“Total failure of the system ordered items told they was available for collection from store go there 2 hours later 2 out of the 3 items where not available and I had to go back. Upon return big queue of people one lad on till had there opinion he could not be bothered and this was wasting his time.”

“I found the product I wanted online at Euro Car Parts, cheaper than anywhere else, so I ordered it to collect at my nearest outlet. However, when I went to collect it as instructed, the assistant said that he couldn't find it on the shelves, even though the system was showing one to be in stock. He was very apologetic and helpful and said he could order one to be there for the next morning. My friend was able to pick the product up next day, so there was very little inconvenience caused.”

“bought these for my fiancées car, optimal are a decent brand as good as OEM I'd say. Varying quality in parts but you pay for convenience. Euro isn't what it used to be regarding offers and discount codes.”

“On phoning to enquire if the brake pads i was looking for were in stock ,after sometime due to the foreign gentleman on the phone struggling to understand me ,I was told they were and could be picked up from the Bellshill branch which is 20 minutes drive away , I got there picked up the pads drove back and had a mechanic waiting, he got one of the wheels off only to find they were the wrong Pads . I called Euro car parts back and was told the correct parts were in though more expensive ,I asked the girl in the phone if she would reserve the parts for me , she said she would . I drove back to Bellshill, the man serving knew nothing about the order, he went to get the parts he said was instock only to find these were the wrong parts too and they didn't have the ones I was looking for at all , all the while I have a mechanic on stand by as I needed the car the following day . Very Poor .”

“I have used Euro Car Parts for many years now and I can't ever think of a time when I was not satisfied. I have quite a few cars in my family circle where I buy parts and fix their cars. My experience of buying parts is very positive, I know that if I buy from Euro I will get quality parts, however that comes at a cost as I find the parts are slightly more expensive. I personally would rather pay a little extra and know that I am fitting quality parts that last for years. So I would recommend Euro Car Parts to everyone, buy with confidence and peace of mind for the ones you care about.”
