“I ordered a battery for next day delivery. It didnt come next day. Contacted Customer Services the day after, who said they would chase up and it would likely come that day. It didn't. I cancelled the order at the end ofthat day, outlining my disappointment with the service and requested a refund. This was processed with an apology from the person I'd been dealing with. The next day I wrote a 1 star review on Trust Pilot. Two days later I received an email from another member of their customer service team apologizing for the poor service, offering a voucher as a gesture of good will. Glad to see they take Trust Pilot Reviews on board. Won't rely on their next day delivery service again.”

“Very bad experience, both online some parts from my vehicle and at the collection I've been given the different stuff wich cost me labour 2x and waste of time plus they didn't receive on item back to refund me because that part was touch and they can't resale.resale. It is not my fault that the part doesn't fits. Very bad experience, I will never try them again!”

“Ordered fuse. Collected fuse. Fit fuse, restoring power previously missing. Top class fuse and service from the fantastic bods at Euro Car Parts, highly recommend. Wrote a short review because apparently the world will spin off its axis if every single transaction is not reviewed online nowadays.”

“Used euro car parts, better service and the correct parts for my vehicle. Even when there was more than possible got us to check parts numbers. After using autoparts in Hamilton who didnt really give toss about you, gave us wrong parts that didnt fit and refused to help/ compensate. Euro will be used as first choice going forward.”

“I've not used Euro Car Parts for a few years as they became uncompetitive, but they now seem to be competitive again, so I gave them a try. Unfortunately, one of the three parts was the wrong one. The guy in the York branch swapped it, but there was no apology! Not very good service really.”
