“Useless to be fair made a online purchase and then had to call to follow up on where my delivery was, only for them to tell me the order i wanted wasn't in stock even though it said it was, didnt get any alternative help or anything all i got was “youre not the only person this has happened to today””

“Order a set of wipers for my Range Rover Sport. Online it stated they were compatible for my car but found out this was incorrect. If you want customers to order online then give them the correct information. Ordered through Amazon in the end, less hassle.”

“Took nearly a week to get the bits for my car i bought a battery discs pads sevice kit oil filter air filter was all on for next day collection but when I get there my battery had been sold the disc I only got 3 when there ment to be 4 the 1 of the pads had to be modified to fit the car apart from all that I like to waste my time and fuel going there”

“Always excellent in the past, unfortunately picked the wrong item from the shelf and gave me Land Rover brake pads for my Mazda MX5. Meant a bit of going back and forth and delayed my service on car but hey, mistakes happen. Won’t stop using euro fits problem ever.”

“I bought a metric socket set and a set of pliers for fitting expanding clips. I collected both products from the Westcliff on Sea retail unit and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. This unit has ample parking and is easily accessible. I am delighted with both my purchaces which did the job perfectly and were inexpensive.”

“In terms of a place to purchase parts it's good, however would urge delivery instead of collection. Collection at most Euro Parts is hit and miss asI find they all have crazy queues depending on which time of day you go. That said I visited the Wrexham brand recently at midday and I was in/out within a few mins.”
