“Only some patrs were delivered. When I took the car to the workshop then realised one brake disc was never delivered. Getting through to the local branch was impossible on phone. Finally some one helped to resolve the issue and the missing part was delivered.”

“Ordered parts online for collection same day at 1530 Travelled 15 miles to collect parts to find they would not be in until the following day “as they had changed the vans around and the website was not updated.” Waste of time would never use again.”

“Ordered a part online which said it would be delivered on Monday. It wasn't. Then checked my confirmation email which said it would be 3-4 days it wasn't. On day five I phoned to chase my part and it was then delivered. My car was left off the road and meant I had to find alternative transport at my own cost. Terrible customer service”

“Ordered so called new pads and discs and this is what arrived. Clearly been on another car as its been fitted and rubbed off a caliper. And a chunk out of one of them. Obviously been returned and NOT CHECKED. Couldnt get another set same day so had to be fitted as going on away the following day. Wouldnt get another branch that had them same day”

“Available parts and items provided, but not as quick as one would hope, and there seemed to be a mismatch between who served in the front and who didn't. You ought to have separate lines for those who have already purchased a product(s) and are collecting it, and those who are enquiring about what product to buy. Its called click-and-collect for a reason, not click-wait-wait some more-then eventually receive. Perhaps a separate terminal like at Argos would be useful where cusomers can "check-in" that they've arrived with their collection code, and then be called to the front once it is ready to pay for / receive. It seems pointless to queue up and then be advised to wait as it isn't ready.”

“The parts arrived a day late (in 5 days)and in two stages during the day, which put me late for my mot retest ! I tried ringing both the local branch and the number which is for the online service and spent 11/2 hours on the phone with no answer ….so no I wouldn’t recommend Europarts … very shoddy service all round complete pants companydo not use!”
