“Parts arrived undamaged due to being delivered by Euro Parts staff I think - which is good. No contact at all though, and the website said 'delivered' in under an hour. So that's disconcerting. Didn't have to return anything this time, in the past it's been a nightmare and did vow not to use EP again... we'll see...”

“2 different filters and 2 tins of Air Con sanitiser ordered. Only 1 tin of sanitiser delivered. Had to wait almost a week for the second tin to be re-delivered. As my school reports used to say - "Could to better, must try harder" !”

“What an effing shambles! Placed the order in good faith. Had money removed from my bank. Then received email to say that the goods were ready to collect. Drove to depot to be told that the goods were not even there but in Norwich. I rceived a promise that I would get a phone call from the depot to say when they had arrived. One week later no phone call and no goods. But still have MY MONEY. Absolutely appaling service. Think twice before buying!!!!”

“Kept waiting for 15 minutes. The guy in front of me ordered stock that wasn't available. There was no apology for being kept waiting that long. The guy in front was also livid at the time it took. Whilst I was waiting two other customers came in and left as they were waiting nearly longer than me.”
