“I was standing in the queue for 5 minutes before the person at the till even said hello. Completely ignored me and when he was done serving a customer (who was his colleague by the way, behind the till) then he said “how can I help”. No friendly customer service whatsoever. I’ve been to the branch multiple times as it’s the local one but this experience was terrible.”

“Used click & collect the evening before collection. Visited the store the next day to collect & pay. Minimal waiting time to be served, only 1 customer ahead of me. However, on inspection 1 package was damaged & so was the wiper blade inside (slight bend) quickly exchanged. No hassle good service & price.”

“The Inverness employee George I think, went above and beyond when I called to state that I could not unlock the roof bars I had purchased to fit on my car. Initially he was very sorry but stated he would exchange them as he had otheres. He then phoned me back to tell me the ones he had in stock were all stuck the same as mine. He later phoed again to tell me the solution which came straight from the company that made them. Fixed and job done so Thank your”
