“Went in for a car battery (checked against reg on line) when I got there the guy tried to upsell to a battery that was £50 more expensive as the one I had selected “wouldn’t fit”. I Asked if they had any spanners I could borrow so we could just check size, nothing. So took battery I had ordered home, took old battery off, EXACTLY the same size!! Glad I didn’t just accept what the guy said I’d have been £50 out of pocket!”

“The staff at the counters are absolutely great! I get really frustrated by the phone system (IVR) though, which just tells me to go look at my email or the website and cuts me off quite often. It's very hard to get through to someone when you know email or websites won't help. The order communications about parts tracking / delivery could be better too. It's just about effective.”

“Terrible service ordered a bike rack was meant to be 3-4 working days for delivery 8 days later still not even with the courier. Trying to get through to the customer service is a joke. There seems to be only 1 person doing the live chat and answering the phone. Never got a clear answer on why my purchase hadn't been picked or even left the wharehouse..... avoid just wondering how long it will take them to refund my money”

“Rubbish. Purchased rear brake pads, for a peugeot expert van. The pads i purchased showed the caliper bolts, that need changing when the pads are changed, in the image of them on the website. When i went to collect, the box was opened and taped up with electrical tape. I checked the box, the bolts were missing. The guy serving said they apparently werent included as they werent listed on the website. Which is also rubbish. But the picture clearly showed them. Im also not sure the guy who served me could have been any less interested if he had tried. More interested in it being near closing time. Total waste of my time travelling to get them as they apparently arent whats advertised. Cancelled on the spot. Not a regular customer, and now i know i probably wont be”

“The online reg checker for parts doesn't work too well and I was annoyed to find it had recommended I ordered a certain size brake disc only to find they were wrong when fitting them. I got them at 30% discount but then when I came to change them, the only way to do so was to pay full price so through the dodgy recommendation from your website, I ended up paying £70 more than I should have for worse quality brake discs. The guy on the desk helped a lot and did everything he could to help me out but there was definitely some 'computer says no' tom foolery going on.”
