“Absolutely needed the party that sat and was part way through a long journey. I had ordered ahead. The website stated that my item would be ready after 3pm, as did my email after paying. When I arrived, my item was not there and I was told that as I had ordered after midday, that it would turn up the next day. I was 50 miles from home and needed the part as soon as I got back. I had to purchase a more expensive item and then wait 5 days for a refund on my order. Euro Car Parts need to make their ordering more accurate. I find it slightly underhand to be honest.”
