“Bought service parts for car recently. Quick service. Got home drained oil from engine to open oil filter to find wrong part, not the part I had ordered. Had to wait over an hour for part to then be delivered and continue my work. Normally great service but poor on this occasion.”

“Tyre pump purchased to deal with slow puncture until I could get to garage for repair. Item easy to order and collect and seemed good value when compared to others on the market. Only used once but did required job really quickly. Too early to judge overall reliability.”

“I am very upset by the service. Euro car parts came highly recommended but they did not do well on my order. I ordered a 15" set of rims, I was delivered a 16" set instead. That did really put me off as the delivery was done to save time and effort. I then had to drive to my local Euro car parts store to get it exchanged. I would not have ordered if I knew it was that much hassle. On the plus side, the receptionist was superb and made my exchange hassle free.”

“The parts were in stock, when I went to collect them, my reservation had apparently been cancelled. I could have the parts but the shop would not honour the blue light discount in store. Not the end of the world, but a bit of poor service.”
