“Ordered £200 worth of parts to be delivered. No communication regarding delivery the time frame passed. So rang to be told parts are here you can collect them but we can not tell u when they would be delivered, without ringing head office, this was a friday car and parts were due to be collected the next morning to be repaired. The reason given for not delivery within the time frame was ALL drivers called in sick on Wednesday 23rd. Not a single bit of communication given regarding delivery or the fact the parts were not going to be delivered within the 3-4 days. The order was made on friday so should of arrived by the following Thursday.”

“Collected a batery from the Filton branch only to find it was "Flat" . Had to return to the branch to get a replacement. This one came with terminal covers unlike the first one. I was told it was possibly a return and it had got put in the wrong area ???”

“Everything is always easy except waiting to collect my order. It’s always busy and there is no seating for disabled people. I suffer with a spinal disability and a seat whilst waiting would make a huge difference to me as standing causes me so much pain. Also a disabled bay for parking would be excellent but it would also need people to monitor it as they are usually abused bays. I’m obviously disappointed that my local store has closed and I now have to travel a lot furry than before.”

“I bought an item for £47 and that particular item any other place is £22.50 I tried to put the code that was offered in their website but it didn’t accept it and because I was desperate for it I had to pay that amount, not only that i drove for 10 miles to pick it up that’s a ripoff”
