said they still havn't received fuse, i am getting reminders regarding collection but when i go to branch they they dont have my order. And they refuse to cancel order until order arrives at branch. Money is stuck there for weeks now”
