“Another abysmal experience at the Birkenhead branch. Unable to locate 3 simple items ordered the day before after waiting 15 minutes to be served. After a further 10 minutes reteiving the items they were merely dumped on the counter with a receipt and not such much as a sorry about that or there you go. Ignorant,inept and unproffesional This place is to avoided.”

“I ordered 2 items, got the message to pickup and on arrival only one item which when I got home noticed it was labelled wrong. I received the message to pickup up the missing item and returned the item labelled incorrectly. New item ordered from Penrith only to turn up incorrect and refund given. Not sure what has gone wrong purchased from another outlet. Staff very helpful right the way through my ordeal.”

“Unfortunately delivery took a while as new system ? Meant mine got missed, almost impossible to follow up, eventually got through to branch and they kindly delivered same day, but one item was incorrect so I had to drive to branch anyway to correct”

“Paid for parts online.only to recieve a email stating been collected which they hadn't as it was nearly 6oclock on evening.i mentioned this to the customer service guy he just said yeah we had to due to update on computers I said well a message to state this would been nice . He said had people all day moaning about this . He didnt care one bit . Shocking service .”

“Got my mate to collect wheel extractors I ordered online cause I didn’t have time 10/10 service gave it to him with no hassle just the order number needed except when I went to use the extractor one of the sizes was all cracked with a split down each side very un happy an disappointed as it cost me an extra £100 to get them taken off at the dealership”

“This is truly excellent- I've bought so many products from companies on the Internet lately that have proved to be rubbish. This dog guard fits so well because all the parts are movable. A bulge in the roof was no problem as the uprights adjust. Highly recommended and I don't often say that!”

“I ordered from phone it will be done after that i go to euro car part 2hour line they cut it price and give a respite after 10 min they said sorry we don’t have that things if you don’t have things why you show online .They wasted my time”
