“Had a click and collect As usual a lack of staff serving Collected items ordered one of which was a spray bottle of wheel cleaner when i checked it found the spray nozzle broken told staff member was told it was the last one and would need reordering the member of staff then went off and found a spare spray head which was appreciated”

“Good part at a very reasonable price. Slow pick up though. I was 8th in the queue when I got there. There seemed to be several staff there, but only two of them were actually working. They were like blue-assed flies working the computer then running to get orders when I could see guys out the back just chatting.”

“Ordered some light bulbs and wiper set. Bulbs were fine, but when I went to install the wipers I found they were used wipers in the box. The blade has green mold, the frame was dirty and rusty. Clearly someone returned them to euro car parts and the box wasn't checked.”
