“Euro Car Parts online ordering was very easy and parts being made available was hood and they are reasonable value. However the TYC Rear Lamp (Outer Right) 478900461 for the 2019 Kia Sportage did not come with 'The Cable Set' as stated in the fitment detail supplementary information. As this was the failed part of the assembly (Bulb holder earth strip failed) I didn't accept the item asked for a refund. Euro Car Parts were brilliant in immediately processing the full refund which appeared back on my credit card within 4 working days. I recommend Euro Car Parts.”

“Appalling customer service from the Chertsey depot ordered online with a 3-4 day delivery now 10 days later still not received my order have tried to contact the depot numerous times but no one answers the phone contacted customer service 3 times who claim they have chased my order but still not arrived now trying to get a refund as cancelled order. If you actually what your parts delivered go elsewhere.”

“Needed a new battery for my Volvo and the euro web site showed a good range. However in in order to buy one I needed to reproduce a password. After 1 week of requesting a email to change my ancient one , nothing arrived and I drove down to the neaest Euro deppo and bought one over the counter. .”

“Good price awful customer service. Ordered a single rear wiper online for collection. From giving my order details to the guy at the till, it took 25 minutes for them to bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes, i said to the guy at the till, why it was taking so long to get a single rear wiper that was pre-ordered and I had been emailed to say it was ready for collection? He mumbled someone was still picking the item in the warehouse, so waited another 10 minutes and it finally arrived. Ridiculous!”
