“Wrong parts for my car. Said on their reg checker it was the correct parts for my car, when I removed old parts and compared with new it was completely different fitment. By the tile I find this put my car is in bits and can’t be driven. This happens all too often at Euro car parts, the website is always wrong.”

“Great service as ever. Bought discs, pads, oil & filter for brothers car. Did the oil service but his brakes were rusted badly so he will have to go to a garage. Euros returned the unused parts no problem. Always use them for my parts and oil.”

“Ordered a dog guard for car boot, went to pick it up, they couldn't find it, eventually found it, box all ripped, I asked if it was damaged, she said no, however when got it home there were only 3 leg protectors not four, however we've managed to use it. Not happy”

“I ordered onlin and the part I wanted appeared to be in stock so I drove to ECP to collect. When I went there one of the parts ws not in stock and would be later on that day. It said so in an email I received but the website was showing in stock. Thats actually why I selected this brand and not another from the website. Anyway my 3 star review is mostly about the customer service person sitting on the left where he appeared to be in patient and having an attitude towards the whole situation. Sure my mistake for not reading the email but its not the way to deal with customers. Maybe in the wrong job and should be in the far corner of the warehouse away from people and customers. I ve hd no problem with the other customer service person sitting on the right when I collected my order the next day.”
