“Only 9 bottles were delivered not the 10 bottles ordered and paid for. Impossible to get a response from Eurocars. Very disappointed. This is the firs single star I have given anyone in 20 years trading”

“Needed front windscreen wiper blades for my daughter’s VW Up! Surprisingly, on-line wiper stores didn’t recognise her registration and putting car in directly, no wipers came up. When I say none, I wanted Bosch Aeroblades. But Euro Car Parts recognised her registration, listed the blades, they were locally in stock (7 miles away). I ordered. And collected directly. Chap in store was friendly and helpful. Easy to fit. Surprised daughter when she came back from holiday. Only felt they were perhaps more expensive than I’d anticipated. The advertised discount didn’t apply.”
