“I'm not a mechanic, but I like looking after my car (and saving money at the garage). Euro Car Parts are super helpful on the phone, prompt and efficient in store and have competitive prices - what's not to like? Whoever they have on the phone in Portsmouth who deals with callers is absolutely brilliant!”

“I have visited twice for some spare parts that I was looking for my car. First visit end if the day was really good and the person i the welcome desk was very helpful even it was about to close. However, day after in the morning I have to come back as the parts weren't compatible so I need a swap and the lady in the welcome desk was totally opposite. She didn't seemed to be comfortable with a queue of people even thst everyone was patient and nice to her she looks quite rude and not super helpful.”

“I was able to buy a replacement Bosch rear wiper for our 2023 Honda Jazz on the same day that I ordered it. It was the correct type and was easy to fit. I would have given Europarts 5 stars except that the use of their part finder using the car registration did not yield any results, so I had to seek verification of the wiper part number from the Bosch website.”
