“Contacted on 29th sept due to a battery been sold as would fit my car. Battery fitted and it caused it to set alight, fire service called out. Battery wasnt compatible with our car. Complaint put in to euro car parts acknowledgment on 30th Sept and no further contact received I habe tried to email several times but I have been ignored.”

“Come on Euro car parts drop all this so called discounts and promotions just sell your parts at the right price payday 30 just makes the parts the same price as everyone else's brand for brand elsewhere and emailing to say I haven't bought oil and should be changing at the time of fitting a new filter I do change i don't buy from euro car parts though as the price of your oil brand for brand is expensive even with the so called discount”

“The service I got at Collection dept was 1St Class. I ordered a fog light for my classic BMW e36. (It was the only one you had.) It was too big to fit from the front and I returned it. Next day my mechanic said it had to be fitted from behind on a ramp. I went back next day and the young man who had served me before found it for me and I had it fitted. Thank you”

“I ordered online via app so I can just go there & collect my stuff but still ai had to get in a long queue to collect the stuff. If we have to wait there in the store then what’s the point of ordering online. I ordered online so it will save my time but still same, makes no difference.”
