“order a battery 8 days ago still didn’t receive . I called the Hayes brunch every day for an update on delivery and been promised that will get it next day , after day 5 of waiting and chasing they send me to the costumer service … the battery never come .”

“I have been ordering parts from Euro Car Parts for several years now. Never a lot and very infrequently but I always find them to be very helpful even if I haven't found the part I want online. On this occasion I wanted a air filter and pollen filter for my Hyundai Ioniq. Both filters were in stock and I could have vlecyed them the same day as my order.”

“Ordered online for collection, picked it up the following day. I even liked the recommendation to take a photo of the receipt as the battery came with a 3 year warranty just in case I misplaced the original. Overall, excellent.”

“Goods ordered easily and quality good as expected. Pick up wasn’t great, the office was called “Cheadle” but was actually in Stockport and the entrance door was on the right of the building (no clear signage) rather than the very obvious left side which was for drivers only. Moving the entry sign would have given 5 stars.”

“Saved the day. Needed a new brake caliper (mot failure). EuroCarParts only supplier to have one when I needed it. Collected and put in same day, MOT rebooked for next day - passed. Surcharge refunded. No issues.”

“Wasn't very impressed with the service I received. I paid for express delivery and was due the next day. It didn't come and when it did 4 days later it was only 2 parts. I had no idea when the final part would be delivered and found out on the day it would be delivered. The final part took 6 days in total to come which meant it was pushing it. I paid for someone to fix my car and these were the parts I was using so I had to cancel. I needed my car fixing in time for my holiday. I ended up having to hire a car because I wasn't able to get my car sorted in time. In future I won't use the auto car parts or the express service.”
