“Haveing orders and paid for online, with stock available, I arrived and waited 15 minutes to collect only to be told told item not available, so guy ordered in. Whilst I waited 15 minutes to be served, I could hear staff playing Christmas quiz in background, clearly serving customers low on priority. Returned two days later to collect, only to be told warehouse had not sent item!. At this point gave up and asked for refund. Guy behind counter very helpful, but generally most of the staff useless.”

“Shocking customer service. I ordered online and was then told it wouldn't be available until the 29th of December. Went to the shop on the 29th to be told I waited too long and it's now been refunded. The person who served me was extremely rude and didn't offer any help to get the parts I needed. I showed him the email that said It would be available on the 29th and he got a attitude and said its not my fault. I will never use your services again.. your staff are extremely rude and need training in customer service.”
