“I purchased a car battery for an avensis 2010. Although being advised that it was the right one, Although it fitted it was 10mm too long & 15mm too high. This meant that the battery clamp does not fit. I am in the process of working round it.”

“Never got delivered, so I had to go collect my order, that was apparently ready for delivery! Upon asking why it didn't get delivered, the guys were oblivious and merely in a rush to leave. Wouldn't go back”

“A simple process of entering your registration number and searching for the required part that then gives you alternatives for your requirement. Order placed with a surcharge added for the old part to be returned and fully refunded back to you when done. In my case i returned the old unit upon collecting the new for compatability and the refund was processed immediately. I would definitely recommend Euro Car.”

“I used the "search for parts using my registration number " however this then brought up the wrong battery type.which I found out when I got home. This was easily rectified when I returned to the store. Replacement one ordered on next day delivery. All in all a good experience.”
