“First part I purchased was a oil switch..had it fitted, WRONG PART.. TOTALLY NO KNOWLEDGE OF ENGINES..(WOULD BE HELPFUL IF EVEN SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH..)..THEN ORDERED OIL..FFS .don't say in stock then give me wrong kind..and tell me ITS ALL THE SAME..”

“Incorrect discs supplied due to misleading website. Entered reg and got a list of brands, one of which I selected but did not fit. Turns out there is another list further down the page. There was no initial warning that there alternative fitments and so you would have no reason to page down further. I had to return the discs for refund and reorder.”

“Ordered a rear wiper blade for a Nissan Qashqai and because you can input your car registration you are guaranteed the correct part. Most parts i have ordered in the past they will have in stock for same day or next day collection. Reasonably priced also.”
