“Ordered part online. Drove from Worcester to Oldbury as only place had it in stock. When got there waited 20 mins to be told they couldn't find it. The assistant was very apologetic thus the 2 star rating”

“Excellent customer service from first phone call to purchase a new battery ( had to be stop start one). Was given advice and choice. Ordered & my son picked up for me . New battery within half an hour. Thankfully he fitted it for me. Would definitely recommend”
