“Seemed good to me, did click and collect as there was a customer faffing at the till I’m store. I felt the counter assistant was very patient an polite in the circumstances I was impressed. Plus I got a good quality product I needed at a fair price.”

“Got asked to write a review when the order hasn't arrived and is well overdue!. 12 days after ordering from Peterborough my parts haven't even arrived yet, delivery was quoted as around 4 working days. All items were in stock. Customer service said they would chase and update me, 3 days ago, since then, silence. As a customer of over 15 years In really annoyed, car is not drivable. Very shoddy!”

“This is a 5 star review for Euro Car Parts - not the product I bought. We realised it was damaged after assembling and customer service couldn't have been more helpful in arranging a collection. I opted for a refund having lost confidence in the product and was kept informed througout. It's when things go wrong that you find out about a company. and Euro Car Parts get top marks for how they dealt with this problem which was not of their making. Thank you Andrew.”

“Created an account just to see how they deliver parts. I orders some wipers 2 weeks ago and I haven’t even received the order. They said I can pick it up from the shop. Just a joke”

“Disappointed how you count the 3 items for 25% disc I bought 1 set pads and 2 sets discs That’s 3 in my world But 5 in yours 🤔🤷‍♂️ so 1 set of discs got no discount. A bit cheeky I will have to resort to multiple orders to qualify in future”

“Checked stock level online for local store, then ordered part online, turned up at the shop to collect and part wasn't in stock at all. Needed part for MOT so had to buy an alternative about £10 dearer. Oh dear.”

“The representative at Bow Euro Car Parts is absolutely rude and unhelpful. I had to go back 3 times as he kept giving me the wrong wiper blades. In the end he said they didnt have the right ones for my car. This guy has a rude face a bit tall and chubby, can't remember his name but im never going back there again dealing with people who are this rude. He is a bad representative for the company.”

“Always so convenient when I need something last minute. I can pick up pretty much anything as soon as my order goes through. Anytime I have had to have delivery, it comes very quickly! My last order was even delivered the same day!”
