“I’ve used your services for a number of years sometimes and get great service & the parts I want & sometimes I get below parr service & out of stock with items I need so overall it’s been good on price but some parts are of suspect quality but I am a loyal customer & will & do come back time after time”

“Parts ordered and collected after the 3pm timeline. It would be good if the shop phoned to say when they arrive, if this is before the 3pm time. It might allow an earlier collection?? Turn the heater down in the reception/shop area, Edin west 🥵🥵”

“Bought next day delivery with purchase (battery). Didn't arrive and could not track it. I had no indication waht had happened. In fairness to customer support, the lady sorted it out and it was delivered within 20 minutes of talking to her, and she got the cost of next day delivery refunded.”
