“After ordering and paying for part online, the branch at Chelsea Fields Colliers Wood/Mitcham area, 1. Did not have the part. 2. Huge queue. Just 1 queue so where everyone discussing parts and searching items takes ages. 3. Car parking silly, cars have to park one behind each other blocking in people in front with no way out! Suggestions. Have a seperate queue for collection only Update your system to sell only parts in stock Change layout of car parking silly cars.”

“Contacted on 29th sept due to a battery been sold as would fit my car. Battery fitted and it caused it to set alight, fire service called out. Battery wasnt compatible with our car. Complaint put in to euro car parts acknowledgment on 30th Sept and no further contact received I habe tried to email several times but I have been ignored.”
