“I ordered 2 parts. Nearside and offside. I only realised after checking the invoice once I paid I ordered incorrectly. I called the same day I placed the order to cancel one of the parts. It was cancelled on the phone a refund issued.”

“Placed an order, showed delivery due 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I got in touch with 'where is my order' please, and by coincidence the part was 'now in the warehouse', but will need another 24 hours to confirm when it will be sent. No communication, no update, very poor. Only positive was customer services seemed pretty on the ball when actually speaking with them”

“Very poor service, over a week and still haven’t received my alternator! Can’t get through to the branch and all telephone operators giving me the run around, constantly being told someone at the branch will call me, thing is I’m being polite and it’s difficult not to become irate! You’ve taken my money asap and not delivering the promised service!”

“Quick and easy to collect parts. My part was available to collect the next morning (ordered at 8pm). Process was a little confusing online. After inputting my Reg and searching for my car parts, all options kept showing as incompatible with my car. After further research elsewhere I found the part was infact compatible. Good quality and will use again.”

“Person at desk was very unhelpful, told me incorrect information. Didn't give me any assurance part was right for my car. Alarming that had to test the battery before handing over... a new battery should be all fine and tested prior to sale so why test before handed to customer, battery should be of new condition that's what I'd expect... wouldn't buy from auto parts again. Was a 60 mile round trip to pick up, could have been a waste of time”
