Pre ordered parts and travelled to collect but their payment system had been down all morning, a txt message would have been nice. Purchased at another supplier round the corner.

I placed an order for click and collect after being informed the item was in stock and available for next-day collection. This was the main reason I chose to order. When I arrived in store, I waited approximately 20 minutes to be served while several staff members appeared to be standing around, with only one person actively serving customers. I was then told that the item was not actually in stock and that I would need to return at a later date. Three days later, I received a message confirming the item was ready for collection. Upon returning to the store, I experienced another wait of around 20 minutes before finally being served. I was eventually given the item, but no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish, with inaccurate stock information, long waiting times, and a lack of customer service.

Ordered online some alloy wheel cleaner from Euro Car parts for collection at the Perth centre. Was given an email and text to say it was ready for collection and if as. A painless transaction and served nicely from the guy at Perth. Great service.

Ordered 9n line. Used the part detail sheet to get the right part. Check out was OK and confirmed pick up at the branch. Waited 30 minutes before turning up there. Had to wait 10 minutes to get served, then the agent asked for my name. The part was picked quickly, but thought the 30 minute gap between ordering and arrival, would have the order ready on arrival.

I checked stock of this air filter at my local store being Halesowen, found it wasn’t in stock, so chose the next store which was Brierly Hill which was showing available stock so that I could collect the same day. I then travel to the Brierly Hill store only to be told that the air filter was not in stock and that they don’t carry Andura branded parts in stock. I did collect the air filter a few days later, but I hadn’t received any notification to say that my part was now in store and available for collection.

Ordered parts online even with putting reg in had to wait 2 days for parts to turn up but didn't and when they did were completely wrong parts now got to wait and also pay more for the right part very poor will not use again

I recently ordered a pair of rear brake discs, I paid extra for next day delivery and they do not arrive until two days after the order. I tried to call to find out where they were and the whole process was very poor. The number for my local branch took me through to someone at the Hayes branch, he said he would get someone from my branch to call and they never did. Although the brake discs arrived the lateness meant I had to rearrange my MOT so I didn’t fail!!

My parcel got lost in the system. It was delivered to the store before being forwarded onto me but the store was unaware that they had received it . Hence no delivery to me ! I had to chase a couple of times before the situation was resolved.

Ordered the part to be delivered on the Saturday . Arrived and was told it would be there on Tuesday . No prior contact to tell me. Fuel is £2 a litre and I drove 45 mins each way to collect this part as no where else had it . Seems to be every time I use euro car parts there is an issue like this or I’m given the wrong part . Last time I’ll be using them utter rubbish and a failure.

I cancelled this order the day after. Ever since I’ve been spammed with collection notices and blank emails from the no reply email address. Service is sloppy at best. Will go to MPD next time.

Only for collection wait25/30 minutes only one person’s on till 8-10 peoples in queue minimum two people’s need on counter till not very happy.

The man at the shop in carnage park was very unending and obviously didnt want to be there. I will say you have a great range of products and great prices. A shame about the attitude of your staff .
