“The car was booked in and mot took an hour. They were ready when I went back to pick up my car & the staff/mechanics are professional and friendly. I use ATS every year for my MOT as they are reasonably priced too and if car fails you are given up to 10 working days to get work done and rebook for a retest”

“I ordered a part for next day I go to the store it wasn’t there told me to come back next day I go back next day the system said yes it was in the staff member goes to the warehouse it’s not there In need this part on day it said would arrive as it was for mot We needed our car to take us to the airport for our holiday. We had to hire a car so my wife and kids could still go I then had to hire a car the next day to follow them As the part still didn’t arrive So this has cost us more money I would like compensation”
