“Ordered a new air filter as part of a basic service prior to taking my car abroad on holiday. The first one was somehow destroyed in transit by Evri, and after 45mins on hold, EuroCarParts said they’d ship me a new one out as a priority. It finally arrived yesterday, 10 days after first ordering. I know this because I saw it arrive on my doorbell camera, whilst sat in a cafe abroad… it’s a shame as the service & delivery times from ECP have previously been excellent.”

“When I went on the website and typed my number plate in for rear brake pads I only had 2 options, which was fine. However, the description and name was all described as ‘pad’ and only being 1 pad on the box. I found this confusing as usually pads do come in pairs. So I ordered 2 lots just to ensure when collecting I wouldn’t be short. When I collected the pads the advisor confirmed the same and had 1 lot refunded, which went into my bank a few days later. To then when my partner was able to change the pads a few days later to find that the pads weren’t the correct ones. Luckily he hadn’t removed the worst one and was able to put my wheel back on so I could get the correct ones, something I found frustrating as that is why I inputted my number plate to find them in the first place. I then had to go back to euro car parts to purchase the correct ones eventually. I feel the website is lacking information and needs updating urgently to refrain from confusion and inconvenience for all.”
