“One person on the till. Poor girl running and getting everything. 30 minute wait to collect a pre-booked and prepaid item is Terrible. Girl was obviously flustered. And 2 customers walked out. Could hear people out the back. Poor management or FTE allowance which is on the company. No wonder People Are moving. Toward other suppliers. It's bben common knowledge for years now”

“Orders Disks and brake pads, disks were correct brake pads were wrong. Next day delivery was good. Would be 5 stars if brake pads were correct. They do have a 60 days returns policy.”

“I was a bit disappointed because after speaking with a Rep who gave me the right code to order a car part. I ordered the correct part, but I was issued the wrong item during collection. This cost me a lot, because I missed the opportunity to get the item fixed for a lower fee. I ended up paying double the amount to fix it. Nevertheless, I am happy this was resolved without issues.”

“Orderd online to pick up next day. All was good and as it should be. But me being of the older generation expect the people serving you to at least pay you the courtesy to speak and treat you as a human being . All I got was whats you order number .then a couple of grunts the item was plonked on the counter and that was that. Really felt like it was just too much trouble.”

“How can you justify the same product price of oil i purchased 4ltrs of oil at 67 pounds. I went to a different car parts garage and found the same oil at 42 pounds how can you justify 25 pounds different”
