“When ordering a new battery online we were amazed as how quickly it arrived on the doorstop by one of your collagues (in a about an hour). We repaced the battery and realised it had no power. On calling EP we were told to take it back for a replacement. So had to drive and exchange one which did look more new, and did work when we put in the car engine.”

“Ordered a car battery for next day delivery , whilst checking the tracking throughout the day it never updated from order processing then later that evening checked my outdoor camera to find that they had been to my address but only walked half way up my path answered there phone turned around and got back in there car for whatever reason, when calling them they were no help saying that I'm admitting that a delivery was attempted after repeating that walking up my path and not ringing my doorbell is not an attempt to deliver the answer was they are under staffed in that particular depot which makes no sense to why they couldn't walk to my front door and knock. So after speaking to someone on the phone I said I would go and get myself from there depot I was still charged for delivery and wasn't offered anything compensation for inconvenience even when told that I had video footage. I felt as I had bought the battery on a guest checkout as I was in a rush when ordering they did not actually care about my business but unbeknown to them I've actually got a business account with them and been using them for the last 11 years which now will be no more.”

“I had to wait for 10 minutes to be served. There were 2 tills and only one assistan - where was the other? A staff member walked in to pick an order up and said nothing to me, it was clear I was waiting behind a customer.”
