“I purchased a pair of anti-roll bar linking arms, listed as a popular budget range item for my car, and available from stock. The replacement items fitted easily and performed as expected. I have always maintained my own vehicle, when possible using parts supplied by Euro Car Parts, or the previous company name. For the past 55 years the staff have always been helpful and I have never had an issue with the quality of the products. I do take issue with your banner "ANY PART FOR ANY CAR". You don't supply parts for vintage or classic cars, and most modern ones need many manufacturer supplied components!”

“Ordered Altinator from Europarts picked it up the next day. Garage fitted it the next day and onthe way home returned the damaged Atlinator. Surcharge was in my bank 3 days later. Excellent serviice from the staff lifted into the car and on the return came to the car and took it into the shop for me. Both times the members of staff were young ladies. As I am disabled this was a great help I Didn't have to ask for help the staff volunteered their help.”

“I ordered item confirmed will be ready from 9am next day. Went to pick it up told warehouse hasn't sent it need to reorder. But but my mot requiring item was that day, I couldn't order or get from else where like gfs as ready next day. Mot failed. This is 2bd time similar happened. Absolute none sense.”

“I ordered two sets of wipers, 3 for my Q2 & 3 for my 981 Cayman. The twin pack for the front wipers for the Q2 (A860S) were not delivered instead I received an Ap16U. When I contacted the web inquiry after 4 days (which included the weekend) I still had no response. I then used the web chat and eventually got hold of a human and determined the quickest way to resolve was to drive 16.5 mile return journey to get the wrong wipers exchanged. Not what I was expecting from what should have been a simple on line purchase. Unfortunately the money I saved was partially consumed with the cost of that unnecessary trip.”

“Appalling customer service. Poor attitude at the counter. No one answers a phone. Promise of call backs but never reciever. Take a page out of Screwfix's book, why not text customers when parts are in or delayed to save customers wasted jouneys.”

“Overall, service very good. However, I had to buy brake discs twice because I did not notice that for my reg there were two possible size matches ( it’s buried in the ‘fitment details’ section). I understand this is my responsibility but making it clearer on the product description details like these would help.”
