“Guy at the desk was very helpful, efficient and friendly. I deduct one star because ECP is forever offering discount codes and ‘flash sales’ that are never anything more than a gimmick. I’d prefer it if they just offered better prices consistently - some items are quite highly priced compared to other retailers.”

“Website showed parcel had been delivered , after checking CCTV the delivery driver attempted delivery but left no note , ended up spending half an hour on phone to customer services to find parcel had been returned to depot so had to waste time collecting.”

“Honestly... A shambles. I ordered a part, said I can collect from nominated store 2 days later. I went to collect on day 3 and it still wasn't there. They said they'd order for delivery the same day and come back at 5pm. Still wasn't there. I went back a week later to get a refund and it still wasn't there. Just laughable. Hope I actually get a refund”
