“I order the product on line and when i gave the code to the member of staff he went and collected the order from the stores. The service was efficent and the member of staff was professional and polite.”

“Needed a small towel to do some pointing checked on line found your post ordered it having a burger and a coffee done in about 10 minutes collected later in the day could not believe that a car parts store had a trowel great service will check them out again”

“First of all, after entering your registration it can be quite difficult to identify the correct part for your car, which can be confusing for anyone without much knowledge about cars. Secondly, when collecting an order in-store, there really should be a separate queue for Click & Collect customers. I used the Northampton branch and ended up waiting over 25 minutes in line for an item I had already paid for.”

“Always had great dealings with eurocarparts and used them for years. Unfortunately they aren’t as cheap or have as many deals as they once did, so I don’t use them as much as I have done in the past. Delivery is always fantastic. Always well packed and reliably fast. Highly recommended.”
