“Delivery was fast but the part did not fit my car. Getting my car on a lift to do the pads to then find out the pads doesn't fit. A company of your caliber shouldn't be getting brake pad sizes wrong. Disappointed and frustrated.”

“What's there not to like. Easy to use website, keen prices (although a web search is always useful for the occasions when others are cheaper). Communication is excellent and the longest wait I've had for a product was less than 24 hours, but normally within the hour. Collection is easy for me , as there is a branch within 4 miles and the Stores superviser (Mark) is excellent.”

“What utter clown designed this industrial estate where Block 5 is on the main road and not actually IN the industrial estate. If you approach from the Kilmarnock side, you won't see Block 5 at all. Your sat nav takes you into the estate. There's no map board telling you where any companies are actually located, and the sequence (block, 1,2,3,etc) makes no sense at all! It was only by chance that I discovered where Block 5 was. Okay, so spleen vented, the salesperson did her job efficiently and politely. But, this industrial estate REALLY needs a map board. I think in future, I'll just go to the paisley branch.”

“Collected order from the local depot. No issues with the collection other than it took ages as there was only one attendant and the two customers ahead of me hadn't a clue what they were actually after. This meant a long laborious search with the attendant to discover what they actually needed. What should have taken 30sec took 20mins...”
