“Poor customer service. Waited 10 mins to be served. No one at the counter. Could hear loud banter amongst the staff inside. Even though ordered online and advised to come 1530 stil had to wait another 30 mins for the order to come thru. I mean you ordered and paid for it. Surely you can pick it up and be ready for the customer to Come, Will leave reviw on google and trustpilot”

“Euro Car Parts — poor click-and-collect experience I ordered a part online and went to collect it in store. After waiting about 30 minutes, the staff member on the till served me abruptly, said nothing, printed a slip, and handed it over. When I asked where the part was about ten minutes later, I was told to go outside. At the warehouse entrance I was met by another member of staff who was even ruder. The whole process felt disorganised and unwelcoming. I will not be using Euro Car Parts again.”

“I placed and paid for an order online, click and collect, for a car diagnostic reader and some spray on waterless wax wash. Unfortunately after driving a few miles to the store well after the time that the order confirmation email said it would be ready to collect by, I was told that they didn't have the diagnostic reader in stock and was offered a lower end one, which I left. The refund came through ok within a few days. This is the first time I've had any issues with ECPs click and collect service, having used it many times before at several other branches, which is a shame. I would still consider ordering with them again in the future.”
