“I put my reg in, the website gave me a range of options. I selected one, reserved it, drove to the shop, bought it. It was the right part. 5 stars no notes.”

“Put the car registration plate in on the website and I bought the battery it said was suitable for my car, turns out it wasn’t , it didn’t have the correct terminals to fit it. Waste of time!”

“I had no idea they sale second hand parts, but at full price. I've bought plastic wheel trims/covers that have been used or tried on and returned. Some of the hubcap clips were broken, missing. I was unable to use the trims. Nobody checked the box they were in, probably.”

“I ordered something to get delivered and expected it to be delivered via post in a few days. I couldn't pick it up as I was unwell. To whoever it was at the Carlisle store. THANK YOU. They went above and beyond and delivered it to my house the same day! I mean that's beyond customer service. All the parts were exactly what I needed. I would give above 5 stars and the person who delivered it needs a raise. Have been telling friends and family. I already always used euro car parts for all my car requirements but now I am a dedicated customer.”

“As always my online ordered next day much earlier than expected so great! However as has been with last 3 orders completely wrong parts so had to take the trip to the shop to exchange and pay quite a bit more for the difference”

“I recently received my order of engine oil and coolant, and I am seriously impressed. Everything arrived right on time and came securely to prevent any leaks. “Quality part at a reasonable price , however waiting for the part to be delivered was painful Ordered the battery on the 23/9 late evening and it finally arrived on the 28/9 , just as well there wasn’t a retail customer involved, probably won’t use the delivery service again takes too long”
