“I ordered something and twice phoned the shop to say I would be late in collecting it. They said that would be ok. However I just have had an email to say the order was cancelled. I had to reorder it. This is very poor customer service. I dont trust Euro Car Parts. R.Crosby”

“Parts are very good quality and the price is fair and reasonable but unfortunately the customer service representative at the collection point in Bow E3 branch are very arrogant, moody, unprofessional and incompetent. Maybe next time I will have to choose different branch for the collection.”

“Not a problem with ordering the parts, its collecting them! Most times you have to stand in a queue for 30 minutes, as only one person serving (watford). It makes me use this place as last choice because of this problem, as you dont get this with other suppliers.”

“I've waited weeks to get this email to write a review. Basically, my battery died. So I ordered a new one from Euro car parts and because of the price it had free delivery available by the next day. Low and behold, it was here in about 40 minutes! Fantastic service from the Keighley branch again! Thank you!”
