“I ordered a part for a Vauxhall Astra. According to the app it was in stock. I paid standard delivery and waited, and waited and waited. I attempted several times to get information on where my order was with no help. I was fobbed off with a ‘ we will get back to you via email’ I couldn’t get through by phone so attempted an email. This was eventually answered telling me my part was not in stock and I should have been told this when I ordered it. Al. Very apologetic with it as well. That was that, got my part 8 days later”
