“I ordered service parts for my car they asked for registration of the car which I supplied and they recommended the parts and supplied but one of the filter was supplied wrong so I went back to change. They told me that they have to refund for the wrong filter and I have to order the new filter but I have to pay the full price without the 30% discount I got on original order as order value was over £80. This is absolutely ridiculous as they supplied the wrong part and not give me the discount on new order for the right filter.”

“Branch was very busy when I arrived but the very young member of staff on duty dealt with everyone very patiently and effectively. A couple of the customers in front of me seemed to be oblivious to the queue but he still answered their questions and got everyone served.”
